Her knowledge is incredible, and she always makes time for you, never rushing appointments. Brenda has such a kind, beautiful heart, and it shows in everything she does. We love the variety of treatments she offers, and she has made a huge difference in helping my son with his ongoing skin infections. She has truly been a Godsend to our family. I highly recommend checking her out--she has so much wisdom and so many tools you can implement into your wellness regimen. read more

This place is magical, it's like a Disneyland for beauty and holistic wellness! They have incredibly unique treatments that I have not seen anywhere else. Like the hydration booth, which I love because my skin feels so soft, hydrated and nourished after a treatment. Or the med bed, which really helps balance me mentally, physically and spiritually. Cannot say enough good things about o2 wellness. It is a diamond in San Clemente! read more

I originally went to O2 welllness to have a consultation with Brenda on weight loss. After a lengthy interview with Brenda, I realized I had more pressing health issues than trying to lose a few pounds. I had been dealing with chronic pain from severe bone loss/arthritis in my shoulders, arthritis in my hips, and pain from a hamstring reattachment surgery. When I first visited with Brenda, I was also newly diagnosed with a neuromuscular auto immune disease called Ocular Myasthenia Gravis, and Hashimoto's. Both of these immune diseases were causing me extreme fatigue. I decided to focus on getting the inflammation down in my body and thought the red light therapy would be helpful. After just a few sessions, my shoulder pain had diminished significantly and my skin seemed to radiate along with the crepey skin on my arms seemed to be firming up. One day when I was scheduled for a red light therapy session, I had extreme hip pain and Brenda recommended I try the MedBed which is Pulsed electro magnetic field therapy. When I walked into O2 wellness, I could barely walk the pain in my hip was so bad. After one session on the med bed, my pain had diminished by about 70%. It seemed like a miracle. I have been coming and having both the PEMF, and the red light therapy around once a week for the last couple of months, not only has my pain diminished, my skin tone has improved, AND, most importantl, I have not had a Myasthenia Gravis flareup since March! Ocular Myasthenia Gravis can be a progressive disease, but I think with the help of the PEMF, (med bed) I am going to keep this disease from progressing. I am so grateful to Brenda for all her support and knowledge. read more

Recently had knee surgery and was looking for a way to shorten my recovery, was told that O2 Wellness could help. Spoke with Brenda and her daughter Kristy (owners) about red light therapy and it's benefits. I started a short program and saw immediate results! After 3 weeks I was back jogging and the scar tissue is barely visible! I would just like to thank everyone there Brenda, Kristy, Jan and Taylor as they provide a comfortable environment and leave you with good vibes. Thanks guys! Phil read more

I had the best experience yesterday and today on the Med Bed. My anxiety level went down a great deal, I experienced so much calmness and relaxation. I haven't felt this relaxed in such a long time. I slept great for the first night in a long time. I also took o2 Relax and o2 snooze. I woke up feeling so good. I'm going to keep coming back. Brenda is the best. She has helped me tremendously throughout the years. read more

Loved my treatment today, I arrived with some abdominal pain and after 15 minutes of the treatment it had dissipated. I also felt energized, clearer and more joyful. Brenda is so kind and very knowledgeable, highly recommend O2 wellness. read more

I went to see Brenda at O2 wellness today to see if there was something she could recommend for my swollen foot due to a bicycle injury 5 weeks ago. I am an NP and had done everything I knew to do to help heal it, but, the swelling and pain just would not resolve. She recommended a Med Bed treatment, which I happily did, willing to try anything at this point. That was 2 hours ago and for the first time in 5 weeks, I can actually see the veins and tendons in my right foot and it looks "almost" normal!!! The pain has gone from a 6/10 to a 2/10!!! It is truly amazing! I only wish I had consulted her weeks ago, I could have avoided all that pain and swelling!!! Thank you Brenda!! You have a "believer" in me!!! read more

The Hcg diet works! I've lost weight. I have a busy schedule that is unpredictable-most times I don't know if I have a gig until the night before and 99 percent is in LA. Went in to tell them I had lost 7 lbs already! I mentioned that today, I had mixed veggies because I had to grab a bite and the place I went to had some language barriers. Wow, Brenda was incredibly rude and abrasive and pretty much hit the roof when I said that. You'd think I had cheated on the diet with a banana split! I was so shocked that I flat out asked her if I should just make myself throw it up, and puke it out because she made a big deal out of it. My husband is a customer and that's how I got started. Brenda said to me that my husband is worried that I won't stick to it while he's gone for two weeks. Wtf! When I mentioned it to him he was pissed. He said that Brenda kept hounding him to make sure I stuck with it, that he needs to support me in this endeavor. He just let it in one ear and out the other. But when he heard what happened, he was not happy. He has a package for foot detox and once it's over he said he won't be returning. I certainly won't be! We don't spend our hard earned money on businesses that are rude to us. read more

