I've been coming to Reflexology, managed by Grace, since I moved to the Valley in 2017, and it's just consistently been my go-to. Coco, Amy, Cindy, Lee, and Eric are all really good. They've helped a lot with the body misalignment and tightness I get from sitting at a computer all day and from workouts. Lately I've been dealing with neck pain, shoulder stiffness, and even some arm discomfort, and they know exactly where to work--it actually makes a noticeable difference. I always leave feeling a lot better than when I came in. I usually go once or twice a month and have brought a few friends here too--they all liked it. I also like that you can ask for the pressure you want, whether you want something lighter or really deep depending on what you need that day. I usually do the 90-minute session, and it really helps reset everything. Their treatment is pretty thorough. They use acupressure and work on your head, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands, then spend time on your feet, and finish with your back and legs. It's not rushed, and it feels like they cover everything. I also always end up sleeping really well after. They have different options too, including a combination treatment and a more focused therapeutic massage for back issues like sciatica or arthritis. I usually go with the therapeutic one--it helps a lot with my neck and shoulder tension and just overall resets my body. Pricing is actually pretty reasonable for what you get, especially compared to other places around here. If you go, just mention you saw the offer on their website. The place is clean, and the staff are always nice and professional. They truly provide a good therapeutic massage, and you can actually hear how much relief people feel by the end of their session. If you're looking for somewhere reliable to work out tension and stress, this is a solid spot.

As for my experience, my massage therapist did not speak English which made communicating my needs very difficult. She also did not seemed properly trained. She didn't use any type of technique other than rolling her forearm up and down my back and squeezing my shoulders and neck. When she moved to my lower body she barely used lotion and was pretty much rubbing my skin dry. She only rubbed from the knees down and she never massaged my upper legs. She then massaged my feet and went back to rubbing my upper body including my face! She put a blob of lotion on my face and started to rub it in at which point I told her to stop. She didn't understand me and I kept saying that I don't want her to touch my face and just rub my arms and neck instead. Why would I want you to touch my face after you just rubbed my feet??? My friend was also getting her massage in the same room and her massage therapist had to translate for me. He finally spoke to her and told her to stop. My friends also had bad experiences. One massage therapist was on the phone texting and taking calls during the massage. She was using one hand at times because she was holding her phone. The rest of the massage sucked. She squeezed the hell out of my shoulders and I kept asking her to go lighter but of course she didn't understand me. Now onto the premises. It's hot as hell in there as it's an old building. They have oscillating fans to keep cool. The walls don't go all the way to ceiling and you can literally hear the people as if they are in the same room. They have one small bathroom which had buckets in the sink collecting dirty water. They didn't have paper towels for drying your hands, instead they had a regular cloth towel for everyone to use. Gross! I try not to judge a book by its cover but this hole in the wall is literally that. I had hoped that the excellent reviews regarding customers' experiences would make up for the less than stellar appearance but unfortunately that's not the case. You get what you see. Unfortunately I did not get what I paid for, as it's a crime to charge as much as they do for a horrible massage. The massage chair where I get my pedicure gives better massages.

This was, without a doubt, the WORST massage i've ever gotten in my life. 4 of us went for my girlfriend's bachelorette weekend after making an appointment the same day and were really looking forward to a relaxing session. My friend and I opted for the 60 minute body/reflexology combo and wound up sharing a room (which I had no issue with) and all seemed fine until the masseurs came in. 1 guy, 1 girl and they would not stfu. They were loudly whispering and giggling in a silent room (the music didn't come on until 20 minutes into the massage). I had the gal and she was AWFUL. Right off the bat, I knew this wasnt going to be what we'd be picturing. The massage itself was rushed, clumsy and abrupt. Anytime she would go to take oil off with a hot towel, she would slap the towel on my back and move it around so forcefully that my chin kept hitting the bottom of the face cradle. I mean, HOW? When she moved to my neck, I asked her to be a little gentler and she did not adjust. It was painful and unpleasant. Next came the foot "reflexology". Again, rushed, sloppy and definitely NOT reflexology. My pedicurist does a better job and that's also not reflexology or what i'm paying her for. The clincher was when she loudly burped while rubbing my feet. What just happened? At the end, when we were all paying, with everyone hovering at the counter to get their tips, it was suggested that I give her a $20 tip for a $40 service. I may have been open to this had I had literally anybody else. I said "absolutely not". Gave her a smaller tip (and one I didn't want to give to begin with but felt pressured to since she was hovering) and she she loudly voiced her displeasure to the main gal in charge and stomped off. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. At least here, while I got a subpar (and gross) service, I have a story to tell and something to laugh about. Skip this place. Trust me. read more

