Almost immediately, me and my wife were approached by a staff member who very bluntly and disrespectfully told me that I had to move, "and there's other handicap parking on the other side of the building" after I told her we were looking for the restaurant. Besides this being illegal....state law (CVC §22507.8) allows any person with a valid placard to park in any designated disabled space, regardless of assignment or restrictive signage...(which they have and is asinine). The way this was handled showed a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy. A simple explanation or polite redirection would have completely changed my perception of this place. Instead, the interaction came off as unnecessarily rude, especially toward someone trying to support a local business. Not a place I would want to go to for "wellness".

If you don't actually have a 4:05 p.m. appointment available, then don't schedule one. Rather than trying to find a solution or treating us with basic courtesy, she repeatedly pushed back despite us having everything required. It honestly felt like she was more interested in getting out of work than helping customers. We left feeling completely disrespected during what was already a very stressful situation for our family. I went in and tried their wellness IV. It took about 45 minutes and I felt better immediately after leaving. I also feel great and I got 10 hours of sleep last night. I used to come here pre pandemic and even bought a $380 package for what I remember was for three…read moreor four IV sessions. Then, the pandemic hit, life happened, and I moved. IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.