I am so thankful that I found this place right after I had Covid recently. The therapies they offer and the famous tea helped me finally get back on my feet! read more

I was lucky enough to receive a gift card to O2-Wellness for Valentine's Day from my very sweet husband. I couldn't wait to get in for our first visit and now I am hooked. I love the vibe machine. After the first use I slept better than I have in decades, it was incredible. We also did a foot detox that day, judging by the color of the water we needed it, ick! Day three on the vibe was today. I came in with a terrible tummy ache and after 10 minutes it was gone. This is incredible because when I get a tummy ache it stays until the next day, every time. I can feel the vibe working on all sorts of muscles, including facial muscles. I am excited to see the results after a bit of time has gone by, since the 3 day results are already impressing me. Later this week, mini-face lift and the sauna, can't wait. Oh, and I should have mentioned this at the beginning, everyone at O2 is so knowledgeable and friendly. We just love Brenda! Thank you guys, see you tomorrow. read more

o2 Wellness Center is fantastic! I walked out of there on cloud nine after doing the foot detox, sauna, crystal therapy and viber. I felt so good on my drive back to Long Beach, I went hiking in Laguna Hills and after that almost felt like a couldn't drive because it was a natural high. The viber machine is really interesting and the results are groundbreaking. Brenda is such a wonderful host and needs to get on shows like Ellen to educate the public about the alternative health benefits the viber has. read more

On my first visit for oxygen bar, Selma, the girl who helped me, was very knowledgeable and immediately knew what could aid me with my grogginess and lack of energy. Very good service so far, will come back soon for more. read more

I just started three days ago with the vibration machine and have seen an improvement already. I'm sleeping better, have more energy, and greater flexibility. I also did a foot detox. I think it actually helped get rid of my hangover! The staff is very knowledgeable, fun, and friendly. Highly recommended! read more

I recently received a facial from Lynn the new esthetician here. I'm very picky when it comes to facials. The product used was great and Lynn was super sweet and open to any comments I had regarding my condo without making me uncomfortable. She also used an extraction technique I've never experienced before. I left feeling super clean hydrated and NOT red one bit( European technique). I already booked a second facial. read more

This is by far the best Wellness place I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot! Brenda is so caring and kind! The day I went in there I was a crying mess, and she helped me so much! I got the best vitamin Bs. Working with my doctor I had a vitamin defenency that had me in a bad place. I am happy and healthy again! read more

Fabulous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! The atmosphere is relaxed while being introduced to a ton of services that you never new could benefit health! lol I'm pretty frugal, so the packages were the best bang for my buck :) Like the oxygen bar (natural high) Haha Vibing has helped core strength, posture, back pain, and circulation. Infrared sauna was an incredible detox that was tolerable, unlike traditional saunas. I have skin problems and like the previous review, the Kagan water helped also! I always prefer small local business to corporate, and they always have new stuff to check out and learn about all the time. You can tell others benefit from the sevices because they continue to grow even in our current economy. : / Four stars because they only have one location, and some services I wish I could enjoy more but have a tough time fitting in my budget for now. read more

Super kind staff and owner. Always very knowledgeable on new products and recommended treatments too!!!

I have been going to O2 Wellness now for over 2 months. My back is so much better and I am not living in daily pain! The Therapeutic Vibration machines have also helped my asthma! They actually have peak flow meters on site where I can see my lung capacity. They really are concerned about your overall health and wellness. I can not say enough good things about this center. read more

This place is amazing! I had been to another place that had infrared saunas but this place blows it out of the water! The sauna is HUGE. I went in with a work injury and I can't take anti-inflammatory drugs. In one session I felt incredible! I had been suffering with pain for a week! Plus I had never heard of the viber machine! I have had 2 sessions and can't believe the difference! Too bad workers comp wont pay for this type of treatment! I will be a life time member for sure! SO many great products and services! Therapeutic Whole Body Vibration is something I am excited about and so glad to have O2 Wellness in town so that I can refer my friends and patients. I especially recommend whole body vibration to people with conditions that increased circulation is a benefit. Almost immediately you can feel targeted increases in blood flow to areas that need it. This can mean people with muscle soreness or injury right up to those with diabetes or Fibromyalgia. Like I said I am excited to see people get on this machine and see what it can do for them. read more

Bought a Groupon before I found out I needed to have a hip replacement and radiation for skin caner. I called them to set up an appt. to go in the last day of my Groupon and found out that I needed to speak to my Dr. before using anything. I asked for an extension on my expiration date and they would not even give me a few days. I have other Groupons with the same situation and those owners were more then happy to accommodate me. For a center that should be interested in health and continued business their actions have surprised me. read more

