Could be wrong. But you tell me. my sister in law called them for two walk in regular massages they said come in. She said OK be there in 30 minutes. Got there walk inside. Nobody's there at the front desk behind the security door. The lady starts talking to us very broken English not the problem. Proceeds to talk to us about how we need to make an appointment an appointment only but my sister explains to her that that somebody over the phone said yeah come in. She opens the security door behind the door. She's wearing a what seems to me red lingerie outfit. I've never gotten a massage before but I'm almost positive your not supposed to be dressed like that we walked out and found a legitimate more professional massage. place shout out to Zen spa amazing but yea not a place I'd let my husband go to if you catch my vibe!!!!!!! read more

Tried this place and was very happy with their 60 minute massage. I had been going to massage envy before, and is massage was just as good if not better. They did a lot of unique stretching at the end that I had never done before and at one point I think she got on top of the table to apply more pressure. I will go back again. read more

Nice mom and pop shop conveniently located off Ramon and Landau. Reminds me of the massage places in LA with the great prices and service. I got the combo massage 60min full body and 30 minute foot massage/body massage. First was the 30 minute foot/body massage which was done in a chair like table ? First they soak your feet in hot water, while you get a massage lying down - head, shoulders, neck, arms, hands then feet. The feet massage was awesome. Afterwards, I went in a little room for the full body for 60 minutes. That's when they really worked out my kinks in my back and shoulders. Super plus was the hot stones that loosened my muscles and was very relaxing. They focused on my back which was great because that's where I'm most tense. 5 stars for a great massage, nice people, clean environment, and awesome price. It was 62 dollars for 90 minute combo. Some other reviews were not as good because it is a little loud because you're in a open space with dividers for privacy so you hear people talking and all the other noises. But I came here because my back hurt and they did a great job in the massage. If you're looking to get your muscles relaxed and aches relieved come here. read more

Traveling from la, me and my friend were looking for an affordable spa space. Upon arriving I wasn't very impressed by their store front. But OMG it ended up being the best massage I've had! We both got the foot and back combo. The hot stone back massage impressed the shit out of me!! It was so relaxing, hitting all my tension spots. And The pressure was perfect. Recently moved to the area from Chicago. I had an amazing massage place I went to in Chicago...a little store that was a hidden secret downtown. They were consistent, well staffed and always had availability. I am looking for something similar to go to. I called and was able to get in the same day. I requested 90 minutes and they were able to fit me in within 2 hours. Unfortunately, I got stuck at Best Buy because they were trying to exchange a very expensive item that was malfunctioning....they were taking too long. When I called to tell them I would be late, they easily moved my appt back by 30 min which helped tremendously. The massage itself was awesome. It was extremely relaxing at first (light massage) that gradually built up to more firm pressure. Minimal stretching (which I like...I have been to a Thai massage place that turns you into a pretzel which leaves me more sore than when I came in). The first 1 hr was full body (unclothed) and the last 30 min was foot massage. The full body even included hot stones which was a nice surprise. This is a parlor that has some beds out in the open (clothed massages, I assume)...my bed was in a make shift 'room' that was built with some screens. Totally fine for me. But, for some people who want more privacy and a quiet atmosphere, this place may not be for you. Super nice people. Nice massage. Decent price. Will return. Highly recommended. read more

We found this place via Groupon. My partner and I decided to do a couple's getaway for his birthday and I wanted to do something nice for him, but there's not many options in this area. So, I purchased the 60-minute therapeutic body massage with meridian or ginger oil. I called and spoke to "Sarah," and booked an appointment for 10/25/19 at 2:00pm. When I spoke to her, I also asked to add a foot reflexology service for each of us, she confirmed the services, she never asked for a name or groupon voucher number, nothing. I asked if she needed that info, she said no because she got my name from the caller ID. 10/25/19, we arrived about 20 minutes early. The place is empty. No other customers around. There's an older lady sitting on the couch in the entrance, I tell her that we have a 2pm appointment, but she seems confused, and she doesn't speak English. A older gentleman comes out and I tell him the same thing, they start talking among themselves, more like arguing. The lady makes a phone call and both the lady and the gentleman seem to be arguing with the person on the phone line. Finally, they hang up and he takes pictures of our groupons. The lady calls us into a room. She asks that we take off our clothes, walks out and closes the door behind her. The gentleman walks in and then walks right back out. The lady begins working on my partner, I'm still on the table waiting. About 7-8 minutes later, the gentleman walks in, he starts rubbing on me really roughly, like in a rush. Less than 10 minutes later, he walks out again, I lift my head and see the older lady working on my partner. About 8-10 minutes later, the gentleman walks back in. He continues rubbing really quickly and roughly, then pours cold oil over my back. He rubs the oil all over my back. Then a few minutes later, he walks out again. About 5 minutes later, he walks back in with hot stones. He uses them on my back really quickly. A few minutes later he asks me to turn on my back, he proceeds to rub my face and then my neck, as if trying to get me out of there. He then "massages my arms and hands." He proceeds to rub my legs, over the sheets. Then both him and the lady smack our legs and let us know we are done. That was it. That was the "therapeutic" massage. It was the worse massage I have ever had and I've had many. You would think the gentleman would have finished after the lady since he started late and walked out a few times. But, no. He robbed me of time and services. With the language barrier being an issue, I just didn't bother to say more. My partner was happy with his service because the lady took her time and she massaged his entire body, not just his back. (Hence, why I am giving it 2 stars.) Neither one of us received the foot reflexology service, their loss because that wasn't included in the groupon so it would have been an extra $130 towards supporting their business . I like to support mom and pop businesses, but I cannot recommend this place. Very bad service and communication. They really need a bilingual receptionist that can keep proper track of their appointments and scheduled services. This miscommunication will eventually cost them their business. read more

The massage was good, not great, but not horrible. Although, I do have neck pain two days later. I did ask for more pressure, but I don't think that was the cause of the neck pain, as I usually ask for deeper massages. I wasn't a fan of the setup, seems like I got the only private "room", which consisted of a set of dividers with a door. The girl broke my necklace so I was upset about that. So when I went to pay, I got charged a $2 bank fee for using my card, and was told the minimum tip I could leave was $10. I told the girl that she broke my necklace so I wasn't leaving $10 and she said that I required a lot of pressure, no that was normal pressure, but I refused to tip after she broke my necklace. It wasn't an awful experience but I won't be returning. read more

Reserved a time slot for 4 people. Started off soaking our feet. They did not have enough people so I think they called their cousin to rub down one of us. They were at least 30 minutes late before we started prior to making reservations. I did not want to give a tip but they have a minimum tip amount of $10. One of us fell asleep and loved it.
