What do you do when you injure your back by simply putting on your pants in the morning? Well, you look at your next fifty-something birthday with a bit of dread and you seek help ASAP. I found Jennifer on Yelp and hoped she'd be available for a couples massage on my birthday week in Palm Springs. She was very direct and communicative about booking, pricing, and logistics which inspired a lot of confidence for my first mobile massage. You need to book her because she's 1. responsive, travels to you, is on time and extremely professional 2. flexible in terms of breaking up the time so we could do a couples massage as well as what kind of massage you want - deep tissue, relaxing, etc. 3. Gets in there deep to work out some big knots and problem areas. Did I mention she actually listens to you and will pivot mid-massage to other areas or amount of pressure? This is rare w/previous masseuses. 4. An expert on the desert and where to find those nice strong Margaritas and Mexican bites 5. Got reasonable prices and I appreciated the convenience of paying via Venmo * bonus points for the breast cutout table. It makes it all so much better for the busty ladies! This was one of the big highlights of my birthday week! I'm so glad I found her and will definitely ring her up next time we're in town! read more

First off, Jennifer is very nice with a great personality. I got a callback from Jennifer and unfortunately she was already booked so we couldn't get a message. I'll just have to meet her another time. Also, thanks Jennifer for all the information on Palm Springs, it was all so helpful!! ;) read more

Jennifer has become our go to masseuse in the desert! We love coming out to Joshua Tree/Yucca Valley to unwind and having Jennifer available to come or wherever we are staying is so convenient. Her rates are incredibly reasonable but the massages are the stuff of legend. Our friends constantly rave about how it was one of the best massages of their lives. Do yourself a favor and reach out to get something booked read more

Jennifer is wonderful. You definitely need to schedule a massage with her if you are in the desert area. We have booked her now multiple times when visiting the desert/Joshua tree. She is very responsive, travels to you, extremely professional and gives the best massages. The massage is customizable. Personally I like a deep tissue but like to feel relaxed as well. She is the perfect blend of both. I wish I lived closer and could book her more often. read more

Best massage ever. Jennifer is a must! Ladies - ever receive a massage on a BREAST RELEASE MASSAGE TABLE?? If you haven't you're missing out big time. Instead of being smooshed while you're trying to relax... your two ladies hang free through two cut out holes in the actual table! Heaven! Professional - One of the best massages in my life. I get massages once a week. Read my other reviews. I'm a spa junkie and have received massages around the world. She's seriously top 5! Prepared - Music? Essential oils? Sheets? Special ergonomic head Pillows? Check check and check! Jennifer goes above and beyond. Value - At $85 for an hour and she comes to YOU? Simply can't beat her pricing. She prefers cash so keep that in mind. This is my second time booking massages with her and anytime we're in Palm Springs we will be calling... Jennifer is a God send. If you can, book a massage with her. read more

Jennifer and Betty were simply fantastic. Rented an Air Bnb and wanted to surprise my husband with a well deserved message. Jennifer was not only proactive in texting me the day before as a reminder, but her and Betty were on time, and were able to move some furniture around to make the space work for the messages. Messages were amazing and Jennifer specifically was really attentive to making sure she was hitting the right spots with the right pressure. She asked relevant questions which is really refreshing when it comes to getting messages. Both were clean and sanitizing everything and they were also wearing masks the entire time. My husband and I both felt safe well taken care of. Jennifer and Betty were amazing and I highly recommend! read more

Took a girls trip to Palm Springs. Started searching on Yelp with only 24 hours notice. Jennifer promptly responded to my message and was very professional and explaining to me what her company is doing to keep their clients safe during Covid. I felt super comfortable. There was an incredible yelp deal. Jennifer and Betty were prompt set up quickly and brought the spa experience to our Airbnb. Amazing massage. Jennifer asked exactly what I needed where I wanted her to focus and what I typically do not like having massage. She did exactly what I asked for. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and Betty for your next mobile massage needs. We all need a little stress relief during the pandemic. read more

I am a repeat customer and any time I'm in town I "knead" to see Jennifer! She is professional, clean, courteous and perhaps most importantly, a very skilled massage therapist! She has excellent pricing and can come to you. I've referred her to numerous happy customers. Be sure to book with Jennifer and/or her associates (they can accommodate groups) when you're in the area! read more

Jennifer was amazing. everything about the experience was A+. Highly Recommend. She was a great listener and made sure all my concern areas were met. loved every moment read more

I hired Jennifer based on her excellent Yelp reviews to come to our airbnb over the July 4th weekend. I was with two friends and we all agreed that she and Betty were excellent. In addition to giving excellent massages, they were both very professional and safe. They each brought their own equipment and set it up in two different rooms. All three of us got 90 minute massages which were tailored to our needs. We all felt so nice and relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend Jennifer and Betty, and plan to use them again when I return to the area. read more

Jennifer was excellent. She gave my wife and I a massage one after the other while on vacation at a Air bnb in Palm Springs. She did a great job. I mean this in the most complimentary way, she has amazing strength to give a deep and smooth massage. Her steady pressure makes for an incredibly relaxing massage because she uses long and steady motions to work out deep knots. She also sets up a comfortable environment with music and a scent of your choice. All in all a fantastic experience. I'm sure you will enjoy your massage as much as we did. Cheers!! read more

