Happy 7 Massage is one of the best massage businesses in the area. I have been there five times…read moresince its opening, and had a great experience every time. All of the therapist there are very professional, skilled, and well trained. The establishment is decorated nicely, always very clean, and has very fresh aroma that is soothing to your senses. I have chronic back pain and their therapist works diligently to soothe the knots, kinks and tension from my muscles. They are always very attentive to your needs by inquiring about the location of your pain, or where you may need additional attention. I highly recommend Happy 7 Massage to any one needing a soothing and relaxing therapeutic massage to relieve their muscle aches and stress. They always provide an excellent service and I love going there. Kene B.

Massage was good, she was thorough, but did not speak a word of English... nada, zip, zero! It was difficult to communicate. Anyway, I complained and they told me there are 2 Anna's.. Whatever. Why when I confirmed did they NOT tell me she was NOT in today. Anyway, Imaa, the young worker said to call her next time and she will see if Anna can come in for me. They try hard, but I was disappointed they did NOT tell me, especially when I drove 20 miles and confirmed in the morning.

I went in for a couples massage with my husband and we are both feeling relaxed and happy. However,…read moresince we did the couples massage, our room was very small. My husband is 6'3" so his feet would get bumped when the door was opened, but that's on us for choosing that room. In the future, we will pick the individual room. As for masseuse, mine was wonderful. She applied the right amount of pressure and focused on all parts of my body. My husband does wish his masseuse would have been a little bit stronger (he likes deep tissue ) but, overall, he's happy with his massage. Definitely would recommend this location. They were able to fit us in last minute and were very friendly and welcoming. If you're in the area, and in need of relaxation, give them a try.

I was really looking forward to trying Massage Heaven, especially because of the excellent reviews…read moreand prenatal massage services, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing and honestly surprising scheduling experience. I had a 5:45 PM appointment and received a text at 4:24 PM asking me to confirm. I was working and didn't see/respond to the message right away. At 5:20 PM, while we were already on our way to the appointment, I replied to her text confirming that I was coming. I was then told that Katia had already left the spa because I hadn't responded. I had not received any message beforehand letting me know that she had decided to leave or that my appointment had been canceled. I reviewed my original appointment emails and text reminders afterward and couldn't find anything stating that same-day confirmation was required or that an appointment would be canceled if I didn't respond by a certain time. Had I known that, I obviously would have made sure to respond sooner. I completely understand wanting to avoid no-shows, but I don't think it's reasonable to cancel a scheduled appointment before its start time without a previously communicated confirmation policy or notifying the client that the appointment has been canceled. I was especially disappointed because I had really been looking forward to the massage.

My first impression from all the people whining about not able to communicate with the staff is just sweet music to my ears. I want to go to a Chinese acupuncture shop that actually knows the language and culture. If you are going for Mexican food, you find a mom and pop hole in the wall, not freaking On the Border. All the reviews about language barriers is from the the previous owner, the current practitioner is perfectly fine in English. I was able to pin point my issues and we went straight to work. All pain is replaced with aches (a good thing) and just waiting for the next appointment.
