Trying to cancel a membership here has been a nightmare. I reached out multiple times over the course of months with no response, yet continued to be charged. Getting in touch with customer service is nearly impossible, and when you do, nothing gets resolved. Between the overcrowding, lack of available equipment, and the complete failure in basic customer service, this has easily been the worst gym experience I've ever had. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its members. I'd genuinely rather work out in a park than deal with this again.

The gym itself is clean, spacious, and laid out perfectly -- nothing feels cramped or poorly placed. Everyone who goes here is actually there to work out. People are kind, respectful, and courteous, and you don't deal with the space-hogging or awkward gym behavior you see elsewhere. As a mom, the 24-hour access is everything. On days when you can't commit to a specific time due to all the different schedules kids have but still need to get your workout in, it's a total game changer. The equipment is truly top-tier -- honestly the best I've seen, and I've been to a lot of gyms over the years. You can tell real thought went into what they offer. On top of all of that, Ashley, the manager, is incredible. She is so kind, caring, and courteous, and truly exceeds expectations as a manager. She's also extremely responsive and makes you feel genuinely supported, which adds so much to the overall experience. I'm genuinely obsessed with this place. It is 100% worth the price, and I continue to be impressed every time I walk in.

I was told I couldn't be let in because the class was "fully packed." I understand having policies around late arrivals, but I had already reserved my spot and was there before the class even started. I've been to plenty of yoga studios through ClassPass and have never had an experience where I was turned away after reserving a spot simply because I didn't arrive early enough. What made it even more frustrating was that I had already used my credits for the class, so I essentially lost them despite showing up on time. I was really looking forward to trying this studio, but unfortunately this experience left a very bad impression.
