I am extremely hard to get to relax, but she found exactly where my blockages were and you just got to let her take control. She is fabulous. Makes me want to go to Thailand and experience the country. The shop is professionally decorated, clean, and very welcoming. They put on the right kind of music and use aromatics. Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience here. My husband did enjoy his massage. Appointment was easy to schedule through text, the communication was good. When asked the price of a massage I was quoted $80 start price for the hour. Upon arrival and choosing the Swedish $80 massage, I was warned that this was very light pressure and there would be no stretching. The other massages were more expensive, however since I do prefer light to medium pressure, the Swedish was fine with me. During the massage I had to ask for less pressure because it was painful. I wasn't sure if she was walking on my back, but it was very uncomfortable, in all fairness I'm used to medium pressure, others may like a deeper massage. The massage bed is not comfortable, there is very little padding. You feel like you are directly on a wooden board. I'm on the taller side for a woman and my legs were hanging off the edge of the bed, and when she was pressing down on my legs, the top of my feet were digging in to the wooden board. I've never experienced this before as most massage places have a softer massage table. We had separate rooms and, the room I was in there was not a lot of walking space to change. There are three not much room in between each table. I'm not sure how the massage therapist got around, or if she was standing on the other tables. There are signs, letting people know that there is sanitation with spray, disinfectant spray, I'm just not sure if the sheets are washed. The cloth that was put on my eyes when I was facing up, had a very strong mildew, dusty smell. When the massage was over, I smelled it and it smelled like it had not been washed or stored in a dusty closet for a period of time. The music in the room was nice, and the temperature of the room was comfortable m. The movement of the massage therapist was not fluid, there was no rhythm and even as she worked with her hands on one foot she would tap on the other foot and then switch to the other foot and then touch another area of the other foot and switch off awkwardly. The movements did not have any rhyme or reason to it, the movements were random and it made me question what training this therapist has. We like to book a massage once per month,, and also enjoy supporting local. Hopefully others will have a better experience. Unfortunately, today was not on point. read more

I crawled into this place - I have a tight band on my right hip, as well as deep sacral pain - had a fusion 2 yrs ago. Annie was awesome! She worked the heck out of that hip, as well as deep tissue over every part of me. I felt like I grew 3 inches, as I was now upright! I went a 2nd time, 4 days later after sliding down the stairs at my airbnb - the wet porch was ice and not the dew I was expecting, I went a 3rd time less than 12 hrs before getting on a cross-country flight, by then, every part of my body that I whacked sliding down the stairs was black and blue. This place is truly great! Most Thai places have the bars on top and walk your back, but here I think is possibly more traditional? Cici, my masseuse was incredible. Instead of walking my back, she just used leverage and stretches to achieve an equal or better ability to find every place that needed deep tissue work. In my opinion, Thai Massage is possibly the most profound form of massage, and I was truly in the hands of an expert. Matt is a true magician with his hands!! I couldn't move my head to look left and right due to the tightness and pain in my neck. Matt hit the pressure points, did some stretching in the areas that were really tight and he massaged my upper body. Performed some magic and boom the tightness and pain in my neck went away when I turned my head. I can't say I won't be returning because the pain is gone. Jenny saves my life every time I go here. This rating is specific to her techniques, overall professional quality, and heart she gives to her massages. I usually do a 90 Min Deep Tissue/Thai massage. I have a beast that lives in my upper left shoulder and back that during times of stress, it emerges with such force it can prohibit my body from fully functioning to its fullest. Jenny knows how to target the beast & will help focus most of the massage on working out the knots while also providing the integrity of a full body massage. (The price is $130 for 90 minutes, and with 20% tip, I recommend preparing cash ahead of time for ~$155). The environment is clean and simple- nothing fancy. It is in a local shopping mall, and there are three rooms so it is crucial to try to book an appointment if you can. They will try to get you in the same day if possible but you will have more options with times if you can call ahead. Jenny does the traditional Thai massage methods, and I am used to super deep intensity which may not be for everyone. She will tailor the massage to your needs. I have been to many practitioners in my lifetime, and she is the real deal. She will take time to stretch out areas of your body that need more work to help out the other problem areas. There have only been two times where I heard exterior noise and usually that has been from other patrons who happened to be there for a double massage. I try to be super quiet to honor people's spaces, but once in a while you can hear thru the walls. They do play music to help block out the noise but sometimes you get a patron who talks loudly. Otherwise, Jenny is the best, and this review is long overdue. She works extremely hard and is very compassionate towards her clients. I hope management sees she is awesome! I recently dislocated my elbow and since the cast came off my arm has been in a L-shape. I have started physical therapy but they work on on my arm for 1/2 hour max and that includes warming my muscles up measuring my movements so it's little time on my arm. Took my husband and I here as a gift during our mini vacation to Temecula. We couldn't get an appointment at Pechanga, and the Pala Spa is closed. It ended up working out great for us because it was probably one of, if not the best, massages we have ever gotten. Jenny and Ann are amazing at what they do; they are attentive, ask questions about your problem areas, and are very sweet people. They take their time with problem areas, but are very efficient at utilizing the 90 minutes they have to massage. The place was very clean, the staff was very professional, and we could tell that the business really was about giving their customers a place to relax and unwind. I recommend getting their MC Special, which is 90 minutes deep tissue, Swedish, and Thai massage and a hot stone treatment. They will emphasize a type of massage over the other if you ask. They will also serve you hot tea at the end of your massage. My husband and I are from San Diego, but we are planning on making the drive to Temecula once a month to get a massage from this place.