This is my 2nd time booking Jennifer & it won't be the last! The 1st appointment was during Coachella weekend and it was the BEST experience ever - Jennifer set up the massage table pool side under the shade with a variety of scented oils & relaxing background music to set the mood. Once she starts the massage, you are connected with her energy and will feel like she is removing all the toxins from your body. She has a strong grip but will adjust quickly to your comfort level if you let her know. I felt like she cleansed my soul by the time she was done! I knew had to book her again and share this experience with all my friends. Fast forward to this past weekend, we had a girls retreat in Joshua Tree and it was the perfect opportunity to hire Jennifer. We were confirmed for Friday night but cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Jennifer was very accommodating and re-scheduled our appointment for the next evening. She arrived before we got back to the house and set-up in a yurt that was on the property. In addition to being prompt & professional, she offered to burn sage & cleanse the energy before we started the massage! The girls absolutely loved the entire experience and I'm so glad I got to share this moment with them. I highly suggest booking Jennifer if you're looking for a mobile massage service! FYI, she will also drive out to LA as well. Jennifer - THANK YOU so much for everything. We look forward to booking you again! read more

Knead Massages - The set-up. Jennifer also lit candles once the sun went down. Candlelit massage in a yurt! - Massage Near Me

Absolutely incredible in-house massages! We had a bachelorette in Palm Springs and had 2 massage therapists come to the house on the last day and it was EVERYTHING! Betty was my massage therapist and she was soooo amazing- I feel like a new woman!! They were extra professional and came so prepared. We received complimentary eye masks and they brought oils and the full setup! I Highly recommend this service for anyone who loves massages or the perfect end to a crazy weekend-they were phenomenal! read more

Made an appointment with Jennifer via phone for 4 massages on Cinco de Mayo. She set up at the house we were renting with another Masseuse Betty. They were both very professional. Everyone reported it was the best massage they had ever had. Jennifer even gave us some recommendations for things to do in Palm Springs. Appropriate COVID-19 precautions were utilized during the massages. Good communication. I would recommend for anyone looking for a great massage in the convenience of their home. Will book again when we return to Palm Springs. read more

Jennifer and her team were absolutely amazing. From the booking process to the actual massage, it was such an easy and pleasant experience. They came on time, set up super quick and transformed our house into a mini spa area. The massages were so relaxing! They really cater to what you need and focus on wherever you want. All the girls came out saying what an amazing experience they had. The prices are super reasonable and of all the places I researched, this was the the absolute best when comparing price and quality. They even gave us a cute little spa gift bag. I really appreciated their positive energy and professionalism. Overall, highly reccomend Jennifer and her team! read more

I hired Jennifer to come do 30 minute massages for a group of friends celebrating a bachelorette party. She brought Betty with her to assist and it was so relaxing! Jennifer is god sent and completely lives up to the hype. She's extremely communicative and makes sure your comfortable the minute she walks in. I get massages fairly often and it's rare that someone gets the pressure just right. Jennifer not only nailed it but really made sure to warm up my muscles perfectly as I like my massages deep. Thank you so much Jennifer, will definitely be seeing you again soon! read more

This review is long overdue. We had Jennifer and Betty come to our vacation rental back in June when the city started reopening. They came to the house with masks and gloves and worked on 4 couples. They were amazing and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend and will call them again the next time we're in town. read more

I haven't even received my massage yet and I'm super excited to get it! Customer service is 100%, no better than that 110% on point! Jennifer is the sweetest and kindest person you can tell just by speaking with her on the phone that she knows what she's doing and she has plenty of experience and know-how. Even on her day off she accommodated my calls and my questions without hesitation and I can't wait for our group massages this weekend read more

Jennifer & Betty were absolutely amazing! They were on time, very clean and professional but very down to earth. It was my first massage and Jennifer took her time explaining to me how everything was going to work and the products she was using. LOOK NO FURTHER. CALL JENNIFER for a wonderful treatment! On our recent visit to Palm Springs for our 20th year wedding anniversary we were so lucky to meet her! Jennifer was very easy to communicate with. She traveled to our Airbnb. She was fully prepared down to the last detail. She was so kind and calming. I highly recommend her and my next visit to Palm Springs will absolutely include a repeat treatment with Jennifer. Thank you very much and take care until the next time we meet! Jennifer has the hands of a Greek goddess! This was quite possibly the most thorough and therapeutic massage I've ever had. She was punctual, professional, personable and overall a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed her company so much we ended up inviting her to have dinner with us! Jennifer and Betty just did a couples massage for us and holy crap it was amazing! Whenever we travel we try to get massages and even though we've had massages all over the world- they have incredible skills! They are currently mobile but they set up super quickly and got right to work! They did a full 60 minute massage and they had soothing music and great aromatherapy. We really enjoyed the massages and would definitely call them again! We both asked for medium-firm and I melted at first touch. They also include a scalp and foot massage with moisturizing masks on your hands. Definitely recommend and will be returning! PS: They are taking all covid precautions! They wore masks, sanitized tables before and after putting and taking off sheets, asked the standard questions, and did massages with gloves on. read more

