You feel welcomed. Upon entering, you sit down in their cute lobby and soak your feet. Everything was clean and well taken care of which gives you such a nice peace of mind. Came here for the first time based on the reviews and decided to give it a try. The place is very clean, smells nice, and they start you off with water and a foot soak, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the massage itself was disappointing (2 stars). It honestly didn't feel like the therapist knew how to do a proper Thai massage. A real Thai massage includes stretching, pulling, and targeted pressure point techniques--but none of that was there. Instead, it was mostly random pressing and oil rubbing. When she got tired, she just used her elbows. There was no technique, no flow, and nothing that resembled an actual Thai massage. I specifically asked multiple times for her to focus on my neck and shoulders due to pain, but she didn't listen and kept working on other areas. I had to keep repeating myself with no improvement. Overall, not worth my time or money. I won't be coming back--but maybe others will have a different experience depending on the therapist. read more

Back for a second time--this time for a Valentine's Day couples massage with my husband, and wow... 11/10 experience. We had a booked appointment and the check-in process was smooth. As soon as we arrived, we filled out a short form (allergies, massage type, time, etc.). They had us leave our shoes in the front lobby and provided slides, which we appreciated. We were given a foot soak right away, then taken to our room. Everything was super clean and organized. Our two massage therapists were amazing--so professional and kind. We even got complimentary hot stones, and at the end they surprised us with a sweet chocolate box and water bottles, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff here is always polite and very considerate. The whole experience feels calm, welcoming, and well-run. This is definitely my go-to spot now. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing couples massage or just a solid massage in general. P.S. Not a complaint, just a suggestion! Been twice. They do genuinly do 55 minutes of hands on massage. Not like the other places that do 40 minutes and charge more. I did notice a difference in the massage therapists though. This is a long-awaited review but I am happy to say that I found my next favorite massage place! ‍ From start to finish, the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. There is a complimentary foot bath at the beginning before they take you to the private massage room. I generally prefer soft to medium pressure and the masseuse was great at delivering that and was kind to check every now and then if the pressure was alright for me. This place is so clean! When I walked in they gave me a warm bucket of water with lemon grass scent in it and let my feet soak before I went into the massage room. Pam did a wonderful massage! I asked for deep tissue but I think I need less because it hurt at times but Pam was really responsive when I asked her to go easy (it wasn't her fault it's what I asked for lol). My only negatives are that the sheets smelled musty as thought they had been left in the wash too long and my face was right on them so that wasn't fun. I was able to meet the owner on my trip there he was really friendly and even though it was my first time there I felt like a regular visitor. Let's talk about the message very relaxing they were able to care of my lower back which was hurting but after this trip it's like I'm healed.
