I was in the area looking for a foot massage and came across this place. Upon arrival I noticed the windows and covered with blinds and both the doors locked. It didn't have an open or closed sign but it did have a doorbell. I rang it and a young lady comes to the blinds and peeks through. She unlocks and opens the door and seemed a bit alarmed. I ask if they are open, she says 'yes no' ... a bit confused. I asked if they do massages here. Again, she said 'yes no'. I lastly asked if they take walk ins. I am not sure if she understands English but she just kept saying 'yes no'. I eventually just gave up and said ok thank you and walked away. This was such a bizarre encounter and glad I didn't get any services here because that just felt so suspicious and odd to me. read more

My husband and I just left this place and we are both extremely offended. We scheduled two 90 minute body massages for Saturday. The lady on the phone did not understand English at all, which doesn't bother me, but it's what ultimately ruined our appointment. We showed up 10 minutes early and the lady told us it was for 1 and we said no it was for two people at 2. She said sorry so we turned to leave, then she said that they could do it. My husband and I both went into the rooms and got undressed. After about 10 minutes the lady goes into my husbands room and tells him they can only do one massage and he said no it was for two, and she takes a bunch of $20 bills out of her pocket and offers it to my husband which he refused. I get dressed and go to the lobby where the lady comes up to me and pulls out a roll of $20's and says "sorry" and I refused the money. My husband and I are both disabled and we planned our Saturday around this massage. Not only did we drive from Menifee and sit in 45 minutes of traffic, but we were asked to undress and lay on tables just to get told they couldn't do the massages and to add insult to injury she offered us money. They give a true chinese full body work out. From head to toe the guy - "Jack", totally knew what he was doing. Jack was not gentle, but did not hurt me. He manipulated each area with perfection. This was not relaxing to me, but made my body into jello. My husband also enjoyed the girl the massaged him. VERY CLEAN place, smells fresh, linens/towels are fairly new. I have been going to massage my whole life, and this massage parlor for 5 years. I don't know how anyone could not give this place 5** reviews. I can say that at times the massage is deep and painful (as it should be at times as they are doing a "chi- gong" style massage for part of the massage that i get. They do a head to toe massage for $25 flat. I have always gone back and tipped. They literally get on top of your back and use elbows and knees to a deep tissue massage. Any negative review you read here I have not experienced and love this place. They do not provide HAPPY ENDINGS and that is exactly what i want a REAL MASSAGE for little to no money. I've been to Paradise twice. The first time, I had horrible knots in my back. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the experience. However, I honestly cannot determine if the masseur was incredibly rough or the knots in my back were just that painful. I decided to give Paradise a second try, and the experience was wonderful. If you go in, I highly recommend asking for Jason. He is very professional and actually listens to customers. For example, if you say the pressure is too hard, or he realizes that a section on your back hurts a little more than others, he will lighten up on the pressure. The massage was great! The price was also fantastic! But when you are done they just stare at you waiting for you to pay, but don't ask if you're paying card or cash. I tipped $4, as that's all the cash I had and they didn't say if I could use card, and a man I didn't see the entire time chased me out to the parking lot asking for money money!!! If you are looking for a certain amount of tip $ I would include it in the price to be completely honest. First, let me tell you I've been to a lot of foot massages here in San Diego, just alone where I live in a small area has 4 foot massages places and I just LOVE them for their prices of just $20 for a soaking foot massage and a head to toe 1 hour long massage. Bcuz they are so affordable it is always a great thing to tip them at least $10, you still come out cheaper than other places. The concept of the Chinese foot massage includes head to toe, along with a foot bath and you come out relax and such clean toes and feet! It was not until I visited my guy I am dating in Murrieta, a 1 hour long drive for me...that I decided to take him to experience what a Chinese Foot Massage is, NOT a pedicure spa with neck and shoulder slightly massage in a spa while sitting up...this was laying down and working out the kinks and pushing the toxin out and having your feet soaked and massage as well.....usually all Foot Massage place is $20 an hour, I heard this place was $25 an hour and thought maybe it is bcuz it's in Murrieta and they don't have much competition as here in big city of San Diego. 1. The place will have a neon sign FOOT MASSAGE but no name PARADISE on it but when you get through the door, the sign PARADISE hits you right in front. 2. They speak very lil English if none at all, but they will give you a price list and you point to what you want....I saw the regular $20 foot massage but then saw the "Special foot massage" for $25, so I wanted to see what special meant. Don't start to drift into the gutter now.... 3. The massage table is not closed up or in a private room, so I knew that and wore my bikini for the massage. My guy I told him to wear shorts but I didn't look due to respect and so I don't know what he wore, he was nervous as hell being a caucasian man in a foreign atmosphere....maybe he thinks he might get the kung fu black belt special? 