My friend and I booked in-home massages and had a great experience from start to finish. They arrived right on time, were very professional, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Icela gave me honestly one of the best massages I've ever had. She was attentive, professional, and did an amazing job. Having such a high-quality massage in the comfort of our own home made the experience even better. We were both extremely happy with the service and would definitely book with them again. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for a convenient and professional in-home massage! read more

Here's a polished review you could post: We had the absolute best experience with Tiara and the team from Mobile Spa Pros To Go! We were on a girls' summer trip with 14 women, and they sent three massage therapists to our vacation home so several of us could enjoy massages throughout the day. From start to finish, everything was seamless. They arrived right on time, were incredibly organized, and brought everything they needed to create a relaxing spa experience. Everything was clean, professional, and well coordinated. Each of the massage therapists was friendly, skilled, and made everyone feel comfortable. Every single person who had a massage raved about how amazing they felt afterward. If you're planning a girls' trip, bachelorette weekend, birthday, or just want a spa day brought to you, I highly recommend Tiara and Mobile Spa Pros To Go. They truly helped make our weekend even more special! read more

Ellie was the most amazing masseuse I have ever had! I have never had a massage where someone has actually worked out every knot in my body. The amount of intention and care to transform the space to make it a full experience was above and beyond! Highly recommend this service if you are in the area! We booked them for our bachelor party and every single person was so beyond satisfied with their massage! read more

If I had to describe the services that Mobile Spa Pros2Go in one word, that word would be indulgent. I hired this lovely service for my bachelorette for myself and all my bridesmaids to get pampered. Not only were the massages amazing, but they were also tailored to our needs and incorporated a lot of stretching - I could tell that these women were trained professionals experienced with all the muscle groups of the body. They created a gorgeous spa oasis for us and we were all so happy with our services. Hire them for your next girls trip! read more

They were amazing!!! 10/10 recommend! They came to our Airbnb and we did massages and facials for 6 and everyone loved it! Will use them again. Very nice, and professional. read more

We just had massages and facials on a weekend trip to Palm Springs. Sil was our massage therapist and Tiara was our esthetician. Both women were so friendly and incredibly talented. They came in, set up their tables and equipment in our living room, and then we were off! Everything was perfect outside of the fact that our adorable little dog kept barking outside at the wind. Sil and Tiara laughed and were so warm. We will definitely use Mobile Spa Pros when we're back in town and ask for Sil and Tiara! Thanks girls! read more

We reached out for massages during our girls trip and they were able to come to our vacation home the next day! Our massages were absolutely amazing and both ladies were so kind. Will definitely book again when we are in the area. read more

My sister (the bachelorette) wanted a spa day for her bachelorette party in Palm Springs, CA. We were exploring the local spas and all of them were not the right fit. As we were searching Yelp, we found Mobile Spa Pros2Go. Silviana and her team were super knowledgable and friendly. I started planning the bachelorette party a year ago and they were in constant communication the entire time. Their prices also remained the same which was nice. We had two therapists who arrived during the pool party. We had 1 facial and 3 massages. The 3 girls who got the services were so relaxed during and afterwards. I would recommend Mobile Spa Pros2Go to anyone looking for a mobile spa service. Silviana, thank you so much for everything! I hope to work together again in the future :) read more

We came down for my wife's 40th bday and booked Mobile Spa Pros2Go for 9 adults. Silvania and her team were absolutely amazing. They knocked it out of the park. My wife and our friends had nothing but wonderful things to say about Silvania and her team. They were extremely polite, accommodating and very responsive. She made my life so easy when trying to plan out the entire weekend because of her quick active communication. The pricing was beyond competitive if not better compared to all the other places I looked at. No question Mobile Spa Pros2Go we will be using on our next trip down. Thank you so much, you and your team made my wife's 40th birthday that much more special!!! read more

