Messaged them on Yelp and got a text back immediately. Booked a time a week out that worked for me. Very responsive over text, and they even put a sunset gradient background on the thread, small touch that made it more fun. Ann asked what was bothering me and worked the knots in my shoulder and lower back. Pressure was perfect. Clean, comfortable, staff polite and professional. Found my new favorite massage place. read more

Great value massage! It's clean and they give great massages. They are also very friendly here. I usually come after work so parking is easy. FYI: The location is kind of hidden just keep following your navigation. The place is also located with other businesses. They accept Venmo or Zelle too! read more

Massage Poise - Waiting room - Massage Near Me - Temecula, California

I've had two relaxing and comprehensive massages by Claire and Ann. Both ladies could identify where my tight issues were and utilized gentle pressure (always checking when more required) to bring relief. I booked service online. Room is clean and environment is professional and located within a yoga studio. Rates are reasonable. Cash or Zelle appreciated. read more

We receive amazing massages - incredibly therapeutic and helped with lymphatic drainage. Our massage therapists asked about target areas and desired pressure and were very receptive. Highly recommend read more

Ann is amazing!!! I did an Ironman triathlon last weekend, and my shoulders, neck, and legs were so sore. Her massage was amazing. She got all the knots out of my shoulders, and I feel so good and relaxed tonight. I will be back :) read more

If you're looking for an affordable and relaxing massage, this is the place. They are located inside the Temecula Yoga Collective, and once you're inside you'll be greeted by a staff or most likely your masseuse. The space is clean, inviting, and calm. I didn't get the masseuse's name, but she made me feel very comfortable and helped me tremendously with all the body fatigue I had been feeling due to stress. I can't wait to come back. read more

Massage Poise - Massage Near Me - Temecula, California

This place confused me as far as what suite it was in. They don't have a sign. Poise is in the yoga suite between the jewelry and escape room suites. Its a fairly small room. I got a 90m deep tissue. I guess I fell asleep and didn't realize 90m went by so quick. I only slept about 1 hour so I suppose thats why I fell asleep. I like the ambiance and its pretty comfortable. I should have told my masseuse not to do legs bc that never feels good to me. I prefer harder massages, but not ones where they are pushing on you hard. Lol if that makes sense. My masseuse was great. She spoke English and was very kind. The prices are comparable to others. Its 70$ for one hour so I might as well do the 90m for 105$. Id come again when I have extra money. read more

Highly recommended!!! We were in Temecula for just the weekend and found Massage Poise for couples massages. The price was really good and the massage was amazing. They are located inside the Pilates spot but plenty of parking. Both ladies who did our massage were professional and did wonderful massages. We will definitely be back!!! read more

We booked a last minute massage here. I am giving it a three star because there are only two workers here and one of them managing the front desk/the phones. We got a couples massage and one of the massage table was a portable one. It wasn't too steady. The first five minutes of my massage, somebody came into the store and my massage. Therapist spent a few minutes talking to the customers. It didn't provide for a relaxing atmosphere. I felt anxious for her to come back, but she did make it up by adding an extra five minutes at the end... which was really nice of her. I felt like she did a great job at putting in the effort, but the technique could have been better. Overall I was satisfied and felt like she got the job done. My husband on the other hand did not like his massage. He said that the pressure was too light, even though he had asked for more pressure and the technique was not there. The price is very reasonable for a 90 minute massage but I think I would pay a little bit more to get a better massage next time. read more

Excellent 90 min deep tissue massage. I could tell she knew what she was doing. She helped get some knots out. Thank you!

My husband and I got massages here today and it was wonderful. Located inside the Yoga Studio, the massage room is peaceful and lovely. Anne did a terrific job. She is very mindful of any requests and uses just the right amount of pressure. So relaxing! read more

First massage of my life and it was awesome! I feel so good! Thank you Ann. I can't wait to go back.

Location was a little tricky to find but the massage and rates were great and scheduling was very simple. Will certainly be coming back again! read more

Not my CUP OF TEA! It's more like Reflexology. Not a Relax or Swedish Massage. The pressure is too strong and the technique I think it's more like Chinese/Reflexology massage. It hurts, tbh. The lady I believe her name is Mia. She is so sweet. Not her fault. Like I said, it's just not my cup of tea. Just give ahead up, if you're thinking to have a 'spa' like massage this is not the place But if you like strong reflexology kinda massage this is the place. Will I come back? NOPE. It's $70/hr. If it's $55 it is ok. For $70 I would rather find a relax.. swedish.. spa pressure kinda massage in the neighbourhood. read more

Very pleased with visit. Wife and I had a couples massage and it was amazing. Found all the knots in my shoulders and was so relaxed when leaving. read more

