They are located inside the Temecula Yoga Collective, and once you're inside you'll be greeted by a staff or most likely your masseuse. The space is clean, inviting, and calm. I didn't get the masseuse's name, but she made me feel very comfortable and helped me tremendously with all the body fatigue I had been feeling due to stress. I can't wait to come back. read more

This place confused me as far as what suite it was in. They don't have a sign. Poise is in the yoga suite between the jewelry and escape room suites. Its a fairly small room. I got a 90m deep tissue. I guess I fell asleep and didn't realize 90m went by so quick. I only slept about 1 hour so I suppose thats why I fell asleep. I like the ambiance and its pretty comfortable. I should have told my masseuse not to do legs bc that never feels good to me. I prefer harder massages, but not ones where they are pushing on you hard. Lol if that makes sense. My masseuse was great. She spoke English and was very kind. The prices are comparable to others. Its 70$ for one hour so I might as well do the 90m for 105$. Id come again when I have extra money. read more

We booked a last minute massage here. I am giving it a three star because there are only two workers here and one of them managing the front desk/the phones. We got a couples massage and one of the massage table was a portable one. It wasn't too steady. The first five minutes of my massage, somebody came into the store and my massage. Therapist spent a few minutes talking to the customers. It didn't provide for a relaxing atmosphere. I felt anxious for her to come back, but she did make it up by adding an extra five minutes at the end... which was really nice of her. I felt like she did a great job at putting in the effort, but the technique could have been better. Overall I was satisfied and felt like she got the job done. My husband on the other hand did not like his massage. He said that the pressure was too light, even though he had asked for more pressure and the technique was not there. The price is very reasonable for a 90 minute massage but I think I would pay a little bit more to get a better massage next time. read more

We Highly Recommend. We brought our mom here after she had TIA stroke. Scheduling her was super easy, friendly and respected my moms wishes. She didn't want a full body massage but just head and leg massage which got customized. After an hour we saw our mom and she was so happy and relieved from her pain. My husband went today for a massage and said it was great. He totally feels worked over, which is how we like our massages. We want to feel like they've worked us over. We both hate light massages with not enough pressure. I'll have to go check this place out next time. It was very easy to schedule and we had good communication about time, location and price,m. He said that the place was quiet and clean and that she played soft music and even wiped off the oil with a towel after the massage. He said he'd go back again for sure! I saw positive reviews about this place and wanted to check this place out... I am so glad that I did! The space is within a yoga studio and when you walk into the massage room, it was pleasantly dim with a calming scent and there was also tranquil music playing in the background. Ann was my masseuse and she was absolutely fantastic! I requested for the light to medium pressure for my combo massage (Thai and Swedish) and I appreciated how she maintained warm and consistent pressure throughout the massage and that each massage movement was purposeful. I also love how she paid special attention to the areas that I especially wanted to focus on i.e. my shoulders and feet. I felt comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. If you are in need of doing some nice self-care for your body, definitely recommend this place and Ann! I can't wait to come back in the future :) read more

Awesome experience. Had an appointment elsewhere that canceled at the last minute and luckily, I found Ann. After a few text messages, she confirmed availability for the same day and we were good to go. Arrived shortly after agreed upon time and Ann accommodated us. 2 hours later, wife and SIL were extremely happy! Ann took her time, asked the girls what area they felt needed to be focused on more and Ann delivered. She even provided the girls with some stretches to help with relieving some of that stress. I Literally cried after my time with Yi. I booked two more massages immediately following my appointment. I have been in horrible pain for 6 weeks. I have a small herniated disc L4 L5 it's caused me a flare up w my siattica. I've been in tears over last several weeks barely able to walk some days. I do pilates and hot yoga. (not this last 4 weeks unable) I was in so much pain this am I booked an appointment and I walked out of that room feeling like a new person. I told Yi what i was dealing with and she focused on what I needed. There was nothing routine about her technique. She customized my treatment for me. She did some stuff I've never experienced. You can't even seem to book an appointment with them no matter what day you call. Really? Who is that busy?? So my wife and I decided to go in and check it out and we immediately left. One of the best massages I've ever had! I was a little bit upset because it took me some time to find the location(It located in a yoga studio and it is hard to find the sign of the massage) However, I soon realized that it was the right choice because this massage experience was truly fantastic. I deal with lower back pain and I told Ann ,the massage therapist there about this and she spent most of time targeting that area. In all my years of getting massages, this easily the best massage I've gotten. My husband and I moved to CA from Chicago recently and have been packing, driving cross country, unpacking, painting, doing stuff around the house and we needed a massage badly. We scheduled an appointment over Yelp today, and they were able to schedule us in same day! We were greeted immediately with a smile and taken to the back. We signed paperwork because you know COVID and got our temperatures taken, don't forget to wear a mask when you come in! We each got our own room which was perfect because we have tried couples massages and his snoring wasn't very relaxing to me lol the hallway had an essential diffuser going and the room was fresh and cool, all while soothing meditating music was playing. I didn't know until after the massage when paying that the owner did my massage, all I gotta say is she knows her stuff! I have been having a hard time sleeping because I had soreness in my shoulder blade. Little did I know that I had a knot! All the stress of moving our whole lives to a new state took its toll. I feel like a new person. This isn't just a massage, it's a wellness check and they fix you right up! I got a full body massage, very thorough, she used warm towels at the end of the massage to wipe down the lotion and finished the massage which I haven't gotten at other places. Do yourself a favor and get a massage here! I read a review here that mentioned the prices are high, the massage I got easily would cost over $100 at other establishments. A good quality massage with the techniques I experienced today absolutely rates the prices they have marked. The prices are 1000000 reasonable for everything they do.
