Very caring Staff that aim to please and enforce strict COVID-19 protocols. I got a terrific massage with the only negative being an uncomfortable massage table. The Masseuse went out of her way to add more padding to make sure I was comfortable. The facility could definitely use a bit of a facelift, but the price is so reasonable and they were close for a long time due to Covid so I rather doubt they have the necessary funds at this time. I am returning soon and this time bringing my mom along so we will both get massages. Highly recommend. read more

If I could give this no stars, I would. I purchased the voucher off Groupon, with high hopes. With a 4.5 rating you would think they would hold up their end of the deal. I attempted to call the business to schedule, as it states an appointment is required. I called at all hours of the day, week/weekend. No answer each time. I even went out of my way to stop by, to make the reservation and saw a sign on the door that they weren't in (attached in image below). Go figure, very frustrating. read more

GZ Spa Massage - What popped up every time I tried to call - Reflexology Near Me - Rancho Mirage, California

See all

I was visiting for an R & R weekend with my BFF. Our tradition when we travel is to get a massage, so she called and scheduled us an appt. The husband and wife team was very catering, and really friendly. The husband took my BFF, and the wife took me in. My massage was ok. I like that she took her time and gave me a complete body massage. She was really gentle, but wished she was a little rougher with me. After our massages, we didn't like how the wife pressured us to leave a tip by saying "if you liked the massage, we accept tips". That did not sit well with us, but feeling pressured since the massages were decent, we did end up leaving a tip. So just be aware. read more

Honored an expired groupon(purchased right before covid in feb 2020.) Very friendly and decent massage. I'd return in the future. Make sure you request a masseuse per your personal requirements(ie, someone who can give deep tissue or Swedish.) read more

GZ Spa Massage - Pricing - Reflexology Near Me - Rancho Mirage, California

Great skillful massage place. I came to Palm Springs for my friend's bachelorette party. After toiling to finish work deadlines, stressing out about the work I needed to do for school, and taking an early morning flight, I decided i needed to find a reflexology place that offered full body massages. Thankfully Yelp has got my back. After doing a search and finding a couple of places, I reviewed a couple of reviews to see which place looks the most legitimate. I appreciated that there were enough yelp reviews, and no postings about 'massage parlor' services and was sold. I gave the place a call, but no answer. Luckily they took a walk-in and I had a gentleman work on me for the next hour. He was skilled, attentive, and seemed to know exactly where the rough parts were, that needed more kneading. read more

I came in for a 60min massage with 30 min foot massage. It was price matched with group on deal. I said wow that a good deal but in all honesty wasnt worth the money. When I came in the Guy was laying down on the couch, then checked me in and charged my credit card.then he came back to massage me. Maybe he was feeling lazy or tired because this was one of the worse massage I ever had just alot of compression over the blanket and very very little massaging and very light.. I kept telling him deeper please... Lots of hacking with the hands witch I didnt care for. I think every time I said something he would get annoyed . I told him no face massage yet he still did touch the side of my face and would just run my ear lobes, I told him just focus on my neck and shoulder because that's what I need more then rubbing my hair and ear lobes .. he just put the pillow back under my neck and moved on to my hands. Overall not Happy with it . I get massages at least twice a month and I like to give other spots a try but was highly disappointed here. read more

Nice surprise to find this little gem in the desert! Therapist actually listened to me when I told him what I felt I needed. He worked out the kinks SO well. read more

Purchased a deal through Groupon hoping to get a relaxing massage on vacation. Unfortunately my friend and I called and called all day trying to book an appointment and no answer. Their website doesn't allow online booking and their "contact us" form is not in English so hard to use that to reach out. Super disappointed and requesting a refund from Groupon. read more

I purchased a couple of massages through Groupon and I tried to make an appointment. I called and left a message no response. I went to the establishment and doors were locked. I left two more messages after that. Never got any responses requested a refund from Groupon. Did not have a great experience with this establishment. read more

Fantastic massage with Charlie. I had the body/foot combo. The couple that runs the business is very kind. There is protocol right now so be prepared for that. They will spray your hands with alcohol spritz before you come in and check your temperature. They will ask you to wear a mask at all times during the massage. Charlie gives the perfect massage for a middle-aged woman's body in my opinion. He applies just the right amount of pressure, he is not overly rough or light. He pays attention to the shoulders and neck, where women tend to hold tension. He is thorough and generous. I've had a massage with him twice now and both times were amazing. I will definitely be back. read more

I was a little skeptical at first, usually go to hotel spa facilities. GZ was very clean & Covid compliant. Winnie gave me an amazing body massage & the foot massage was heavenly. Will return! read more

Very disappointing! I Purchased a massage via Groupon and after many attempts to make an appointment I tired the website...well, there isn't one!! Total SCAM...DO NOT PURCHASE read more

Ask for Winnie. She is such a sweetheart and very professional. She is very mindful and considerate. She does great work and you can tell she knows how to tell where pressure points are. She also confirms with you about your medical history and or any recent injuries that could interfere with massage therapy. Which is extremely important when letting anyone put hands on you. read more