Wow, I just had a vibing session at O2 Wellness in San Clemente and I feel phenomenal. It feels like my organs were massaged from the inside out. It is a fantastic wellness center with sauna, vibing machines, facials, and the most phenomenal collection of products, hand picked with care and tested by owner, Brenda Betancourt. She carries G.M. Collin skin care products, which of course, are the best skin care out there, but other health care, nutritional and beauty gems as well. I purchased B Lite tablets, which are like B vitamins on steroids! I also picked up 'Baby Foot' peel, which is a peel designed especially for the bottom of your feet. Above all, Brenda's knowledge and energy leave you feeling like you are walking on a cloud. She is incredibly knowledgeable and really knows how to help people. What a truly wonderful spa in South Orange County. read more

I have been coming here for over a year and love it here. There are so many fabulous services to try, I would rather come here than spend a couple hours at the spa! I have had multiple services here- the infrared sauna, the viber, body balance, ionic foot detox and cellulite treatments. I always learn something new when I go in, the owners are friendly and genuinely interested in helping you feel better- more energized, balanced and refreshed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to take charge of their health and find alternative ways of feeling better immediately! read more

Have been using the vibe equipment (Therapeutic Whole Body Vibration) daily to help me rehab from a recent surgery on my foot and ankle. Ankle swelling improved dramatically after first few treatments. Have noticed my body getting leaner in addition to gaining my strength back following surgery. O2 staff is very interested in their clients health and wellness goals. I am very pleased with my results in just the first month. Looking forward to continued results, as well as other offerings O2 Wellness is providing. Staff is great...very focused on the client. It is a fun, positive and upbeat place to be! read more

From the moment I walked in (just wanting to ask some questions) I felt overwhelmingly welcome. I was treated like family that they haven't seen in a while. And not just the owner and staff, but other customers too. It's like walking into a community. I was going quite a bit for a few months. I was getting a facial peel and some other services and I absolutely loved it. I looked forward to going not just because I knew I was going to leave with bomb skin, but because I genuinely loved being there. The owner is the absolute sweetest most caring person I've ever met. I haven't been in a few months but can't WAIT for my next visit! Hopefully soon! read more

I have been coming to o2 Wellness since they opened four years ago. I have always felt very welcomed there by all of the staff and have found that all of the services they offer have helped my health immensely !!!!! It really surprises me to see negative reviews here because I have NEVER experienced any of this they are saying. Well some people just have to be nasty I guess. Maybe they should have stuck with the Whole body vibration to get the negative energy out of them !!!!! All I can say is if you want to feel amazing get over to o2 Wellness and let them show you all you can do to feel the best you have ever felt. LOVE this center and ALL of the staff !!!!!! read more

Terrible customer service by owner Brenda. Cancelled my appointment then promised to credit my deposit and never did. As I follow up on my money a month later, Brenda asked me to call my credit card company. Obviously, if it was credited I wouldn't have been calling her. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. I shouldn't have had to follow-up with them again anyway. "The world is not going to end." No, but my recommending your business to others anymore will. read more

Great experience with their vibration therapy. I had worked with power plate technology previously for athletes and other general population people. The therapeutic piece is better for other populations that have difficulty with movement or the special populations. These populations of disabled or elderly still need movement too. How do they get it? Well, o2 Wellness has this solution with a very easy yet effective piece of equipment. It can even be controlled to grant them further resistance as they become more capable on it. Besides the vibration therapy they have ionic foot massage, infrared spa, and even fitness accessories like water bottles. Highly recommend the store's services and the experience there. read more

Well for one, The minute I found out I couldn't take them I called back within that week, I asked the girl that assisted me if I can return the HCG Package(out of 7 items only 2 were open but never used) and she said they don't do any returns. Secondly, it's extremely overpriced. You think you're getting some kind of deal and you're really not. I spent almost $400 that day....come to find out..all the supplements I bought came to a total of $100 . There are some items if you even look up by the company they're selling you from where their products are less than $10. There's an item with no label, which they call "O2 B thins" basically all of your vitamin b that retails for under $10 but they retail it for $79 just as an example. Today I found out that they in fact did have a return policy if returned within the 30days. I'm so upset and feel like I got gypped big time. Honestly, I'd never refer anyone to this company at all. read more

I Love this Place. Brenda the owner couldn't be nicer. I found her place by accident one day. I had an appointment with a dr in the same area. I stoped into the wellness center to ask for directions. Brenda gave me a tour of the center and after myy dr appointment I went back over. She put me on a vibe machine because I'd been having hip pain. It really made me feel much better. I've been going there for a year now and I've lost 12 pounds and I feel great. She also has the best skin care and Make up you can buy any where. One thing I love about Brenda she doesn't sell anything she hasn't tried herself. Crissie Casto read more
