I had a wonderful FST treatment by Alliah. She is simply the best! I highly recommend the spa, and Alliah specifically.

Always a wonderful experience to visit the Spa. Kelsey is a superb facialist and a lovely person -- I've been going to her for 10 years!

My massage was not at the level expected at a spa. I have had better massages at the Massage Envy in La Quinta. It at best was medicore.

Shari would check in with me and ask if I preferred deeper pressure which I appreciated. The staff were so welcoming, I was offered water as soon as I arrived; which was very nice especially in this summer heat. The kind staff members made my first time very comfortable. I was able to call and get my massage service as soon as they opened! Super lucky I was able to booked same day. The facility is clean, adorable, comfortable, and tons of parking spots! It was very easy to find the building. If you are a local or just here on a vacation, you need to come check this spa out! Especially for summer promotions!

I'm so confused. I visited here two months ago and received a traditional Swedish massage that was…read morefantastic. That first visit I was greeted and given paperwork to complete and was asked about problem areas and areas of focus. My therapist was communicative and was thorough in her technique. This time it was a different staff, no paperwork, no questioning, and only a quick greeting. I had an evening appointment so I assumed staff wanted to attend quickly before closing. I entered the room and it was very neat and clean however, I noticed a paper towel covering the headrest, which is not typical for a higher end spa. I was left to undress and get onto the table. My massage therapist began working with little to no communication only asking once if I wanted more pressure. This was NOT your typical Swedish massage. There was a lot of basic motion and a couple of times the therapist straddled herself over my backside on the table - I'm guessing for leverage?? Quite frankly, I feel as if I wasted my money - I could've gone down the street to a different establishment for the same level of massage and saved $100. This is the total opposite experience and the quality of the massage did not match the rate compared to the first time I was here. I kept hoping it would get better but it did not. When I rolled over toward the end of the massage I saw that the door to my room was ajar the entire time I was in there and I could see out into the hallway so I know people could see me as they walked past. It s very clean, organized and staff is friendly and the halo salt therapy is cool. But based on this experience I will not be returning. Maybe something has changed in the last month or so? But paying over $200 for a 90 minute massage will not be happening again for me at this establishment.

When I got to my hotel, I searched for a massage place and luckily found Old Town Massage. I booked a session with Annie, and wow -- I couldn't believe how much better I felt the next day! I told her to do whatever she had to do to fix me, and she really delivered. The massage was definitely intense (as I requested), and I did wake up a bit sore -- but it was a good sore. Most importantly, I was able to play golf the next day like nothing had ever happened. Annie is incredibly skilled and clearly has a gift. I live in LA but I'm already planning to go back just to see her again. Highly recommend if you're in the area and need serious bodywork or just an amazing massage!

I went out here for a married couples retreat and stayed at the Embassy so when I searched massage places, Old town massage popped up. My husband and I booked for a 90min massage. I got Annie and sorry to say shes not good. Her movements were so fast that it didnt touch any of the points in my body. (Idk why they would massage you so fast, 90 or 60min is timed its not like they can get it done faster by moving faster.) But anyway, when they rub you down to wipe away the oil on your body the towel is hella rough. I was hoping my husband's massage would be better than mine but NOPE. he said he could've sworn the lady fell asleep a couple of times while massaging him. Worst part of it was when we went to pay, there is a $3 charge for $100 transaction so they charged me $6 for $200. I tip the ladies $20 but Annie was like its 20% tip so it should be $40. I just rolled my eyes and tip them $40. Ridiculous!! Trust me im a generous tipper. But I tip accordingly to the service I receive.

Spend the extra money and go elsewhere. Edit: I've also noticed on here, Dennis the owner had said if you let him know in advance that you are coming and wish to use the amenities they will prepare and have staff come in early to let you in. That is not the case. This is our second time coming here, we had weeks of notice of our large parties both times, and still there was no one to meet us or set us up (or even let us in). We have it a second shot and disappointed both times. (Accept for the wonderful therapists, trying so hard to make it a nice experience)

There is nothing to drink other than water. except for a bistro where you can buy very LIMITED menu items. I would rate the menu 3 stars out of 10. No smoothies, No yogurt. No salad. But grape leaves with rice, that are disgusting. Chunks of cucumber with spicy salt. Not what you might want to eat at a spa. We did have a nice turkey sandwich. They need to revamp the menu to include bagels , danishes , yogurt , smoothies, normal juice , nuts , seeds . normal chips . Overall the menu really is lacking in every way possible.