I booked a mobile massage for my wife as a surprise and they went above and beyond! Icela was awesome and did an incredible job! My wife lived her and the service she gave. Silvia and her team are great. I was looking for a mobile spa company for my sister's bachelorette. Mobile Spa had a fair price for their massages ($110 for 50 min). They require a deposit prior to the appoint so I had to be really careful because I had a group of 10. Silvia did not rush me into booking and understood I was still waiting on people from the group to confirm. She went ahead and reserved the appointment but gave me time to let her know if anyone would drop out. She made the whole booking process very stress free. On the day of the event, she and her team came early to set up. We were unfortunately behind on schedule and were not able to let her in but they were quick and efficient in setting up quickly. The massages were great! The set up the room so that it was dark and relaxing. They had scent diffusers on and calming music. The sheets were clean and they replaced it after each girl. In addition to the full body massage, there was a hot stone treatment, and cold facial serum. I had some girls in the group who get massages frequently and spend time at spa resorts and they said that this was better than what they've been to. After the stress of preparing for a wedding and finishing up school, my sister really wanted a nice spa day for her bach. Having MobileSpa come to the house was much more convenient than having to go to an actual place. I will definitely use them again if I'm ever in the area. read more

Sil and her team were absolutely wonderful! They brought a full mobile spa experience right to our Airbnb during our girls' trip, and it truly exceeded my expectations. My massage session with Sil was incredible--she's not only highly skilled but also so kind and attentive. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to booking with them again the next time I'm in Palm Springs! read more

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving a massage from Denise during a recent work retreat in Palm Springs, and it was truly one of the best massage experiences I've ever had. She and two other therapists came to our Airbnb, and I was immediately drawn to her presence the moment they walked in--her calming energy stood out right away. We quickly connected over our shared background in the wellness industry, and that mutual understanding really came through in her work. She has an incredible touch--intuitive, grounding, and deeply relaxing. She checked in thoughtfully throughout the session about pressure and comfort, which I really appreciated. I got to choose my own essential oils, and she incorporated hot stones, warm towels, relaxing music, and even a soft eye cover when I turned face up. The final touches--like the facial mist and cool roller on my face--took the experience to the next level. I left the table feeling completely restored, both physically and mentally. If you're lucky enough to book with her, you're in excellent hands--literally. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mobil Spa while planning my sister's bachelorette party. I initially contacted them to see if they could provide services for the party on a Sunday. After leaving a few messages and not hearing back, I reached out to another company as a backup. Eventually, Sandra, the owner of Mobil Spa, called me, and we discussed the details. I sent over our address, but after reading her terms, I noticed a deposit was required to confirm the booking. I also checked their reviews and saw that there were reports of no-shows, which made me nervous. Given the lack of communication and confirmation from Mobil Spa, I decided to go with the other company, who had been very responsive and professional. I never sent Mobil Spa a deposit or received any confirmation from them. On the day of the party, both companies unexpectedly showed up. When I explained to Sandra that I didn't think our appointment was confirmed because I hadn't sent a deposit or received any confirmation, she immediately became defensive. She stormed off to her car, and I overheard her telling her employee, "She said she didn't send a deposit, let's go." I felt terrible about the misunderstanding and went outside to try to reason with her. Despite knocking on her window and attempting to talk things through, Sandra ignored me. When she finally rolled down the window, I offered to have both companies stay since we had enough guests to accommodate them. I assured her that her time wouldn't be wasted. Sandra curtly replied, "I'll just leave my worker." This created an incredibly hostile environment, and her poor employee, Morgan, looked so confused. I invited Morgan inside and told her she could still work with one of the guests rather than just standing by. Morgan was incredibly sweet and professional. Meanwhile, one of my friends went outside to speak with Sandra, and Sandra was shockingly rude, nasty, and dismissive. I'm a firm believer in positive energy, so I'm actually glad Sandra didn't stay. She brought terrible vibes to what was supposed to be a fun and special day. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If this is how she runs her business, she should seriously reconsider her approach. If you're considering booking with Mobil Spa, I would recommend finding another company--or better yet, book directly with Morgan. She was the only redeeming part of this experience. read more

Mobile Spa Pros2Go - Massage Therapy Near Me

Wow!!! What an amazing addition to a girls weekend getaway! I planned massages for three girls as part of a girls weekend in Palm Springs. Silviana and her team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and they absolutely delivered! They showed up to our Airbnb, set up by the pool and went to work. All three of us LOVED our massage. I'm often picky about the pressure, and often find myself liking lighter pressure around my neck and shoulders. Silviana was quick to accommodate my requests. I also found out that they service Palm Springs, but our AirBnB was located in Desert Hot Springs. I asked if that would be an issue, and it wasn't. I was so relieved! My friends and I are still uneasy about going to a spa during a pandemic. We are all fully vaccinated, but there are still lingering anxieties. The fact that they came to us, set up outside and gave us massages was the best solution. Thank you! Thank you! We will definitely be calling again for our next weekend getaway!! read more

