I came in to sweat like a maniac thanks to Yelp! I signed up for a free sauna session and I'm sitting in room 6 watching Netflix. It's very relaxing and hot so I'm hoping to sign up and come here every week! Lexis explained how it works and gave me a 40 minute red light therapy session. I think I should lay down and rest my eyes and try to enjoy this! For the Yelp event, I got a free Perspire bag and an Essentials water bottle that I'm going to drink after this torture! I was invited here for a Yelp Elite event over the weekend. Upon walking in, the staff was very warm and friendly and explained how everything works. We were quickly escorted to the private sauna room (that can occur 1-2 people). Once inside you're shown a brief video going over how the controls work and then are left alone to enjoy your private IR sauna experience! Inside the rooms you have a changing area and tv (where you can watch shows off Spotify, Netflix, YouTube, etc.) And then the sauna room itself. Within the sauna you're able to control the temperature and lighting and they have a small hotbox if you wanted to bring something in with you like your phone, but I'd recommend to just leave it outside in the private room. The rooms themselves are very clean and you get a floor towel, body towel, and face towel. Overall our experience was more than excellent and we left feeling extremely satisfied with their service and refreshed and my wife said that she received compliments on her skin afterwards. One thing to note, is that there was a small issue with online payments for us so if you have the time I would recommend calling them to schedule a booking instead of using their online system. read more

If you are considering trying Perspire Sauna, absolutely do it! My husband and I were greeted by a very lovely gal at the front desk, she was very thorough and answered all of our questions. It was our first time and when we arrived we decided to use separate rooms, but you can definitely use the room for two ppl. I also learned one of rooms is larger than the others in case you need more space for couples. The Sauna rooms are very clean with towels and manuals laid out. The room is equipped with a TV outside of the sauna, which you can watch your favorite shows on Netflix or put on spa music on YouTube. I took my water bottle inside and kept myself hydrated. I chose a red and blue light combo and while I was sweating I never had a hard time breathing or feeling lightheaded. It was absolutely relaxing. The chilled Eucalyptus towel at the end was the best way to finish the session. I was nervous about trying the sauna as heat exposure usually activates my migraine. It's been three hours and no headache. Plus, my body is very relaxed and feels rested. I came to this experience physically exhausted from ongoing physical activities the last few days and my muscle pain significantly improved. I called and purchased two packages for my husband and I and really look forward to going back. Highly recommend! read more

This was my 2nd time doing Perspire and about 30 minutes in I realized the red light function was off :/. I was only able to do the last 10 minutes wirh the red light function on. I explained to the lady what happened and told her when I first did perspire I didnt have to turn it on so I assumed it would be the same. I asked if I could do 30 minutes of red light and she said I couldn't and didn't offer an alternate solution. Mind you I am signed up for the highest membership so I have unlimited sessions. So if this is your first time doing red light therapy please MAKE SURE the red light is turned on! It's confusing because the room is already red when u walk in so it's very misleading! read more

This was my second time coming to Perspire. I actually purchased a membership for 4 sessions based on someone working there and loved her kindness/warmth - normally the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming but today I was greeted by Kaitlin who seemed as if she didn't want to be there. She also told me it was 2 dollars for an extra towel which is kinda insane. I have gotten extra towels in the past with no questions asked. What if I was a larger person and needed more then one. Every other time (the last two times) the staff was kind and didn't up charge me like I was someone there just to take money from - because of their kindness, I got a package. Anytime I come back in (for the LAST two of my 4 sessions) I'll be sure not to go if Kaitlin is there. Her attitude was unfriendly and the comment about $2 extra for a clean towel to rest on came off rude - who knows if she'll charge me an extra dollar to fill up my water bottle?. I think if someone pays $99 for 4 sessions, they should be treated with respect and not be asked for more up-charges especially for towels - you are given only one regular sized one, a half sized one and only one to stand on inside - and a washcloth for afterwards to help cool down (again, tiny). After my next two sessions, I will find somewhere else to go which is disappointing. One person or just one bad experience can change everything. I am so grateful. I didn't buy more than the four. But luckily they have some kind people who work there too! read more

What a great experience. I have an infrared sauna at my house in Scottsdale, and rather than purchasing 1 for my crib in San Clemente I wanted to try a place local to support business in town. This was the first 1 on my list. I walked in and Summer welcomed me, and set me up for a trial. I was in the sauna for 5 minutes and realized that this was the place for me. As good and as comfortable as my home sauna. The staff is absolutely off the charts wonderful. Accommodating, kind, always a smile on their face, and just really smart young women. I know 1 left to go to law school, another to get their MBA, and just high achievers working for a small business before they move on to great things I am sure. The owner has done an absolutely phenomenal job in all aspects of this business. The crazy thing is that they must have super powers in setting the schedule for their 9 saunas. I'd say on average there were 7 in use, and I never had a problem getting in with 20 minute notice and I maybe saw 2 other patrons in my 6 week stay. So if you are looking for a high quality sauna experience, great comfort, and the most friendly staff this is the place!! Oh, and the super cold towel for after your session reminds me of staying at a 5 star hotel and getting a wonderful chocolate on your pillow. Well Done!! read more

If you want something different to relax other than your typical massage therapy, then this would be another great option for you. I would highly recommend making an appointment as I don't know if they accept walk-ins. As soon as you enter this place, you are greeted by someone who will give you a roughly 3 minute crash course of the experience along with a 4 minute video to give some extra information on the experience. The staff member, Mikaela, after giving me the rundown of the experience also provided me with a goodie bag with pamphlets to read more on the experience, a water bottle and an electrolytes packet to take into the cubicle and take home after. You'll have your own private cubicle and sauna where you can lock the door from the public. Inside the cubicle were towels they provide for you. I did my 1st session of 40 minutes which costs $20 for the intro session. I didn't have to rush to get the 40 minutes in the sauna; I was able to take my time getting comfortable, choose my own ambient music (I chose "Blade Runner Blues - Rain 8 Hours" on YouTube if anyone was wondering), and then once I was in the sauna I started the countdown myself. You have countless options to choose from the streaming services they provide such as shows, movies and music catered to your meditative healing experience which will noise-cancel anything happening outside of the sauna. The sauna provides all types of therapy you can choose from such as infrared, red light and color light therapy. The temperature in the sauna can always be adjusted; I set mine to 150 degrees Fahrenheit. After the 40 minutes was up, I also didn't need to rush to leave the cubicle. I cooled down with a chilled eucalyptus towel they provided and dropped all they're towels into the designated dropoff area after. There's a restroom down the hall if you even need to use it, but I recommend using the restroom before or after the experience. After, talk to the staff if you want to continue more with this type of self care. They have multiple locations, so the membership or individual sessions can be used for any of their locations. read more

I've never been to a sauna studio before and this place is doing it right. Lindsay greeted me right as I walked in for my appointment that I booked through mine and body app. The place was clean and inviting and Lindsay explained everything to me about the sauna and the room that I reserved. All sessions are 40 min and they also have infrared light and light therapy to go along with it. Also a tv is there so you can turn on relaxing music or even watch a show while you sweat out toxins. They provide a bath towel and a sweat towel and then a cold eucalyptus towel. My sauna was at 150 F when I got in but I'm new to sauna-ing so I turned it down to 130 and increased by 5 F every 10 min. Make sure you wear something you don't mind getting wet with sweat like a bathing suit and bring a change of clothes for after. And LOTS of electrolytes (Gatorade, pedialyte, liquid IV) to replenish after sessions. read more
