Best Foot Forward Spa - Amazing /Fantastic massage! - Massage Near Me - Palm Springs, California

Checked out this place after seeing it on Groupon. (Btw, the spa will price match it. )Had we known we would've just gone through them since Groupon takes a large cut. Got the custom combo hot stone massage but there wasn't anything custom about it. The massage was a standard recipe that all the staff follow. I know because my friend received the same exact massage in the same room. Though it was good pressure for my upper body, I had asked her to focus more on my legs/hips but she then she used lighter pressure instead. I would've liked more reflexology on my feet. The towel where my face was had a very strong vinegar (sour) smell. It took me more than 10 minutes to get over the smell....not sure if it's what they use to clean it. Friend said hers smelled kinda old and moldy. My favorite part was the hot stone massage, massage along my back/spine. I would come back if the towels dont smell.. read more

Ok, legit, just an amazing experience that I was not expecting so it was a very pleasant surprise. I saw they had a Groupon and my friends and I wanted a massage that wouldn't break the bank. Man it paid off. The place is clean, the staff is kind and the prices are really good even without a groupon. So the massage did not start relaxing, but in all fairness I had a lot of tension on my upper back. After it was all worked out, the magical hot stones were used and I am pretty sure that my stress literally melted away with those stones as they used them for the massage. I did not want this experience to end, will definitely visit again when I return to Palm Springs. read more

I got my wife a couples massage for her birthday. Outstanding massage!! Great service. clean very comfortable atmosphere.

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience here. There were several male massage therapists sitting in the lobby, and I noticed them looking my girlfriend up and down in a way that made both of us feel very uncomfortable. What made it worse was that these were the same therapists who were available to provide massages. When I explained to the person at the front that my girlfriend was not comfortable having a male massage therapist, his response was that we should have requested a female therapist when we booked. I understand that preferences can be requested ahead of time, but the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional and dismissive. We did not feel comfortable or respected at all. By far one of the most disturbing and uncomfortable experiences I've had at a business, and we will not be returning. read more

I meant to post this in August!!! But here it is from my drafts: I just had the best massage of my life and idk how I'm supposed to move past it. Massages are something that I ALWAYS want but never am fully happy with because I'm *so tense* that they always hurt no matter the pressure (but I fully accepted that reality lol) But today? Cindy? She had the *FIRM* touch of an angel. I don't know what's in that woman's hands but they are made of pure gold. They were also so affordable & let us book last minute Literally miles above the massage I had at the fontaine bleau not even joking. read more

We made reservations for eight of us to have Massages today, and all of us agreed they were amazing. I had Kevin, and he was great. I feel like a new person. Very reasonable prices too, $65 for a one hour full body massage (cash) or $68 by credit card. Definitely recommend it! read more

Best Foot Forward Spa - Pressure points! - Massage Near Me - Palm Springs, California

Massage was good but would have loved for them to spend a bit more time on my lower body. My husband really enjoyed his massage and was happy with the amount of pressure used. I would come back to try out the foot massage next time. read more

This is hands down the best massage I've ever had. Cindy was amazing along with the whole staff. Super polite and not sketchy at all. It was $40 for 30 minutes with a masseuse that was simply incredible. I had a sore back and shoulders walking in and feel better than I have in months. Truly a gem. Worth every penny. read more

Very nice staff clean facility one hour massage with hot rocks was great. My masseuse had very strong hands and used her weight to work my back muscles and actually popped one vertebrae into alignment She seemed to sense where I needed to be touched. The head massage was a nice touch I wish she would have given the soles of my feet a good massage but I guess that's a different package I'm sure you will enjoy it if you give it a try read more

That was honestly the best massage I've ever had, better than any fancy chain spa or hotel. Cindy was amazing. I will definitely come back here again!!!! read more

Highly recommend Best Foot Forward Spa. Amazing prices, clean and efficient service. I went around 1030 on a Wednesday and was the only customer and seen rightaway, by the time my hour was finished the back room for foot massages was almost full. They also have several private rooms for full body treatments. I got the most basic foor massage ($48 credit card price) and was so impressed - soak, scrub, hot stones included as well as about 30 minutes of full body. Will be back on future trips! read more

Wow - still in a daze from my incredible deep tissue massage. Truly a great experience and will definitely be back again. This place is awesome! Once you enter, they have quite a few massage rooms then in the back a lot more foot massages chairs, it was clean and kept up. Service was great, they greet you and get you in promptly. A friend's tried this place first and referred so we can about 1hr after because that's how impressed she was. It did not disappoint. Felt like a new person. They did a really good massage and you cannot beat those prices. read more

Absolutely incredible experience! My husband and I both booked 90-minute massages at Best Foot Forward and we couldn't be happier. Best Foot Forward Spa - Here's a picture of a 2 person room. My sister and I enjoyed it so much! - Massage Near Me - Palm Springs, California