Highly recommend!!!!! We go to Palm Springs 2x a year for our girls trip and we've used mobile spa for the past few years. Sil was very sweet and professional! Hands down best massage I've ever gotten. I even asked her what kind of massage it was, she told me, therapeutic massage. It was soooo amazing. There were 5 of us on this trip, everyone was so relaxed and couldn't stop talking how great they were, so much so that I contacted Sil to see if she and the girls can come to OC and take care of us again. She had no problem with bringing her girls and traveling to us. So awesome!!!!! read more

I booked this company for my friend's bachelorette, and all of us absolutely enjoyed it. The guys from the groom's bachelor party had also booked them for the day prior to ours, and they had 25 people in their party. We all agreed it was the best massage and we didn't want it to end. The massage therapists we had were exceptional! I'm kicking myself for not getting all their names to give shoutouts, but I'll blame that on me trying to find the robes before they went missing. Lol! I would recommend this group to everyone, and I would definitely book them again for a couples massage for myself and my husband. read more

Horrible communication and they swindled me of my money! They initially communicated $144 per hour, and I reserved two hours. So my total should've been $288. Their email clearly required a 50% deposit, no less. So I went ahead and sent them $144 over a month ahead of the scheduled service. There were no complaints, and I even received a confirmation for my 50% deposit. Then, THE MORNING OF my scheduled service, they request an additional $432, trying to somehow justify that I only paid a 25% deposit when their emails to me clearly indicate that I was to pay $144 for two massage chairs per hour. Once again, their emails also indicated a 50% deposit was required, so why not a month ago tell me that there was a miscommunication?! Correct the customer's mistake instead of taking advantage of the customer! This service was a gift, and I couldn't cancel it, so I had to succumb to their pressure and I only booked one hour for $288, which was not at all what we agreed on. Horrible, horrible experience. Especially doing this to me the morning of!!! Responding to your response: Don't drag my husband into any of this!!! Your ladies left without a minute to spare and nothing was explained to him. He simply passed along the $144 for 1 hour as I told him to do. You definitely swindled me! Reread your emails with me and look how you deceived me! Responding to your third time changed response: Your team gave each gentleman a 10 minute back massage that involved no oil and nothing special. Yes, $72 an hour for that is entirely reasonable. One man even has a photo of your therapist texting on the job. Your massage is comparable to a mall chair. Blessings to you and your team. read more

Mobile Spa is Garbage2Go: THERAPIST WAS A NO-SHOW/OWNER RUDE, DISMISSIVE & TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY; she couldn't even muster a superficial apology for the sake of business * * *I implore you to first read the text thread screenshots attached. My texts are in green, the owner's responses in grey. I can't imagine anyone would question my experience after reading the attached screenshoots. I'm baffled by the 5-star ratings, my experience was insulting to say the least. I woke up in miserable discomfort so I was excited my husband found Mobile Spa on Yelp; their glowing reviews and 5-star ratings made it a no-brainer to book an at-home appointment. When I called the woman who answered seemed (keyword, "seemed") polite and professional, I booked a 4PM appointment with, the "Amazing Alisa" (owner's words, not mine! LOL), Amazingly, Alisa, was a no-show! I called the office number twice and texted Mobile Spa, on both phone calls I only got voicemail and I left a message which was not returned. Almost 2 hours after my appointment, I finally receive a text response from the spa owner. She offered no apology and proceeds to asked me to "call" her employee who stood me up. Not that it was appropriate for her to have me call HER employee, but then she doesn't even provide me with the Amazing Alisa's number. Is this lady on Ritalin??? This is a Little Rascals operation but they must be doing something right because they can afford to insult a new potential client like me. And, my body is so f*&ked up, she could've made a killing on me! I spend more money on massage therapy than I do on my medical insurance. I'll never understand being dismissive to someone trying to give you money and help you sustain your business and lifestyle. Kudos to you for managing to run a business like a trust fund baby. Lastly, it took public shaming on Yelp to get an "apology", when she could've returned my call and that would'e been the end of it. If you decide to move forward with an appointment, I couldn't blame you because their ratings are fantastic; however, make sure you don't get "Amazing Alisa" or "Alyssa" (owner spelled this therapists' name differently with each communique). Not only will Alisa/Alyssa not show up but you'll never hear from her either way. read more

