Not only supporting my daughter but the entire team. The facility is spotless and right in the center of town. They have a ton of classes 6 days a week so it's super easy to find a time that works for me and my daughter. Something that makes this Jiu Jitsu Academy different than some others is its competition program. The primary coaches not only teach/train regular BJJ classes they also train champion competitors. My daughter's entire group of about 30 kids in her specific age group competes regularly. Heaven forbid she be a little patient and wait she decided to get out of her car and come up to my window and tell me I was holding up the whole parking lot. I told her I had a newborn baby in the car crying and was just trying to park. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and walked away. Of course , I then felt bad for all the other people waiting, NOT her and drove away not waiting for the spot anymore. This was extremely off putting and I will never take a class at her studio and ensured all my friends at Oslo knew how rude she was. I would have never come to this realization if it was not for the theta healing and coaching sessions I received from Raquel and V-Saga team. This woman right here, is a one stop shop. To me Raquel is a healer, coach, yogi and a teacher. What sets her apart from any other life coach or healer, is that she is not in this game for the money. She wants you to get it and understand it at a core level, because her philosophy is, she has billions of others who want to live fulfilled lives and she is here to help them with that. She does not want you as a returning client, she wants you realize "you" have the necessary tools within yourself to heal yourself. She just helps you uncover those tools. I was probably one of her most resistant clients she has encountered. Initially her coaching was not doing anything for me, and not because she was not good at what she does, but because my BS wiring I had was all screwed up. I have been on this earth for over 40 years, so you can image all the BS wiring/programing I had to unwire/un -program because I was not raised in a nurturing environment. So how did Raquel help me. Thanks to her theta healing sessions, I was able to realize at cellular level that my wiring at a young age was inaccurate. But prior to realizing how my thoughts became my actions; I used to operate my life in such a harmful way. Prior to Raquel doing any theta healing massage sessions, I was in a 5-year relationship, in where I knew my initiate partner was cheating on me, but I was unable to break up with him, until those theta sessions finally hit my hard wiring. Once I realized at a core level that I had been doing this to my inner child my entire life, I was finally able to end with that intimate romantic relationship in an instant. Why? Because I had an aha moment, in where I saw my inner child and how it how it been operating for decades like this. I was duplicating those images from my childhood and bringing them into my adulthood. Now you ask yourself, who in their right mind would do this to themselves? No one in their logical mind would do this to themselves. However, I at a young age was raped by a family member. As a result of the rape and my parents abandoning me, I told myself at a very young age that I was not loveable or valuable. Unconsciously, I kept repeating this same song all the way to my adult life. So, you can imagine all the situations "I unconsciously" put myself through in all my adult life. Am I completely healed? Of course not, but I can tell you that I definitely have drastically moved the needle in my life. I no longer operate from or put myself in situations where I am not the highest priority. Why? Because something inside me changed. My operating system was updated with new software. Thank you Raquel for always having the patience with me and not giving up on me. I will forever love you. And by the way, I am not getting paid to post this review. I am simply thankful for the changes I have seeing in my own life.
