Who ever rated this place 1 star is a hater!!! I loved this place! Amazing customer service! I really love how attentive they were. And the Chinese medicine oil was my fav!!! Beautiful clean place!!! I swear I been to massage spas from La-Sd and this has been the best I been to! read more

Had the best massage I've ever had. I never write reviews but I have to do it this time. One hour massage, I had the worst knots and pain in my back. She somehow knew exactly where each one was and removed all of them.Ready to come back next time, I'll only come here for now on moving forward. Highly recommend. Thank you Ruby read more

Great massage, clean and was easy to go in for a massage. Didn't find it expensive. It's very relaxing definitely recommend.

2nd time coming here and this massage place doesn't disappoint. This time I went with my husband and we did a couples massage! Both masseuses were very accommodating and friendly. The environment was clean, calming, and peaceful. Really enjoy coming here, will be back again. read more

I've been to Rosa Spa several times and, up until now, I've had about a 95% satisfaction rate. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. I brought my own massage oil--something I've never had an issue with before--and although the staff initially agreed, I had to remind the massage therapist repeatedly to actually use it. At one point, she even pulled out her phone to explain why she preferred their oil, insisting it was a "massage oil," which I never questioned. The point is that my oil was specifically crafted for nervous system soothing and fascia work, and instead of understanding or respecting that request, the communication and the technique were off. I didn't enjoy her style, I didn't feel relaxed, and it became clear nothing was going to change during the session, so I just went with it. What made it worse was the attitude I received when I tipped at the end. That reaction honestly discouraged me from returning. I hope this helps the spa improve consistency and communication because the potential is there, but this visit missed the mark. read more

Deep tissue massage with medicine oil. The place is was cozy and peaceful. They were able to get all my knots out. They helped me with my tense hip muscle and knees. Great experience! read more

My husband and I have come here many times and usually love our experience, but this visit was incredibly disappointing. We booked a couples massage as usual, but halfway through, our therapists stopped and told us we had to move because they needed the room for another couple. We were separated mid-massage and moved into different rooms - which completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience together. I could even hear the new couple come in and ask for a couples massage, and the staff said "yes, we have space" - right after moving us out! We've been loyal customers for a long time, but this felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate. It's unfortunate because we've always enjoyed coming here, but this experience really left a bad impression. read more

Went in for a pregnancy massage and Jenny did absolutely amazing, she was so kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She made sure i knew how to move around without hurting myself (which was so amazing). The area was so clean and welcoming. The massage was perfect, Jenny knew exactly my problem areas without me having to say anything (since becoming pregnant). Will definitely come here again and recommend to all new mommas!! read more

Rosa Spa Massage - As I walked in my room. - Massage Therapy Near Me - Murrieta, California

Solid spot to get a full body massage. While quality does vary occasionally, it is definitely worth giving a try.

Came here again. The massage was fine. Just as the 2 previous times I came, the credit card machine was down and either cash or Zelle. I brought cash, just in case. Perhaps change credit card processors? read more

Came here for the first time ever, I have been super stressed the past couple weeks and my shoulders/neck were killing me. They couldn't accommodate me as a walk in at that time, but asked me to return in about 90 minutes. There was no one up front when I got there, but someone came up front within a couple minutes. When I returned, they had me wait 5 minutes for the room to be ready. I was taken through a mini maze to the room, I didn't realize it was as big as it is. I loved the ambiance in here, especially the music, it was quite calming. The massage experience was outstanding, Lisa has magic strong hands and she was very thoughtful to continue to ask if I was ok between each part of the massage. She was extremely thorough! Only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms are not fully enclosed, they are open at the top connecting to the next room. You can hear every foot step, every cough, every sneeze, every door closing, the curtain, the microwave (we were in the back), anyone talking, etc. this kind of ruined the mood, but once you're deep under in a trance, it begins to fade away and you barely notice! read more

The massage I got here was the best i've ever had! Hands down! (Pun intended). ‍ I got a full body Swedish massage that included a free hot stone massage at the end! I literally melted into the massage bed. Felt so relaxed and great afterwards. It was also very inexpensive. $40 for a 30 min massage. Rosa spa massage will now be my one and only go to massage place in the temecula/murrieta area. Highly recommend. read more

