From the second we walked in, the owner greeted us with the most uplifting, calming energy and walked us through everything step-by-step, clearly explaining the process/program and exactly what to expect. It felt intentional, professional, and so thoughtfully curated. Fresh robes and slippers, lockers provided, and then we fully sank into total zen. It truly felt like a VIP reset -- private, peaceful, unhurried -- like the wellness center was ours for the session. The entire experience gave "nervous system exhale" in the best way. PMF mat + infrared light therapy, Himalayan salt sauna, zero gravity chairs, and the cold plunge... seriously next level. It was the perfect mix of recovery, reset, and full-body rejuvenation -- leaving you grounded, refreshed, and recharged. If you're into alternative wellness, deep recovery, and that "I feel brand new" kind of reset, this new wellness spot in Murrieta is a vibe all its own. And for the price, it's an absolute MUST. Highly recommend!

As a Skin Cancer Warrior/Survivor/Advocate who has endured multiple types of skin cancer (including…read moremelanoma), with surgeries, chemotherapy and countless biopsies, I felt led to comment on their IG post promoting their tanning beds. Their post, as well as their website, boasts claims of their "Vitamin D Sundbed" is a 'good source of vitamin D'...although this may 'technically' be true, even if a patient is Vitamin D deficient they can be prescribed a supplement, and would NEVER be prescribed time in a tanning bed Now, HERE IS WHERE THEY ARE WILLINGLY ENGAGING IN DECEIVING their clients and are actively pedaling a LIE. Their exact tanning beds are PROVEN to be considered "AS CARCINOGENIC AS CIGARETTES and ASBESTOS" according to the World Health Organization and the Skin Cancer Foundation. Brian has been properly and thoroughly informed on these facts and STILL chooses his marketing ploy with claims to the effect that their beds are "different" than tanning beds. Every paragraph on their website regarding this proves my point, as it is completely FALSE. Do not fall for the misinformation that Brian wants to push on you. Consider taking the word of several survivors. Believe the endless and overwhelming FACTUAL EVIDENCE. Believe the medical professionals, dermatologists, advocates, and the customers they have deceived into believing this! I say all of this because I have several PERSONAL FRIENDS that have been lied to and have now been subjected to this, WITHOUT THEIR INFORMED CONSENT! This now goes beyond unethical practices! They are regular tanning beds and NEED TO BE ADVERTISED AND MARKETED AS SUCH. I initially tried to handle this between me and the owner and I have screenshots of every condescending, gaslighting, dismissive word he wrote back to me, including misusing Scripture to try to keep me from speaking up. It is evident that he does not want to do the right thing, which is his right as the business owner. We have screenshots and recordings of every single survivor and dermatologist that you have blocked and silenced. That alone just speaks to you as a person. The great thing for us is that your website's claims alone are enough to file with the FTC for deceptive health claims and FALSE ADVERTISING, with the CSPC for UNSAFE CONSUMER PRODUCTS and the State Attorney General to their office that handles FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING. You've been building a case with the posts on your IG about your "vitamin d Sunbeds", which is how it all started; my comment simply stated that this "Vitamin D Sunbed" should not be considered as contributing to 'wellness' in any way as they claim. That these beds ARE tanning beds that DO CAUSE SKIN CANCER. They responded by DELETING my comment and BLOCKING account. In spite of me trying to email the owner to make them aware, the owner, Brian, admitted to being the one who deleted my comment and blocked me. He also proceeded to try to 'inform' me on what I apparently 'may not know' about this subject, the entirety of the email exchange I am happy to divulge as it is further proof of his character. By that time, there were 4 other skin cancer survivors that tried to comment, whom also had their comments deleted and their accounts blocked. Additionally, I have come to find out that it is common practice for them to LIE to clients about this. Their salespeople are instructed to say that their "Vitamin D Sunbeds" are NOT tanning beds, when they ARE. One client even ASKED if they were 'tanning beds' and was told 'no', so she hesitantly acquiesced to submitting herself, UNKNOWINGLY, to a tanning bed. This ONE USE of a tanning bed has now increased her chance of developing melanoma by 75%, as she is under 35 years old. Knowing that this is actively happening to people I love and care about, I can no longer stay silent. Sadly, I can't try to make people aware on my Instagram @thelauraddrummer as Brian still has me blocked. A business claiming '...Light & Wellness' while SILENCING the voices of FIRST HAND CANCER SURVIVORS for speaking truth, is a business I will never support. The lives of PEOPLE could be CUT SHORT by your marketing ploy, and unlike Brian, that is a cost I will never be comfortable with. I will never support a business that meets the suffering of fellow human beings and sees it fit to try to erase it in the name of business and gain. I have included links for ACCURATE, medically backed, FACTS regarding the dangers of tanning beds. My #melahomies and I are happy to share our stories with anyone who has any questions about this, and I pray, that if this saves even ONE more person from being subjected to something deadly so that Brian can make money off of misery, it was worth the rant. https://www.skincancer.org/search/Tanning+beds https://childrenswi.org/at-every-turn/stories/2026/01/tanning-bed-dangers

The owners are friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating with scheduling, which makes it easy to stay consistent with recovery and self-care. I'm also handicap and can't get to the handicap space. It's the fault of the design of the parking line and I guess my own for having a big truck. I parked in front of the immersion therapy place a business that I had considered going into with my wife after gym visits. Unfortunately, the owners right away were on the attack because they saw me with a bike started asking me questions like how long I was gonna be. I'm not gonna sit there and explain my business to anybody. I don't need to tell anybody how long I'm gonna be the owner proceeded to tell me that that spot is marked for him and that it is enforceable by law. In the state of California or any state, for that matter, only handicap, parking spots are enforceable by law him as a business owner cannot personally enforce anything as he is not a law-enforcement officer. With having over 20 years of law-enforcement experience, I know very clearly with the lost states. I told him to mind his own business. He began to tell me that I was rude. Maybe I am. That's my prerogative. Where he took a step over the line when he told me that we had a problem together I let him know clearly that he's skirting into bad territory and that we do not have a problem. He has a problem and he needs to not make open-ended loose threats, which borderlines an enforceable offense. Luckily he quit while he was ahead, but it's enough to report the threat was nonspecific so it's not gonna go any further than that but that's the kind of stuff we do not need in the city of San Clemente. That's not the San Clemente type of way to act he could've just minded his business and let me have my eight minutes of getting my kids bike fixed again. I could not fit into the handicap spot with my vehicle. I cannot will not support a business where dude seems like he wants to fight because I didn't wanna share my personal business. My dash cam happened to be going and I have the whole thing so feel free to hit me up or DM me for the full video there'll be other San Clemente places to post it.

Well in middle-age, floating has been a necessary and therapeutic service that allows me to continue to stay active, reduce stress, and recover. Upon my last visit, I was informed of the new contrast service. I have never cold plunged before. I regularly utilize the cryo tank at least 4 times a year, so I thought why not? I was a little nervous, but the contrast room has the perfect aesthetic, and the combination of the dry sauna and cold plunge was AMAZING! The cold plunge is not for the faint at heart, but after researching the many benefits, well worth it! After my session, I immediately felt the differences. My body is still reaping the benefits well in 48 hours. I floated first, then did the contrast. For me, my dream recovery and refocus services for mind, body, and spirit! Great job, Float State! My only small disappointment, I miss the old staff and their genuine rapport and personalities. When I came in, they new my name and I felt like family. Now, I just feel like a number. No one is rude or unpleasant, their body language and conversation is just low effort. There are a couple of individuals I know by name, but the enthusiasm isn't the same. Like I said, this is relatively small and by no means takes away from the experience.