Jennifer is the best! We've booked her twice now. She is very professional and skilled. I like a lot of pressure and she nailed it! She also has a wonderful energy and great sense of humor. She brings homemade oils - lavender, orange, and eucalyptus. You pick! The first time, my wife and I booked two 60 min for our anniversary and she came to our hotel. She turns the room into a spa in minutes! We just recently had massages for my whole family at our airbnb for my mom's birthday. Jennifer is the best, and you should definitely book her if you're in the Palm Springs area! read more

Jennifer is amazing! From the moment we spoke on the phone I knew that she was a pro and that I would be in good hands - was I ever! Jennifer is AMAZING!! My husband and I schedule weekly 90 minute massages when we're in town. Jennifer comes to our home and is always prompt and professional. Having her come to the house is the icing on the cake. read more

Very fortunate to find her on yelp. Hands-down no pound handed one of the best massages we ever received. Very smooth and relaxing. The two back to back 90 minute massages like it was nothing. Even came up to our rental on top of the hill with a smile on her face. Would definitely book her every time we come back read more

WOW! By far the best massage I've ever received in my life. I have been suffering with sever back pain on and off for years. Fast forward to our weekend in Palm Springs where even walking was hurting. Found Jennifer on yelp selected her based off all her wonderful reviews and booked an hour and a half session. Gosh I am so happy I did. She focused on all my bad areas but made sure not to neglect any other spots. I kid you not after my massage I could walk with no pain. Now I am not going to say all the other pain went away especially because this has been an ongoing issue for years but it made it easier to walk and function. Thank you so much Jennifer and I will for sure see you again when I am back in Palm Springs. read more

Just do it! Normally, we're underwhelmed when we book massages when travelling. It's such a crap shoot going with the multitude of day spas/resorts, getting whomever might be available. When I saw the universally positive reviews for Jennifer, I felt perhaps THIS time it might be different. Happily, I was right. She showed up at our bungalow promptly and was a total pro. Her massage table is super comfortable and even has a swapped out insert that makes it comfy for women to lie on their stomach. That was a first for me and I loved it! Great hands, intuitive, skilled, strong. Jennifer can zero in on your problem areas or just simply relieve stress. My husband and I booked back to back massages and both came away feeling so much better. Oh, and he's VERY picky when it comes to massage. Just what the doctor ordered. I wouldn't hesitate to phone Knead Massage next time we're in Palm Springs. Great resource! read more

We like to use only one or two words when "yelping you" But we can't decide which 2 would cover this one!! (maybe a couple more stars!) ..... so here's the list that describes Jennifer of Knead Massage? (not in any particular order) Mobile!! Accommodating and attentive. Prompt & professional. "Healing hands". Completely therapeutic. Positive energy. Beautifully insightful. Strong- yet sensitive. Cheerful & congenial. Confident/ Experienced. Reasonable!!. WELL worth it!! read more

Jennifer is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I did a weekend getaway in Palm Springs and after looking through the different spas nearby, we decided to have the massage come to us. Jennifer was very easy to schedule with and we were originally set for a couple's massage with both her and Robin. However, Robin was sick and Jennifer ended up doing back to back massages... which ended up working out so both the bf and I could experience her magic! I believe she said she has been doing this for 17 years and you can feel the experience and knowledge. She found numerous knots in both the bf and I that we did not know about, in places we didn't even think were problem areas. Whoa. Best massage ever. I will point out, I used to be more of a light touch, swedish massage, rub down type of person. But as I've gotten older and also started to work out more, I've noticed a need and benefit of a more firm and effective massage. We discussed this with Jennifer and she agreed you should want more from your massage than to be lightly patted. She recommends massages monthly (probably after she felt how tight the bf was), pointing out how hard you work all the time, so it's something your body has earned and has great physical benefits... besides feeling nice. :) If only we lived closer! I would totally go to her regularly. I will now plan future Palm Springs visits based on her availability. On a side note, this is the first time I've had a massage where the massage table had boob holes (not sure of the technical name for them) that can pop out when you flip over on your stomach. I know it seems a little silly, but I really liked them and felt more comfortable! read more

Highly recommend Knead massage for traveling masseuses! They gave great Swedish style massages to our bachelorette group traveling to Palm Springs and we felt safe with their Covid precautions. We were trying to "stay at home" while on vacation and they come to you and just needed a place to set up their two tables. Jennifer was so pleasant, efficient and easy to coordinate with. Their pricing was also better than others we reached out to! You can't go wrong. read more

I was a little sketched out about having a stranger come to my hotel room (A healthy dose of paranoia never hurt anyone, right?!) but Jennifer was great and I had no reason to fret. She has some of the strongest hands I have ever felt - including male masseurs! She got out kinks in my shoulders that have probably been there since 1990! She is very professional and friendly. She arrived right on time and also gave some local recommendations for food/snackies! If you are in PS and need a good massage, call her ASAP!! read more