My previous massage provider had become inconsistent, so I found Ann at Massage Poise, and was delighted with her expertise. I have a lot of knots, and she found and fixed them all. Very firm deep tissue, but with no pain. I recommend her, and will be returning this week. read more

My wife and I discovered Massage Poise in Temecula last week, and wow, was it a great experience! Our masseuses, Ann and Yoyo, did an excellent job of gently yet firmly releasing tension from every muscle in our bodies, to the point that both of us left feeling like we had the best massages of our lives. We look forward to regularly using their services from now on. Highly recommended! read more

My husband went today for a massage and said it was great. He totally feels worked over, which is how we like our massages. We want to feel like they've worked us over. We both hate light massages with not enough pressure. I'll have to go check this place out next time. It was very easy to schedule and we had good communication about time, location and price,m. He said that the place was quiet and clean and that she played soft music and even wiped off the oil with a towel after the massage. He said he'd go back again for sure! Very reasonable prices. read more

Had a couples massage for our anniversary and we WILL be back! Great experience! Listened to what we wanted.

We Highly Recommend. We brought our mom here after she had TIA stroke. Scheduling her was super easy, friendly and respected my moms wishes. She didn't want a full body massage but just head and leg massage which got customized. After an hour we saw our mom and she was so happy and relieved from her pain. Thank you so much for taking good care of her and we sure will bring her back. read more

Slow and steady, great place to unwind and remove all stress knots , reasonably priced.

I haven't been going due to financial issues but I needed a massage BAD! It's still as great as before and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for helping me out and it's a great way to start my Friday! read more

I saw positive reviews about this place and wanted to check this place out... I am so glad that I did! The space is within a yoga studio and when you walk into the massage room, it was pleasantly dim with a calming scent and there was also tranquil music playing in the background. Ann was my masseuse and she was absolutely fantastic! I requested for the light to medium pressure for my combo massage (Thai and Swedish) and I appreciated how she maintained warm and consistent pressure throughout the massage and that each massage movement was purposeful. I also love how she paid special attention to the areas that I especially wanted to focus on i.e. my shoulders and feet. I felt comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. If you are in need of doing some nice self-care for your body, definitely recommend this place and Ann! I can't wait to come back in the future :) read more

This was our second time coming. We would give Massage poise 10 stars if given the option. Best massage we have ever had!

Awesome experience! Susan did a great job of removing my stress knots. Prices are reasonably great!

Awesome experience. Had an appointment elsewhere that canceled at the last minute and luckily, I found Ann. After a few text messages, she confirmed availability for the same day and we were good to go. Arrived shortly after agreed upon time and Ann accommodated us. 2 hours later, wife and SIL were extremely happy! Ann took her time, asked the girls what area they felt needed to be focused on more and Ann delivered. She even provided the girls with some stretches to help with relieving some of that stress. Overall it was a great experience and the wife's were happy. Thank you again Ann! We will continue to come back when in the area. read more

They got me in right away on a Sunday with no appointment. The place is super clean, quiet, smells great, and has a very good vibe. Ann was my masseuse and was really good. She was super sweet and kept asking me about pressure. She finished the hour long massage with 5-10 minutes of stretching which is rare. 10/10 will be back. read more

I've visited Ann like 4 times already. Ann is amazing and above all professional. I really enjoy these massages! Would definitely recommend!

I Literally cried after my time with Yi. I booked two more massages immediately following my appointment. I have been in horrible pain for 6 weeks. I have a small herniated disc L4 L5 it's caused me a flare up w my siattica. I've been in tears over last several weeks barely able to walk some days. I do pilates and hot yoga. (not this last 4 weeks unable) I was in so much pain this am I booked an appointment and I walked out of that room feeling like a new person. I told Yi what i was dealing with and she focused on what I needed. There was nothing routine about her technique. She customized my treatment for me. She did some stuff I've never experienced. I am so relieved and feel so grateful. I can't afford expensive massages she's very reasonable in pricing (to be honest she should be charging more) but I am grateful I could afford her. read more

Perfect in every way. One of the best massages I've ever had. Clean and very experienced.

Update to owners response: This was not based on my initial inquiry online regarding a mobile massage, you answered our questions and we appreciate that. But my one star review still stands because this is based on the experience we had while visiting your establishment. This place is not good. They must bribe people to write good reviews. You can't even seem to book an appointment with them no matter what day you call. Really? Who is that busy?? So my wife and I decided to go in and check it out and we immediately left. Place is so dirty and stinks. Looks like some sort of bordello. Be careful. There's much better massage spots in temecula that are much more professional and clean. read more

Left feeling so zen -- went for a couples massage and we both had positive experiences, great prices as well! Will definitely be back!