The massage reminded me of my ex boyfriend in bed; quick and unsatisfying. I bought the 75 min special on Groupon, but it only lasted about an hour and I really didn't get a massage. It was mostly just trying to stretch out my muscles over a sheet, and then like a mediocre back rub for 15 mins. I have really bad pain in my neck and shoulders that I was hoping to address, but nope... still in pain. Now I have to find someone else. This sucks. I'm totally bummed out... read more

My bad, I messed up the time. An hour off but they still took me anyway. Whew! I could come back if needed. No one in lobby when I came. Have a number of rooms with doors so private. Low lighting, soft music more oriental in style. Reminded me of the movie House of Flying Daggers. I liked it. Massuese was a woman ( dont know name) and so glad she was as there were a number of techniques I've never experienced before. She got up on the table to service me at times during the massage. Thai style?..she had strong hands, fingers which I liked. Felt pummeled, massaged, releasing tension, pulling muscle away from bone?..loved how my traps, rhomboids, scalp, forearms, hands and feet were treated especially! My one pet peeve was there was no face attachment to massage table so when lying face down, you don't have as much air to breathe from. Besides that, I would consider coming again. PS..I had a Groupon and got my full 70 mins. read more

Just got done with our 70 min massages. We saw the Groupon deal and called to make an appointment. This business will honor the Groupon deal straight up. Super relaxing from head to toes. Warm towels for relaxation and cleaning. There's a two person room that is private. Had a great a experience and recommend coming here. read more

I just left GZ Massage. It was my 3td time there. Twice with Winnie and once with Charlie. They are both equally wonderful. However for the pain I feel I really like Winnie's technique. She is also so kind and caring. I would recommend all of my friends and family to come in and get a massage here. The place is so clean and smells so relaxing. I love the Zen music playing in the background while you are having a massage. It just makes the entire experience even more relaxing. I give them 5 stars read more

My husband and I came for a couples massage. This was during the lockdown, but we wanted to go anyways. When we entered, we could tell that we were the only customers for the day. Once the massage finished, which was nice, one of the masseuse tried to strong arm us into giving her a tip. We were going to tip anyways but because of that we walked out. How can someone be so bold to request a tip when we're the only customers who came today and possibly for the week?! read more

My wife purchased two group ons for a 70 min massage. We did not have any issue using it, we did make an appointment a week in advance, they dont take walk ins w the group on deal , we had a male and female masseuse, they may have been husband and wife but not sure, my wife got the female and i got the male, i was a lil skeptical since i had not been to an Asain Massage Parlor, i usually get them thru my Chiropractor but for the price it was worth a try, All i can say was we were completely blown away on how good it was, granted its more of a pleasure massage more then a chiropractic massage, but its still very worth it, they used hot stones which were so relaxing, then they give a amazing foot and leg massage to finish you off, needless to say my wife and I were very happy, afterwards we had breakfast at the country club cafe right across from the massage parlor, we will return , to both spots read more

I've been here 3 times and each time it's consistent: quiet, respectful, polite, inviting and punctual. There are individual rooms (6 I think) and the walls go ALL THE WAY to the ceiling. This is important to me because I cannot stand hearing other peoples bodily noises or groans during their massages. Also, the staff don't speak to each other during the massage -- huge plus! Nothing worse than laying half-naked on a table, your masseuse leaves to get a warm towel but then is chatting in the hallway noisily. That's not the case here. They even answer the phone in a whisper sometimes which I think adds to the ambiance of this place. I had a male masseuse (they even asked me before, when I called to make the reservation, if this was okay) and he was so professional, welcoming and nice. This place always makes me feel at ease. Rooms are nicely lit, beds are clean with fresh sheets, music is calming and the rocks are hot! I can't wait to go back again. Tip: I got my first massage with them by buying a voucher through Groupon; however, they will honor the Groupon price if you just pay them directly. :-) read more

They have no idea what they doing!! Did the 30 min for 40$ (!!!) didn't enjoy those 30 min at all, or she did it to hard or it just felt like nothing. In those 30 min she left the room twice, one time to bring different pillows ant the second time for some towels. Also it just wasn't consistent another minute to heat the rocks another few minutes to put oil, too many breaks and a bad massage. read more

One amazing message that my wife and I will use again and again. Great technique, overall outstanding.

They provided a fine relaxation massage. I would not recommend paying the upcharge for deep tissue. Not even close. We felt we received Groupon value for the service we received, and the extra 17.00 paid each was more than enough for the tip. Shocked to be attacked when leaving for additional compensation. read more

My girlfriend and I purchased a Groupon deal and called to make an appointment. We called and called and called. Got through twice. My daughter and I just went for the 70 minute massage and foot reflexology. Wonderful!!! Everything about our experience was great. Not only were our massages the best we've ever had, the massage therapists were extremely diligent about taking precautions for COVID. The whole facility was sparkling clean. They took our temperature and Masks were properly worn by everyone the whole time. And they gave us brand new disposable masks. I thought it would be uncomfortable to have the mask on during the massage, but I quickly got used to it. They were friendly and caring and asked about any surgeries or health issues.
