I went in for a couples massage with my husband and we are both feeling relaxed and happy. However, since we did the couples massage, our room was very small. My husband is 6'3" so his feet would get bumped when the door was opened, but that's on us for choosing that room. In the future, we will pick the individual room. As for masseuse, mine was wonderful. She applied the right amount of pressure and focused on all parts of my body. My husband does wish his masseuse would have been a little bit stronger (he likes deep tissue ) but, overall, he's happy with his massage. Definitely would recommend this location. I arrived at this place and I think they have NEW ownership!!! The WORST EVER. SO TACKY. Asked for money upfront and then asked for a tip at the very end. Also it has been about three hours and my back is in so much pain right now. And if I could even take an ibuprofen from the amount and lack of professionalism and lack of their knowledge and learning how to massage somebody. I called to make an appointment and they got me in within five minutes. The lady who massage me DIDN'T introduced herself and asked for the money upfront (rudely) which was $50 for a 60 minute massage. It's probably one of the worst massages I have ever had in my life. I had Jessica. Mean BIT**. If you want a massage it was just only with the forearm and her going up and down bazillion times with her forearm and then digging into your spine, LOL this was definitely not worth it. Also not to mention that she ripped a nasty fart in the meantime when she was massaging me. Didn't even excuse herself or sit by the room or spray anything, but just let it be. It was so disgusting and unprofessional. Also -She didn't do my hands or my feet I only did my back didn't do my face or anything else when I paid for a full body massage. I am an experienced license professional and I definitely get lots of massages so this is probably one of my worst I would say a zero out of 10. She didn't do my hands nor my feed I doubt these people have a license or are even legit. It was absolutely just terrible my body is in more pain than when I walked in with. After she took me in for the massage basically I had the thinnest see-through sheet my whole body and my butt was sticking out the whole entire time with a massage and I felt very uncomfortable and oil was dripping all over my body including down my behind which is very uncomfortable. and also people were walking in and out of the place. But when I walked out there was nobody so I'm guessing why this place is so dead. It was super tacky of her to ask for a tip. She "said give me my tip". I'm like yeah ok. Rude AF!!! My hope is they will make changes and get better. It was my bday and I wanted a massage. So we figured it was close with good Yelp reviews. It was the the worst massage I've ever had, the room felt dirty- the woman was going in and out of the room while doing my massage to help people at front desk or answer the phone, leaving door open. I didn't feel safe. My boyfriend walked out half way through his massage, his experience was just as bad. No technique, no professional training- I guarantee it. They basically rubbed lotion on you and called it a massage. She rushed through the massage like it was a burden to proved the service. I'm sure I'll suffer ptsd from this experience. This was the most through massage I have ever had and they definitely know what deep tissue is. You can't beat the price either. I will be returning! There were two small issues though. The first being that the masseuse who greeted me knew only a few words of English, so communication over how to pay was a challenge. You pay first, so she pointed to their ATM. I said I wanted to pay with card, but had to act it out for her to understand. When I did there was no place for tip, so I had to charge my card a second time after the massage. It was not a big deal, but I recommend having cash for tip to avoid this. It also made communication during/after the massage awkward. The second is that the sheet they put over you is very thin and small. For anyone who is bigger, or shy like me, beware of this. She was very professional. This place is amazing! It was so easy to schedule an appointment here; I booked two foot reflexology massages for my sister and I. Once we got there, we were greeted by Sue-Sue. She's very kind and welcoming, and took us to the back right away. We didn't get a private room but my sister and I didn't mind. It was very clean and tidy and they played relaxing music as well. The foot massage was extremely amazing. I fell asleep within 10 minutes and was told I snored lmao! That's how you know the massage was great It was an hour full of relaxation. This place has good services for full body massage. The Young ladies here may not speak good English but their healing hands sure does the magic. I like this place. I heard from a friend next-door that some of the customers that comes in here complains a lot and doesn't know how to tip well. First timer here for a girls weekend. One of the girls scheduled time for massages here. Just finished a 60min combo with Sue Sue herself. 30min full body and 30min foot reflexology. The pressure was just right and she had me fall asleep without me realizing until I woke myself up snoring This is the type of massage place where you undress down to your underwear and are underneath a towel the whole time. I like that she doesn't use a ton of oil like some other places. I'd say $40 for the combo is a reasonable price...there's options for a longer time frame, for the combo. Sue Sue is super friendly and makers you feel comfortable by talking a bit in the beginning. Her husband at the front desk is also really friendly. With regards to payment, I paid with cash, but they do accept card. I also overheard her husband on the phone say that parking in any of the many 20min only parking spots is acceptable even with the prolonged stay. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I have a tough back so usually I can barely feel anything when I get a massage, or most places are used to sensitive backs. They know how to actually get into the muscles here and it's great. I tell them I only want my upper back done and they'll do that for a full hour, no problem. I was only looking for a foot massage because there's just a few in the area and they were all booked up, this place said if I got a full body combo they had a room available. So I came in and got an amazing deep tissue massage by a younger slender tall gal, never got her name and she didn't speak must english. I took away one star for not getting the soaking of the feet / massage and one star for her leaving the room when she was done and never came back for a tip or to see if I was done getting dressed. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade right? I had a 10am appointment at Paul Mitchell cosmetology this morning. When I got there, they were empty! They had cancelled my appointment. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. I decided to walk in to Massage by Sue Sue as I'm always looking for a great massage! The ambiance is perfect for a relaxing massage. They have foot reflexology chairs plus private rooms. The prices are more than reasonable! I decided to add $15 and do the private room and focus on my neck and back. Nicole truly has magic hands. She worked on every knot in my neck and lower back. She used a wonderful warm lotion and hot towels during the massage. I can say with all honesty that it was the best massage I've ever had! They don't skimp on time. She worked on me the full hour. Many places cut out 5/10 minutes for dressing etc. Not here!! I felt like an old friend dropping in for my regular massage and it was just my first time! After I paid the bill I was walking toward my car parked near Target and I heard someone calling my name! It was the girl who was running the place. She said she had accidentally over charged me $5 on the gift certificate I purchased! She pulled out his wallet to pay me back! I was so impressed with the honesty of this business that I told her to keep it! How refreshing to see honest businesses and people who care. This is my new "go to" place.