Private (mostly) rooms for full body on table. Masseur (that is a male) knew anatomy of muscles and tendons. I asked for certain areas by word and pointing at the beginning and for the most part he worked as indicated without further instruction. Consistently asked, "OK?", for each new method and body area. He usually opted for what was technically a gentle deep tissue instead of Swedish emphasis, but he did use both. A few good stretches were thrown in too. I hire for 90 minute massage. Maybe he ran out of techniques to use since the time was long and I also directed no massage of my head and shoulders. There was some repetition but overall it was a good massage especially considering the price is what a neighborhood massage should cost. Warm wet towel was used to remove oil. Bolster provided for feet, and a pillow provided when one lies on back and side. The "rooms" have swing doors without latches, but have walls between them except above 7 or 8 feet. When I was there it was relatively quiet but I did hear the man next door trying to be politely conversationally with the masseuse. Nothing inappropriate but just a little distraction. At one point some lights in the hallway were turned on and my masseur immediately covered my eyes with a cloth...two points. Reception desk is helmed by older English speaking staff with smiles on arrival and departure. (Probably owners) They really want to know if the service was to your liking. I was lucky enough to find Cindy through the recommendation of a friend. She has helped me with injury recovery as well as pre and post race massage. Cindy is incredibly gifted at bodywork. She takes the time to evaluate you before she starts and really customized the massage to your needs. It never feels like the same massage twice. As a runner I have always been reluctant to let anyone work on my legs. My experience was that I was either left too sore or my legs were kneaded as if they were dough. After receiving many massages from Cindy I scheduled pre and post marathon massages. My legs have never felt better for a race! I was back running three days post race, after my previous marathons I couldn't walk with out pain for a week! Cindy is truly gifted! I count myself lucky to be her client. I was coerced into giving a good review during checkout by the manager who made me sit and write it in front of her lol however here is my honest edit of the place. For the value and time this place is great. My husband and I got 60 minute full body massage and the 30 minute foot massage which were great. They reminded me of Thai massages if you are familiar. The people doing them didn't speak English though which was hard. I woke up today in an actual pain because of how hard the massage was. The language barrier prevented me from properly communicating that I needed less pressure. Overall though if you are looking for a no frills great massage for cheap this is the place! read more

This is one of the best massage I've ever been. Seems like the boss just bought the business. He is so kind and hostile even though he doesn't speak English well. I've been here couple of times and every time he gave me some gift cards and told me I can share them with my friends, which is very kind. The environment here is nice and warm, the boss got some pretty decorations inside and outside. I really enjoy to stop by on weekends. So, I got sent home from work early and I've been in need of a massage so I decided to head over to zen spa, I understand it was getting close to their closing time but the woman masseuse was extremely rude from the start, she was so rough on me that I had the urge to get up and leave the first few minutes but I was a bit embarrassed on how to approach that. She wasn't using oil the first five minutes and was being so rough on me that I felt my skin burning from the friction, also she didn't have her nails cut so she kept scratching me. I asked if she was going to use oil so she did use oil on me afterwards but it was excessive, I'm an esthetician so I know the massage movements and rhythm and she didn't know what she was doing at all. The whole hour I only felt effleurage and tapotement when finishing, also she kept getting too close to my intimate parts and it did make me a bit nervous. I found it a bit gross to get too close to my rectum and afterwards do facial massage, I was very anxious the whole session and couldn't enjoy the massage due to this unprofessional behavior, it felt like she didn't want to service me or was upset to have gotten a service the last hour of closing which I can understand but also being in the service industry I wouldn't ever make anyone feel like an inconvenience and revenge it through the service for coming in towards the end of the shift, at the end of the day you are getting paid for the service and gratitudes so I don't understand where this attitude came from, I didn't want to write a review but I woke up so sore and my back is hurting more than before so I ended up paying for a service that rather than make me feel better has left me worst. I'm very disappointed

The other day I took my mother and my fiancé for massages, and we were all excited. Unfortunately, none of us had a good experience. One of the first things I noticed was that the staff didn't seem to understand English. I politely asked several times if they could please close the door because I could hear people talking outside, and I felt extremely uncomfortable since I was undressed and worried someone could walk by. No one responded or seemed to understand my request. The massage itself was one of the worst I've ever had. It honestly felt like the therapist was inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing. Instead of feeling relaxed, I was uncomfortable the entire time. To make matters worse, the therapist giving me my massage passed gas during the session, and his stomach kept growling loudly. The smell lingered in the room and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. It was incredibly distracting, unprofessional, and honestly disgusting. My mother and my fiancé were also disappointed with their massages, so unfortunately it wasn't just my experience. We all left feeling like we had wasted our money. For the prices they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and quality. I would not return or recommend this place based on our experience.

The Spa facilities are located on the grounds of the huge La Quinta Hotel property. As day spa…read morevisitors, I would drive to the rear of the hotel and find parking closer to the spa. Else you would get lost in the maze of the property. The spa facilities itself was amazing. The locker room has closed door changing rooms, a steam room, and jacuzzi pool outside. I had the body scrub treatment which was amazing. I was in the vishy shower room for over 60 minutes where I lay in a warm waterbed mat and scrubbed and showered. I would totally have this treatment again. I felt so clean and soft afterwards. The only thing I would do next time is to spend more time at the Spa and enjoy the quiet time and space of this beautiful place.