Best massage I have had in the Murrieta, Menifee and Temecula area! Facility is extremely clean and well decorated. Staff is very sincere and makes sure to meet all your massage needs. Ensures pressure is of your liking and asks for problem areas or areas to focus on. The massage itself was amazing! My masseuse, Demi, combined a relaxing massage, therapeutic stretching and deep tissue therapy. Will definitely return for weekly massages here. Side note: they gave my fiancé a LARGE bag of Godiva Dark chocolate after our massage! (Valentine's Day) read more

This place is unprofessional, I called And made appt for Mother's Day . I arrived to my appt , I was sent to the massage room and lady started on my massage. 10 min passed ; lady walks out of room in the middle of my massage and was talking in the hallway with another employee. She walks back in and asked me if I have appt. My response was yes of course I called to make appt . She then tells me that my appt was never made , which was not my fault ! She tells me I need to wait 1 hr for next massage to be available . Why did I need to stop my massage??? This was not my fault that this business don't know how to properly schedule appts. They made me feel like I didn't make an appt when in fact I did ! Also I will stop referring ppl to this place , Poor customer service , next time I rather pay triple the price to go to a more professional spa . read more

Got an hour long couples massage and 20 minutes of that was sitting waiting for them to leave the room and go grab stuff. Also was not very relaxing as the ladies were whispering up charges in our ears 4-5 separate times during the experience. Then at the end when a tip was offered the cashier scoffed (apparently the tip of 20 for an hour wasn't enough?) and looked at her coworkers and they all started speaking Chinese and laughing. This place is obviously just in it for the money. Recommend going elsewhere. read more

I have been going to Rosa Spa Massage in Murrieta for over two years. I can't say enough about how outstanding their massage service is. I am a 68 year old male, play pickleball regularly and like to get full body massages once or twice a month. I find the massages consistently therapeutic, relaxing and thorough. The masseuse that I see is named Lily. She is always friendly and pleasant but what I find most amazing is her ability to give a consistently wonderful massage that each and every time. I would highly recommend her to everyone. In addition, Rosa Spa has been here for several years. It has a very welcome and pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, very clean rooms and relaxing music. I have recommended Rosa Spa to others and they have agreed that Rosa Spa is an A+ massage business. read more

This was a really nice massage session. I really enjoyed it. The lady who took care of us was really nice and patient.

The availability was great! I was able to get an appointment for a couples massage for a Saturday afternoon just a couple of days ahead for Mother's Day. Usually places are booked up! The staff was friendly and very professional. My wife and I felt like brand new people after our massage. They were very thorough and conscientious of your tolerance to pain. We spent $130 for a couples massage and it included hot stone rub. The staff were sweet and friendly. Not to mention, it was super clean! Definitely recommend and I'll be a new regular. read more

Rosa Spa Massage - Price Menu - Massage Therapy Near Me - Murrieta, California

I was looking for a massage place locally at the very last minute, within an hour time. This one had great reviews, so I contacted them. She was lovely and said I could come the time that I had wanted. I even called to say that I was running a bit late and she was completely fine with that. I got my massage and she went exactly an hour, despite me being five minutes late. They have wonderful customer service and are very friendly. Serena is who I had to my massage. When you walk into the room, there's a rose and a folded sheet waiting. They have a place where you can hook your clothes up on a hanger and a little chair to set your things on. Seems like a very nice and clean place. Very caring. read more

Booked a couples massage in the couple room, our therapists were talking to each other and laughing mid massage. My massage therapist was listening to an audiobook or podcast so loud I could hear it throughout my "60 minute" massage. My "60 minute" massage was more like 50 minutes. At the end while paying for my service the therapist comes out and jokingly demands a $20 tip each. Very inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend or return. read more

This is my spot to go to when I need massage. The place is clean and staff is always friendly. I had deep tissue massage with two different masseuses in two different occasions, and both delivered superbly. Not to mention the massage comes with hot stones with no extra charge, it's such a bliss! read more

Came in for a full body with deep tissue....AMAZING! Lisa got almost all my knots out. I was super relaxed, she was very attentive, sweet and kind. She kept asking if I was ok. I felt soo much better. Please support local businesses. This location is very quiet, there was zen music playing. You walk in already feeling relaxed and leave feeling brand new. I will definately be back. read more