4. I am so relax and just feeling great, face, neck, scalp, ears, shoulder and then foot, then flip and he did my back and that is when the "special" came in...for $5 he worked hard on my back so much, just getting all the kinks and toxin out, my nose was plugged and that is a good sign....I let out a moan a couple of time but I couldn't help myself, it was sooooo awesome! I didn't want hime to stop...the other places works on your back but this was more than expected and just amazing.... My guy heard me...hehehehe but I was melting away all the aches. And bcuz they were so darn freaking good, My date guy and I gave them $15 tip each and they were so surprised and so very pleased, why not? They are that darn good!! In the end, we both sat up, melting like butter and just limped. My guy is always on the go guy but after his first massage, he could barely stay awake afterwards! Like I said before, I had many foot massages in San Diego but this place with $5 more for the special, I would drive up here every weekend to get a massage from them, oh and see my dating guy as well....he would hate it if I don't take him along, he is sooooo now loving this new thing I just introduce him to....AMAZING!!! I wanted an hour foot massage and it was so terrible I had to tell him I wanted 30 min instead of an a hour and I could barley bare that. This place is seriously the best! It is definitely not a gentle, relaxing massage but you will feel amazing afterward. My boyfriend and I walked in today and they were very busy. The owner told us to come back in 40 minutes and when we did they immediately took us back and got started. We did the 1 hour with back massage...a steal at only $25! They actually massaged us for the whole hour and it was clear they knew what they were doing! The owners are so sweet, but they do speak very little English. Enough to get by, but don't expect them to be talkative. They run a very clean operation. Love that they have a frequent customer card! After 10 massages, you get one free!! Best kept secret. When I walked by the place, I thought that this establishment would be less than ideal; but, I was wrong. Beware!!!! My husband and I and my 25 year old daughter had massages yesterday. None of them were very good. Too rough and not enjoyable. My daughter said the guy that rubbed her spent WAY too much time on her butt and also rubbed her inner thighs. Mine did not do that. I called today to speak to a manager and the guy that answered said he was not a manager or an owner but he could help me with my problem. He remembered us from yesterday until I told him my daughter was touched inappropriately and then he NO longer spoke English and hung up. Terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend and I went and we both had the worst experience. They hate their jobs and it shows. The lady was screaming and vacuuming during our massage. My guy smelled like smoke and transferred it to me. He started off too soft so I asked him to do it harder and he got mad. He then begin digging into my toes, feet, and calves hurting me. When our massage was over they didn't even change the sheets, they reused everything. I know this because while I'm trying to put my shoes on they we're prepping my friends bed. They even reuse the towel that they put on your body and under your feet. I still gave an undeserved tip and he snatched it for me and threw it on the counter. Worst place ever! I've been a costumer for over 2 years. As soon as I walked in I got welcomed by a girl that ended up being my massage therapist. She had no clue of what she was doing. Massaged my forehead for over 10min. pulling my hair... Every 2 min. She would stop to stretch and to scratch her self.. But after convincing my self that I had to sit still for the rest of the h.while she was trying to massage my feet I felt that she was distracted by something... I pulled the towel that it was in front of my face and she was rubbing with one hand my foot and with the other one she was texting. Are you kidding me???!!!! After a rough week at work, commuting 2+ hours a day. My husband and I decided to get a massage. Usually we have good experiences with the females. Today i was massaged by a male. Who you could definitely tell he did not want to massage me. He basically slapped my face while "massaging" my face and head. He was very rough on sensitive areas, slapped hot towels on my body, and threw my bra to floor when it was time to massage my back. When the beating was done he didn't even help to get my bra for me. I had to try and cover my large top so that the other customers would not see me exposed. I never want to come back. I don't want to take the chance of having him massage me again. My masseuse took out all the knots on my shoulders, back and neck, it was great! the foot massage was pretty awesome as well. My arch had been hurting and he worked that pain away. OMGosh!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! With all the crazieness going on I really needed a massage, and I decided to go somewhere new. When we went in they had us lay in an open bay type room with multiple beds. When they asked me to turn over they also told me to take my shirt and bra off. Now, I'm super blind without my glasses on and at that point had no idea how open it really was. It was very uncomfortable at that point but when it was over they just told me to get dresses. At that point there was another man that had come in. The man that did my massage just walked away. I had no way to stand up without revealing myself to anyone that could walk in since there was no door or drape from the waiting area to the room where they do the massages. anyone could have walked in on me TRYING to stand up. I pulled the towel around me and walked to the restroom to get dressed. When I came out my hubby had already paid and given them each a tip. I used to come to this place 2yrs ago , the owner then was husband and wife and was super nice and we love The way they massage. Very thorough and we would leave the place very happy and content. We would give $10 tip each for their services . Sad to say the owner have to move to LA last year. Now the New Owner or New management is very rude and arrogant . I came in yesterday Wanted a deep massage but that never happened. The lady kept saying ok but still doing a light massage . I feel like dissatisfied and left the place like nothing was done to me. When I went to the counter , I paid what I owed. The guy asked how much I'm giving as a tip and I said none bec I wasn't happy with the outcome. He got mad at me and said don't come back anymore . WOW! What kind of customer service is that? Are you entitled to give a tip even though they were not good or didn't do what they're supposed to do? I just got back from this place. And paid only $25 from head to toe. And this is REAL DEAL REFLEXOLOGY not foot rubbing. And also at the end I got back massage with oil on my back, good thing no one there beside the employees because no doors and I have to take off my t-shirt. Loved it! My husband and I went out to lunch and decided to go here after lunch. I had yelped them and read all of the reviews. These guys were fantastic. They do have one main room, but I didn't feel it was a distraction. They do discretely remove your shirt and bra while laying down. Trust me, I am a very modest person and this was so well done I felt very comfortable. You have to give these people a try. For $25, I got a full massage.
