This place was amazing! 5***** I go to Palm Springs every year and I have come close to needing an IV Therapy (Medical) place year after year. This year I really had no choice but to go. I was severely dehydrated and knew I needed "LR" & Hydration, ASAP. I did some research and immediately found this place, called them and was able to book, the same day. Super easy & quick!! My experience was flawless. I was nervous as well because, I didn't know the Nurses and/or staff and I am a very hard "IV-stick", due to what I live with (on the daily) and it always helps to know who you are working with and visa-versa. I believe her name was Julie! She was full of empathy and extremely knowledgeable. I was in and out in about 45-60 minutes. She explained everything and got me with the first try- impressive! Initially I wrote a poor review because we were over charged two times the amount, which is not something you want to see after having had major surgery, but after speaking with Dr. Nuqui he reassured me that it was an error on their end & he'd be refunding me the correct amount, which of course I'm pleased with, but should have never happened. Also I want to include that the nurse whose name I can't recall was great! Very knowledgeable & kind. All & all he seemed pleasant & ultimately got the charges corrected & all is well. Replenish was a LIFESAVER during Coachella weekend last year! Unfortunately I can't hang like I did back in the day and I definitely wouldn't have survived all three days if it weren't for them.
