Partner and I had the couples special for 90min and it was awesome! The ladies work all your muscles and incorporate hot stone, foot scrub and stretching into it. Well worth the cost. read more

Saw this on Groupon and gave it a try, I get massages often all over the US travelling for work. This was a standard massage I did an hour with hot stones - Worth it! Simple set up but relaxing environment non the less. I came in sore and left almost stumbling I was so relaxed! I would recommend this place and it's in a strip mall to get some errands done as well. Whoever left the one star saying they got "karate chopped" this is a standard practice for blood flow, calm down Karen. Yes there was a language barrier, but nothing we couldn't overcome as I had a sizable burn on my forearm and the masseuse was very accommodating and caring to that region. 5 stars through and through! read more

Made a reservation for a couple's massage and was really looking forward to it. When we arrived (10 minutes early), they proceeded to have a prolonged phone call with someone. They then told us that they didn't have enough people to offer the massage. Then why did you make the appointment?! A complete waste of me and my partner's time. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a couple's massage over the weekend for my fiancée's birthday, hoping it would help her relax since she deals with constant back pain from work. Instead, it turned into one of the worst experiences we've ever had at a spa. Neither massage therapist spoke English, so we couldn't communicate anything beyond pointing to where we felt pain. Even then, the massage was the complete opposite of relaxing. My fiancée said it was so rough she wanted to cry the entire time. I have no idea what kind of "relaxing" massage involves slapping, karate‑chopping, and stretching us like we were in a yoga class. At one point it felt like someone was on all fours karate‑chopping my upper back. We walked in hoping to feel better. We walked out in more pain than we started with. I absolutely would not recommend this place unless you're specifically looking for slaps, taps, and a guarantee of leaving more sore than when you arrived. read more

Friendly staff and excellent massage with care. I will definitely come back as often as I can.

An extraordinary experience. Located in a mall in Cat City, this is a rare find--good price, great massage!

Great couples massage for the price. 90 minutes and multiple add-ins like hot rocks. They definitely go hard, so if you're sore make sure to let them know. read more

Wonderful service We saw this on Groupon and pricematched since we didn't want to purchase on Groupon which takes 50% of their profits. We did a couple massage for 1 hr. It was wonderful and we tipped them generously since the price is well worth in comparison to other resorts. Will definitely come back when we're in town read more

Came here because my mom wanted to get a massage. She had a deal so we had a couples massage. I forgot to ask what the name of my masseuse was but he was excellent. Mind you I haven't had a massage in years, but the 1 hour whole body massage was just right. Just enough stretching and kneading to loosen up my muscles. I would recommend testing this place out if tire in the area. read more

Judy was my massage therapist today and she was amazing. My back muscles were in knots before I went, and I now have no pain. There was a lot of deep tissue massage (hurts so good) and she also did hot stone massage. They gave me the same price I could have gotten through Groupon. Highly recommend. read more

Best massage ever!! 75 minutes of pure bliss. Hot stones, zen music, a great experience.

Located in between America's Tire and Stater Bros. Came here for a couples massage. So Bomb! The prices were great. The massage was literally 120 minutes as advertised for $140 I believe but don't quote me, check the website. We were in a really cute couples room together whilst getting the massages and it was a complete full body massage with I am quite ticklish so I kept giggling during the duration of the massage definitely throwing off the vibe lmao. The masseuse and I shared a few laughs. But it was great overall. We can book online or over the phone which is also a plus. 10/10 read more

Great service! Found this little gem on Groupon. Was able to make an appointment for a couple massage the same morning. Arrived early and they accommodated us with an issue. The massage was very pleasant. The last that massaged me used just the right pressure to relieve tension yet relaxing. She didn't seemed rushed but instead worked put the knots in my muscles. I was very pleased with the overall experience and will be back again soon! read more

Wanted to try out a massage here based on the reviews. I called and had one scheduled for this morning at 11:45am. However, i just received a call at 8:45am stating I had missed my 11:45am appointment. When I called back to confirm it was only 9am right now and my appointment was not until 11:45am (almost 3 hours from now) she stated it was actually almost 12pm and I had in fact missed my appointment. This was the most bizarre interaction I have ever had and no matter what way I tried to explain to here the current time was only 9am she kept disagreeing with me. no massage today. read more

This will be our new go to massage place when visiting Palm Springs. We booked a 75 minute couples massage and I've got to say it was the best massage I've ever had. Sometimes you leave a massage and feel sore and beat up, this was not the case. The pressure was just right and the flow of the massage was perfect. She was able to get the tight knots out of my neck and shoulders with causing pain. I highly recommend Zen Spa for your next massage experience. PS it's 110* today and it was the perfect temperature inside. read more

I have been here 2 times when we come to visit Palm Springs. The place is clean and has a calming music and relaxing aromatic. The women who did my massage therapy are both really good. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY I wish I could post without any stars better yet negative stars because this experience was TERRIBLE. I've come here before a year ago before COVID and it was fine. My man and I arrived for the couples massage and we laid down waited for them to come in for about 15 min. When they walked it it felt like they were rushing us it was strange. She ask hard or medium we choose our preference and they begin. They started and didn't even use any oil. They were talking and laughing we asked if this was normal since spas are suppose to be tranquil. I've never been to a loud spa. Then my man said you can go softer she started laughing and joking and saying soft soft being funny. The girl massaging me was breathing heavy and pretty much sitting on top of the table with me. There was no system like usually they start at your shoulders then go down they were choosing a bunch of random areas. We tried explaining to the manager/owner guy he was saying we will be quiet no more talking that wasn't enough they were being funny because we didn't want our shoulders duh in and in pain from a massage. We literally had to force them to give us our money back I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. read more

Stay away, stay safe. Not a safe place! Filled a police report against them. Called the owner "Jason" and he couldn't even understand enough english when I called to complain. That his therapist was horrible, and inappropriate. He asked if I wanted a massage!? Not safe, or clean. Licensing certificate for the therapist wasn't current. Room was creepy, with an actual bed next to the message table. What else would you like to say? This is the correct location on Ramon and Date Palm dr. Next to the tire shop. read more

Got a great deal for a 75min couples massage on Groupon, went in there today with my bf. Used the voucher hassle free. We had the most amazing experience. My fiancé surprised me to a couples massage. I've never had a massage before so I was nervous and intimidated to have someone massage my body. However, the man and woman who took care of us did just that! They made sure that we were comfortable and relaxed the entire experience. It was both pleasant and very stress free. My favorite part is when they massage you with the hot stones. Who would have known that you could massage someone with hot stones?? Very epic and also very romantic!