My boyfriend and I visited for a couples massage during a weekend trip after finding this spot on Groupon. We were looking to treat ourselves without paying resort spa prices, and we're so glad we found this place. We were greeted by a friendly man at the front desk who honored the Groupon pricing even though we booked directly with them (which I'd recommend doing). We booked a 60-minute foot reflexology massage followed by a 60-minute oriental couples massage, and we left feeling completely refreshed. The foot reflexology portion took place in a back room with very comfortable reclining beds. While our feet soaked, we received a relaxing head, face, and neck massage, followed by one of the best foot massages I've ever had. It also included hot stones and a foot-and-leg scrub, which was a great touch. For the couples massage, we stayed in the same room. We initially expected to move to a more private space, but they closed large curtains around our beds to create separation and privacy. My boyfriend had the same masseuse for both services, while I had two different masseuses -- both male. We had requested female masseuses when booking, so I'd recommend confirming again when you arrive if that's important to you, as we didn't see any female staff during our visit. The oriental massage itself was very good -- we both noticed it involved more pressure-point work and firm rubbing techniques compared to a traditional relaxation massage. If you're looking for something a little different, this could be a great option. My only small complaint was that the face pillow was very thin and uncomfortable on my jaw, but they were happy to bring me another pillow when I asked, which helped a lot. Overall, we highly recommend this place -- especially if you're visiting Palm Springs and want a relaxing spa experience without the luxury resort price tag. read more

Yes, it's very amazing very therapeutic. My doctor recommended it for full body. I had an issue with my foot and now it's all better thanks to the best foot forward spa totally therapeutic. I definitely recommend it. Five stars. read more

Very good for the price. Unfortunately, you hear the neighboring business' TV or radio throughout your entire Massage, which is very disturbing. If you can mentally tune that out, you can enjoy the massage. Also most people there do not speak English so I have the Google app for translation up if you need to give them any directions like in my case, I have fusion in my neck. read more

I loved my first visit here and taking my mom soon who loves foot massage! Staffs are friendly and therapists are great. Clean facilities.

I keep coming back because I always get a great massage. I used to see Jason but this time I booked with Max. I came in because I was experiencing a muscle spasm in my lower back. Max worked the area intently and I left feeling so much better. It's a great place to go, quiet, clean, comfortable and always a great massage. read more

My wife and I came in for 40 minute foot massage each. BEST foot massage ever! And amazing, caring service, very tranquil atmosphere. Competent and professional massage. They worked other areas of the body too. Left feeling sooo relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Best Foot Forward! read more

The space was clean and well organized. Although the staff didn't speak much English, communication was smooth and easy. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and was impressed that they were able to fit me in with just a couple of hours' notice. It was busy, yet the atmosphere remained calm and serene, with staff speaking softly to maintain a peaceful vibe. One thing to note: the layout includes curtained areas, so some background noise from other guests is audible--but it wasn't too disruptive. I didn't specify a gender preference for my therapist and was paired with a male therapist. If you have a preference, I'd recommend mentioning it when booking. Some treatments are done in open areas with minimal privacy, while others are behind curtains or in private rooms. I had a 60-minute massage and a 30-minute body scrub, and both were excellent. The male therapist was respectful and ensured I was properly draped at all times. Overall, I had a great experience. I didn't request deep tissue, so I can't comment on that, but otherwise I have no complaints. read more

I came in for their "house special scrub." I chose the option that included a 30 minute scrub and a 30 minute full body massage as well. Cindy was AMAZING. Perfect combination of Swedish and medium pressure deep tissue massage, plus free hot stone massage. She even included some stretching and a brief face massage. Absolutely incredible, and worth every penny! Very good prices as well. read more

Excellent massages and an inviting and very clean business. It's one of the best in the area with exceptionally skilled masseurs.

Best deep tissue massage ever! He wasn't afraid to get into the knots and sore spots on my back. Thank you, Allen. Mary read more

I booked my appointment a day before for couples massage. Jason (the main guy at front desk) didn't seem to have masseuse available for couple so he decided to jump in for me and provided my husband another masseuse. His phone constantly kept ringing. He in fact took 2 phone calls during my massage. He was pretty unprofessional and i couldn't relax because his phone was constantly going off. Its pretty crazy that he has no concept of customer service or the fact that couples come to have relaxing time during massage. At about 20 minutes mark I was so uncomfortable that I had to ask him to silence his phone. He instead said oh let me find a different masseuse. So people changed in between my service. The whole massage was so inconsistent and full of anxiety. I would never come here again. read more

Casey gave me the best foot massage I've ever had. Found this place because I was gifted a Groupon and I'm glad I was. Peaceful and ambient atmosphere. Foot scrub with hot stones was wonderful and she also worked on my back and scalp. Just an all around great experience. read more

I was in town for a spa weekend in Desert Hot Springs staying 30 min from here but came into town for this place specifically because of the reviews. I had one of the best massages I've ever had (90 min) here. I came back the following week on another work trip, ended up getting the same massage tech again, he was amazing the second time. He really knows what he is doing and how to give a perfect massage. (I booked massages at BOTH of the spas I was staying at AS WELL and they were not only horrible, inexperienced but one injured me. And double the price.) Please respect that if you are getting a massage at a very reasonable price, tip accordingly and if you have the good fortune to find someone who knows what they are doing know that it is so rare! read more

Private rooms, great atmosphere and professional therapists. Good parking and easy to find. Great value.

We were two couples and went to Best Foot Forward for massages. The place was great. Very relaxing and the massage was great. 3 of us had the foot massages and one had a full body. Totally worth it. read more