The first time I went here they did amazing, the second time was AWFUL! I will never be going back here!! Me and my husband went in yesterday for a couples massage. I booked an appointment for 7:30. My husband and I got there at 7:25 and waited 20 minutes to be taken back. Once we get taken back, three women are FRANTICALLY ripping the sheets off and putting new ones on while me and my husband were just standing there. They were bumping into us and laughing. We finally start our massage and the ladies were laughing and talking the entire time, making it very hard to relax. Other workers outside were also talking very loud we could hear them clearly. Me and my husband then hear extremely inappropriate words and then hear one of them say "NO, HES TOO GOOD". The lady I had was not massaging just grazing my skin so I ask her to go harder and she goes way too hard, so I ask her to go a little lighter and her and the other woman start laughing. The entire time she massaged one muscle on my back. She did not touch my lower back at all, which was the whole reason I went in. It was so terrible, I almost asked her to stop entirely so we could leave. At on point the sheet was off my body entirely and I was laying in only my underwear, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. She was not really massaging more just rubbing her hand all over my body. Once they finish, me and my husband agreed that it was a very terrible experience. My husband was in pain the entire time. I told him how uncomfortable I felt. We then go to pay. Side note: I am a very strong believer in tipping well, but I was so unsatisfied I did not tip. We sent our payment and the lady asks us where her tip is. I stand there in disbelief and she says "you need to tip a whole bunch" and husband says no, no tip. Me and my husband leave after that as she shews us out the store. Recap: 1. Laughing and talking entire time 2. Frantically cleaning up sheets in front of us and bumping into us 3. Talking about doing inappropriate things to my husband 4. Only massaged one muscle the entire time 5. Uncovered me while I was undressed 6. Laughed when I told her she was going too hard. 7. Tried to force us to tip her. 8. Late taking us, but not busy 9. Not a massage at all Overall, so disappointed. I paid $120 and my husband is in more pain than when we went. I feel like i didn't even get a massage. read more

I'm very pleased to have found Rosa spa massage and wonderful team . The massage was wonderful my masseuse lily had great pressure and focused on all the areas,I had a lot of tension ...they play relaxing music and whole places smells amazing. Massage and everything was fine; they up charge to use massage oil during your massage which is ridiculous, yet that was not the worst part. We tipped over $25 for 3 people, they then complained it was not enough, we added another $25 and they still seemed bothered by it; which made it the worst experience. Save your money and go to another massage. read more

My wife and I have been trying a few spots around town but didn't feel they were satisfactory enough until we found this one. We both really like it here but I've personally had a mixed experience when coming. The times that my wife and I have gone for a couple's massage have been great. We both got masseuses that used just the right amount of pressure we wanted, and paid attention to all the spots on our body, including the head, shoulders, glutes and feet - spots that other places we've been to have neglected. These people do a great job and leave you feeling great afterward. They do have a tendency to ask if you want a special oil or treatment or extra time during the massage - all these little extras that will cost you more. You can just politely decline them, but maybe that is off-putting to some people. There was one time I came by myself and the experience wasn't so great. It wasn't because of the masseuse - she did fine - but the front desk lady that day was a problem. She was talking loudly in the hallways during my massage, and I could hear her yelling at some of the other masseuses. She also told my masseuse to hurry it up - my hour had just finished anyway when that happened, but it made my massage end on a pretty sour note. Note that this only happened once; on other days I've seen other people stationed at the front desk, and things have been fine. So the front desk can be a mixed bag, but overall the massages have been excellent and I'm not deterred from coming back. read more

Enjoyed a couples massage while on weekend getaway for our anniversary. It was amazing & we would definitely recommend!

Booked a couples massage for my friend and I and it was such a great experience. Booked 90 minutes and we both walked out feeling extremely relaxed and relieved from our daily stresses. The rates are extremely affordable and it's well worth it. We will be back. We are considering driving out to the area for the day just to visit this place. Thank you Rosa Spa! read more

I just left and I had to rave about this place. The second I walked in, I was greeted and was given great customer service. I then met my masseuse Coco and taken to my room. Coco gave me the best massage I've ever had. The pressure was perfect, her technique was relaxing, but at the same time she was working out all the knots in my back. I got the 70 min full body massage and it comes with Free Hot stones as well. I also added on the cupping. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back. Thank you Coco! read more
