This place confused me as far as what suite it was in. They don't have a sign. Poise is in the yoga suite between the jewelry and escape room suites. Its a fairly small room. I got a 90m deep tissue. I guess I fell asleep and didn't realize 90m went by so quick. I only slept about 1 hour so I suppose thats why I fell asleep. I like the ambiance and its pretty comfortable. I should have told my masseuse not to do legs bc that never feels good to me. I prefer harder massages, but not ones where they are pushing on you hard. Lol if that makes sense. My masseuse was great. She spoke English and was very kind. The prices are comparable to others. Its 70$ for one hour so I might as well do the 90m for 105$. Id come again when I have extra money. read more

We booked a last minute massage here. I am giving it a three star because there are only two workers here and one of them managing the front desk/the phones. We got a couples massage and one of the massage table was a portable one. It wasn't too steady. The first five minutes of my massage, somebody came into the store and my massage. Therapist spent a few minutes talking to the customers. It didn't provide for a relaxing atmosphere. I felt anxious for her to come back, but she did make it up by adding an extra five minutes at the end... which was really nice of her. I felt like she did a great job at putting in the effort, but the technique could have been better. Overall I was satisfied and felt like she got the job done. My husband on the other hand did not like his massage. He said that the pressure was too light, even though he had asked for more pressure and the technique was not there. The price is very reasonable for a 90 minute massage but I think I would pay a little bit more to get a better massage next time. read more

Not my CUP OF TEA! It's more like Reflexology. Not a Relax or Swedish Massage. The pressure is too strong and the technique I think it's more like Chinese/Reflexology massage. It hurts, tbh. The lady I believe her name is Mia. She is so sweet. Not her fault. Like I said, it's just not my cup of tea. Just give ahead up, if you're thinking to have a 'spa' like massage this is not the place But if you like strong reflexology kinda massage this is the place. Will I come back? NOPE. It's $70/hr. My husband went today for a massage and said it was great. He totally feels worked over, which is how we like our massages. We want to feel like they've worked us over. We both hate light massages with not enough pressure. I'll have to go check this place out next time. It was very easy to schedule and we had good communication about time, location and price,m. I saw positive reviews about this place and wanted to check this place out... I am so glad that I did! The space is within a yoga studio and when you walk into the massage room, it was pleasantly dim with a calming scent and there was also tranquil music playing in the background. Ann was my masseuse and she was absolutely fantastic! I requested for the light to medium pressure for my combo massage (Thai and Swedish) and I appreciated how she maintained warm and consistent pressure throughout the massage and that each massage movement was purposeful. I also love how she paid special attention to the areas that I especially wanted to focus on i.e. my shoulders and feet. I felt comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. After a few text messages, she confirmed availability for the same day and we were good to go. Arrived shortly after agreed upon time and Ann accommodated us. 2 hours later, wife and SIL were extremely happy! Ann took her time, asked the girls what area they felt needed to be focused on more and Ann delivered. She even provided the girls with some stretches to help with relieving some of that stress. I Literally cried after my time with Yi. I booked two more massages immediately following my appointment. I have been in horrible pain for 6 weeks. I have a small herniated disc L4 L5 it's caused me a flare up w my siattica. I've been in tears over last several weeks barely able to walk some days. I do pilates and hot yoga. (not this last 4 weeks unable) I was in so much pain this am I booked an appointment and I walked out of that room feeling like a new person.
