I had a massage yesterday with Jenna. I wanted a therapeutic and relaxing treatment and I got so…read moremuch more! Jenna is an intuitive and gifted massage therapist who expertly attended to the problem areas with care, using a variety of techniques, including hot stones, a massage gun, icy heat and her expert touch. She sensed a low energy coming off me and offered essential oils as part of the treatment. I left feeling re-energized, my muscles and nerves relaxed (I have MS and she was extra alert in caring for me). Jenna has a lovely, friendly personality and I was so grateful for her treatment - I hugged her before I left. If I lived here year round I would go back to Jenna as much as I could. I highly recommend her. I also want to give a shout out to Torri who took my booking and stayed in touch via text. She was organized, responsive and and friendly. I felt very comfortable, cozy and trusted her in everything she did. She has healing hands! By the time she was done, I felt like a new woman. It was hard for me to drive home afterwards due to how relaxed I was! My hair and face feel healthy and glowing. I didn't feel rushed out at the end like I have felt many times before going to just "head spa" places. Definitely an elevated experience in treatment and your overall well being. I definitely will be back and highly recommend.

This was genuinely one of the worst massage experiences I have ever had…read more The woman who worked on me was literally holding and looking at her phone while massaging me with the fingers of ONE HAND. At one point I actually turned around to see what was going on, and she appeared to be watching or reading something on her phone while she was supposed to be giving me a massage. This did not feel like a professional massage in any sense. There were no intentional therapeutic strokes, no real pressure, and absolutely no sense of care or attention. It felt like random, light finger movements while her attention was somewhere else entirely. I finally had to confront her and ask what kind of massage she was even giving me. The entire experience was so unprofessional that it honestly made me question whether the person working on me was properly trained or licensed. I cannot verify her licensing status, so I am not claiming that she was unlicensed -- but based on the experience I received, I would absolutely want to know what her professional qualifications were. What made it even stranger was that after giving me what barely qualified as a massage, she still seemed to expect a tip. I left feeling 100% worse than when I walked in. The whole experience felt uncomfortable, careless, and deeply unpleasant. I wish I remembered her name, but unfortunately I don't. I'm sharing this because people pay for massage expecting a trained professional who is actually present and attentive -- not someone looking at their phone while absentmindedly touching them with one hand. For me, this is a 100% stay away. I would never return. I will say though I had a friend who had a different person that was excellent - but the consistency is not good enough and first HORRIBLE experience w a massage for me so it's a hard NO.
