Amazing foot massage!! I have severe plantar fasciitis, and this massage did wonders! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palm Springs! read more

Very thorough and relaxing, would highly recommend! I'd come back again. My wife u cam and had a great experience.

This was my first time at Raphael's Spa which is location in downtown Palm Spring"s, parking can be very difficut because it's on a main street with a lot of restaurants and shops. I was greeded with a warm welcoming smile, all of the staff were nice and friendly, it is really nice and clean inside they also offer pedicure and chair massage, they did not offer ashiatu massage is what I absolutely love, never the less I did have a awesome massage here. I can not wait to come back here because of the excellent customer service, value plus a amazing massage too. read more

There credit card reader wasn't working and said they wanted to take my credit card and use the one next door which I didn't like. No soap in the bathroom to wash hands. I didn't get a full body massage that I paid for and was disappointed. I won't be going back with plenty other spa's in the downtown district. read more

Called ahead and received a confirmation txt and then they acted surprised when I showed up. Left after being asked why I was there for the third time. read more

Because of a time limitation on my part, I opted for a 30-minute full body massage. Well, I have to say that that was the BEST massage I've had in a very long time! Jerry was absolutely terrific and profess. I was pleasantly surprised that I left so elated and relaxed given the short amount of time I was allotted. Fall Spa is my new go-to destination when visiting Palm Springs. THANK-YOU! read more

We've been there several times over the last year. They have been great at accommodating us even without appointments. Nice staff, clean location. Really good massages at a fair price. read more

I have been coming here for over 10 years since I bought a place in Palm Springs. Whenever I'm in town, it is a top priority! I always get the one hour foot massage...heaven! My husband always gets a two hour body. I have enjoyed each relaxing moment! Prices have gone up since Covid, but it is still worth every penny! We will continue using their services as long as they are here! Guess it's not my secret place anymore. read more

Excellent massage. Fair prices. Place is very clean. Staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

Raphael Spa is the Best! I feel very welcome, also the vibe is small and very clean and comfortable. Jason is my massage guy of choice as he's very talented and has excellent customer service skills. His English is very good and he has a relaxing touch that is so welcomed after a crazy week of work. You will not be disappointed. read more

Nothing is more insulting to a client than to have your appointment cut short due to the arrival of another client who is obviously more important than you. Don't do this. read more

I was very tired after a day of playing today. I want to go for a massage and relax. I came to the Raphael massage shop and had a 90-minute massage. Angela's technique is very good. She seems to know that I am tired. Thank you Angela, thank you Raphael. read more

I'm so happy that Raphael's recently reopened. I've been a fan of the $60/90 minute massage for some time, but was somewhat apprehensive about going back in today's covid-climate. David is at the helm, slowly rebuilding his team. And, his rubs are as good as ever. I recently met with Simon, who also has skilled hands. The studio has been completely redone, updated, and very clean. I wore a mask, as did they, and I felt as comfortable as you can these days. Know that these are eastern-style massages, with a lot of pushing and moving into the muscle, all at a comfortable pressure. Prices have increased, but still a deal; $50/60min, $75/90min! Check 'em out, but please be quiet.....you're in a spa! read more

You NEED to get a massage at this place!! I actually got a massage at another spot down the road on Indian Canyon first and left so unsatisfied (I chose that other one because it had way more reviews, don't make the same mistake I did!) The massage at that other place was so horrible that I walked over to Raphael's immediately afterward hoping they'd be better because I was still craving a good massage (and at these prices, why not!). I'm soooooo happy I did because the massage I got at Raphael's was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was in a trance it was that good. I didn't want it to end!! Will 1000% be back next time I'm in Palm Springs! read more

Great massage and great price! Thanks Jimmy for making my massage a great experience and very relaxing.

We have been here a few times and for me Linda is the greatest. Always coming back for sure.

Don't go! Just left after my boyfriend and I had two one hour foot massages and my boyfriend received the presidential treatment while I am not sure what I received. They started with his head, neck and shoulders But not me! massages with one hand while on the phone with the other. Put lotion on my feet but rubbed my legs with nothing. I literally should've walked out and not paid! I will never go back!!! read more

This is a must visit whenever I am in Palm Springs. Very friendly caring people. I highly recommend Raphael's!

Great place, cheap massage. I go weekly. Having realistic expectations for a cheap massage is really important. Sometimes people are a little ridiculous. I'm really happy every time I go. The combo massage is my favorite. read more

I was sitting on the second floor patio across the street from Raphael's on a hot desert afternoon, with no one on the street at all, and decided to walk in to the spa. Very good work by my MT. My expectations were not high, but I got a great 1/2 hour foot massage for a good price. I'll probably be back, especially in the heat of summer, when it's not busy. read more

Very nice staff and owner. Parking is good on the street or right behind. Not a big place or fancy however very clean and nice rooms. Have tried a few of the massage therapist and very happy with Jason, William and Andy. All super nice and concerned about how they are doing. read more

Jack Z, I have someone looking in to this. We are going to get back what I lost, no matter what. I tried putting in my pocket while getting massage, and obviously didn't. It fell to ground. How you want to placate it is up to you, but I know it was left in your business!? How would you feel if it happened to you? 2500.00 Maybe lie detectors for all of us? Let me know, before someone else does! read more

I used to go to the spa in La Quinta, so I already knew some of the staff and felt at home. I actually like this location better as it is closer to the "strip." The owners are very professional and their staff are well-versed in reflexology and after my massage I felt completely relaxed. I can't say enough good things about this spa. I go there once a week at a minimum. read more

Best foot massage ever...Angela has the hands of an angel.... Make sure to call for an appointment

Just went back and it was equally amazing! This is seriously the best kept massage secret in Palm Springs. What a value. I think they added a coat of paint inside and some soft music and a little fountain to offset any random background noise/talking. Use your indoor voice when there so you don't disturb other patrons! read more

I don't believe that there is better stylist alive that meets all of my needs when I need them. Not only that, Rafael is current with new techniques. Therefore I don't get left behind with a haircut that I liked during the Vietnam era. He regularly attends seminars all over the country & world, so that we have the new cut or style before all the others!! We heart our Raf & couldn't imagine what kind of ratty 'do' I would have to deal with were he not around!!! read more

Raphael's Spa - One of Raf's old ladies that he keeps contemporary - Massage Near Me - Palm Springs, California

For folks reading this and for the previous folks who have written reviews based on the massage salon, Raphael's is a hair salon not a Thai massage parlor. His salon is located right around the corner from the Thai massage salon. I've notified Yelp because the reviews for the massage should not reflect on Raphael's work and is damaging to his business. If you are seeking a boutique quiet salon without the hustle and bustle of many stylist the loud noise and cattiness then come to his boutique salon. The shampoo area is intimate and private. He has put such attention to detail and love in designing his space. The shampoo area is private, dimly lighted so that when you lay back in the chair you are looking up to a ceiling that mimics the starry sky. There's a cutting room and a color room. Decorated in Moroccan style this place exudes such style and obvious love for the establishment . Raphael is also Sassoon trained. Continues his education as a seasoned stylist having been doing this for 30+ years, he stays inspired by traveling internationally to maintain his inspiration taking classes and workshops. If you like precision to detail work, stylist who care then visit Raphael but you for sure will not be getting a massage here. Hair ONLY. read more

Great massage for the money. Had as good for twice the amount at other places. You can forget the flowery and perfumed atmosphere, it's not there, but rooms are clean and usually quite. Would give it a 5 star if it wasn't for the masseuse having to break away to work walk-ins for a short period of time while giving me a massage. read more
