I recently visited Feel Good Integrative Wellness for cupping therapy. As someone who was new to the procedure, I had a lot of questions and appreciated the owner's willingness to educate me about how cupping works and what to expect. My experience was mixed, however. While I found the information helpful, I felt that at the beginning of the appointment the owner seemed somewhat annoyed that I was there specifically for cupping. Since it was my first experience with the treatment, a warmer and more welcoming approach would have helped me feel more comfortable and at ease. What a great experience! I called Mayette out of desperation because I was having some post op swelling that was not going away. This lady is so rude, I don't know how she is in business. I drove my friend to her for an after surgery lymphatic massage. She was about a week or so post op. The lady wasn't very nice when telling her to take all her clothes off.. like some people aren't comfortable getting fully nude in there? But she was insistent about it.. After my friends massage, while she was getting dressed and I waited in the waiting room.. The woman instructed me that my friend was not allowed to eat wings.. her and I were planning to grab wings after her massage and take them back to her house. The woman said fried foods turn to fat and she just spent so much money getting rid of the fat with the lipo and tummy tuck. She said I can't let her get wings.. she isn't allowed to have anything fried, no sugar, no carbs as those turn to sugar, no caffeine, nothing salty. I was speechless at how rude and bossy she was trying to be! Like if my friend who is healing and eats healthy 90% of the time wants wings, we are getting wings! It's called balance.. which I said to her, everything in moderation. And she says yeah that's what we tell ourselves but it never ends. She said if my friend is craving those foods to look at her surgery bill as a reminder to why she shouldn't be eating those foods! The nerve of this woman! Stay in your lane lady. I can't speak for her work, but from her customer service.... There is no way I would ever recommend this woman. Stay far away unless you feel like being put down and insulted. read more

Mayette is amazing! If it wasnt for Mayette I really dont know howI I would have managed. I suffered from severe pain on my neck and shoulder for 7 months without any explanation or findings from the many hospital and Dr visits. I was given lots of morphine, gabapentine, ibuprofen, you name it for pain managment. I grew concerned for my liver as the meds were strong and only served as a band aid. A gf told me to find lymphatic massage therapy and thankfully Mayette came up. From my first visit I found relief. I finally slept and my pain slowly went away. Mayette was fantastic! I went in about 2 weeks ago and had a relaxing calm massage. Mayette spoke with me before hand about my troublesome areas and took the time to get to know me as I would be comfortable with her technique. This location isn't near me it was booked for my 'solo' vacation weekend. So not sure I could go often but I do think I might make a trip down to see her again. Building is located in a strip mall above a Wings place in an office building the door was locked when I got there but I understand if they other partner/masseuse is there it generally isn't. The only thing I didn't like was that I felt it was to bright it there but I failed to mention it to her. I went for my first after surgery lymphatic drainage massage a month after my surgery. I wish I had done one sooner! I was still struggling with swelling and pain after my surgery. I was hesitant to do the lymphatic drainage massage, as I didn't know what it entailed. Mayette was so helpful and informative, even giving me post-surgery information that I did not receive from my doctor. I felt so much better after my massage. I'm so glad I went here! Went in for a stiff neck and horrible back pain, the kind where every deep breath hurts. I normally do not like massages, never been a fan. Not only was the manager friendly on the phone but she did an amazing massage. She was so sweet to make sure I was comfortable every time she had to put pressure she would make sure that I was OK. She really went above and beyond. She went deep into every muscle. She asked if I wanted to extend my massage because she could tell I still had so much swelling. I'm glad I did the longer massage. It was worth every penny! She was respectful letting me know of the additional charge.Invest in your body don't hesitate. Go get a great massage. It's worth it. I already want to book another!! She worked out most of the stiffness stretched what I didn't even know could be stretched, and in the process was able to drain my lymphatic system in those parts. I got a BBL with lipo 360 done back in September and knew I needed to get lymphatic drainage massages done but was extremely hesitant based on what I had read online. I went to Mayette 3 days post op and she made me feel extremely safe and comfortable despite still having incisions leaking she never made me feel like I was gross and made me feel very secure. After the first session I booked all of my continuing care with her. She always made sure to listen to any concerns that I had and was always sure to personalize the session based on those concerns. Each session I walked out feeling and looking better than I had walked in. She also took time to answer any other questions I had such as proper faja sizing and using lipo foams/boards. Unfortunately I had to stop seeing her at 5 weeks since I moved out of the area but my new massage specialist has complimented how great my results are and noted that Mayette has done an amazing job. I work from home and had been feeling pain in my shoulder for quite some time. During a getaway weekend in Temecula, the pain got so bad, I couldn't turn my neck. I went to see Mayette for a custom massage and asked her to focus on my shoulder. Not only did I regain range of motion, but the pain significantly decreased. My wife got me a massage voucher to get worked on because I workout often and haven't had one in a long time. I had trouble finding the location and attempted to call and text the number with no success. Once I finally found the door, the woman came out and asked who I was and I told her. From there I had to fill out paperwork that was suppose to be attached to an email or on their website but wasn't there. I was 10 days post-op (360 liposuction) when I visited Mayette for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Prior to my visit, I had a lot of painful knots on my sides. During the massage, she was very gentle and catered to my problem areas. I thought "man.. this massage is too gentle, I don't think it's going to work." BUT!