We were down in Palm Springs for a girls' trip. The therapists came in and set up for three of us. I have to admit it was the best massage I ever had. Calm music, essential oils, hot stones, and a lovely therapist that made me not only comfortable, but she worked out some serious kinks in my back! I was a little sore the next day, but my back didn't hurt like it usually did, which I am grateful. I would highly recommend this group for your next massage! read more

Finally getting around to writing my yelp review. Over the weekend my friends and I took a trip to Palm Springs. We usually do a girls trip every year. This year I decided to look into getting massages. I was nervous to do this because I wasn't sure if I would pick the right business. Well.... I'm so HAPPY with the mobil services from Pros2Go. Everything was excellent, transaction easy, communication easy, and massages were amazing. I recommend Sil and Jocelyn. They came and provided everything. I loved how they made our Air BNB smell good with all their oils and scents. I'm looking forward to including this always to our future stays. read more

So unfortunately, I can't provide feedback on their services, but I can definitely provide feedback on their customer service. My girl and I booked a weekend getaway to Palm Springs at the end of June to celebrate my birthday this year. We definitely wanted a relaxing getaway and thought the in-room massage experience would be the cherry on top! I did some research and found Mobile Spa Pros2Go to be one of the top-rated companies in the area that offered such a service. After reaching out via Yelp messaging, Silviana (Sil) quickly messaged me back and answered any of the questions I had (and I had many). Given her responsiveness and reassurance I thought to give them a shot. We go ahead and set our in-room 60-min couples massage appt to that Saturday at 4pm. Fast forward to 3pm on Saturday, I get a text message asking if we could move our appt to 4:30p to accommodate some last minute staffing issues. I agree and around 3:30p, we decide to leave the pool area of our hotel to head upstairs and get ready for the massage. It's now 5/5:15p and we still haven't heard any door knocks, calls, or texts so I decide to reach out to Sil and see if the two therapists were still on their way or if they had any issues locating the place. Sil explains that they were still experiencing staffing issues and unfortunately would not be able to perform the massages for us that day. She attempted to reschedule us for Sunday, but I told her we were checking out first thing in the morning to hit the road back to OC. She was apologetic and offered to give us a gift card for another massage back home for our trouble, to which I obliged. Just when I thought we had the worst experience ever, Sil definitely tried to make things right. She asked for my home address, did some research, and send us e-gift card with enough value for what would be an amazing massage experience at Burke Williams here in Orange a few weeks later. The value far surpassed what would have been our bill at Mobile Spa Pros2Go. So, although we experienced an unfortunate mishap in Palm Springs, I gotta give praise when praise is due and recognize that sometimes as a business owner, you just gotta roll with the punches. So thank you, Sil, for taking care of us! read more

Thank you Lupe for your excellent service. Organized this as a surprise birthday gift and the recipient, Lesly (below) thoroughly enjoyed it! She arrived early and although had a slight hiccup at our resort gate, arrived at our house with a smile and great attitude. Setup was very easy via texting as well. Super friendly staff. Thanks again for being the "cherry on top" for this trip, we will def be rebooking on our next trip!! read more

Wow we had a couples massage yesterday with Lupe and Jessica! These girls were so professional and paid attention to detail. They set up the tables and closed the blinds to give full relaxation! HELLO! I looked for a massage service to come to the house that i was renting in Palm Springs in order to surprise my guy for his birthday. After reading some reviews i called Spa Pros2Go and Silviana took care of the rest. She is great. Super professional and personable. Lupe was the therapist that was sent to our house and she was a godsend. Her setup was clean, aromatic, and very professional. She gave us a 90min massage back to back and it was incredible. She asked us some questions before the massage to make each experience unique per our needs. Aside from giving me all the pressures i asked for (and needed), the 90 min massage included essential oil per my choosing, hot stones, a theragun (if you're into that sort of thing), hot towels, etc. It was magic. I think my favorite part was when she said "now im going to wash my hands so i can massage your face" ... THANK YOU! This was not a cheap massage by any means but the service, professionalism, masseur expertise, and overall experience was worth it for this special occasion. THANK YOU SPA PROS2GO and of course...
