I am from out of state and while here in California, I visited multiple Thera-RED locations. In Texas, I regularly visit a spa where I use what is considered a top of the line red bed. I found a notable difference in the way my body felt using the Thera-RED bed as compared to the red bed I use regularly in Texas. Specifically, I noticed an instant relief in my joint and nerve pain, and an instant warming of my deep muscles, which I had never experienced with other red light beds. While visiting CA, I specifically made it a point to find a place to do red light therapy because my teenage daughter has Hashimoto's, and has been recommended red light therapy as part of her treatment. Now that I see a difference in the quality of beds, I am looking at purchasing from Thera-RED so that she has access to the best quality red light bed possible to mitigate her auto-immune disease when we go back to Texas. Being in the healthcare profession myself, and owning my own small business, I appreciate this business owner's care and accommodations so that my daughter and I could have access to the red light therapy we need while visiting from out of town. Ian (owner of Thera-RED) even reached out to check more than once to make sure we were able to access the facilities and use the equipment as needed. I am so thankful that we have Thera-Red here in Dana Point! After doing an on-site meeting with Ian, the owner, and a 20 minute session, I joined in November 2024 and have seen a definite improvement in my hand and shoulder issues. I had rotator cuff surgery a couple of months ago that was more extensive than the surgeon had planned for. Ian is awesome and the model he has set up gives these amazing healing/recovery modalities access to almost anyone in the area so long as they commit. I can "feel the difference" with these sort of things, and definitely felt the difference right after my first session. While this type of support isn't medical treatment, I have to say I noticed a huge improvement in my heart rate the day after my first session. I started working out with Ian Deak in order to loose weight and get back in shape. Ian explained the benefits red light therapy offers, and he asked if I'd like to try it after our work out. I did try it and now I absolutely love it! I get the red light therapy after a work out and it's the best place to relax, stretch, and just stay off your phone for 15 to 20 minutes.
