Husband and I just enjoyed our couples 80mins and want more!!!!! Beautiful cozy spa with unisex sleepy bed by their waterfall with open sky view! Very pampering spa with everything you need available! Just purchased their shower mist and can't wait to bring the spa HOME!

I found this place on Groupon and when I looked at the reviews, I figured why not let me give it a try. I am so glad I had the opportunity to get a massage by Michelle, she was AMAZING. she went above and beyond. It was just great!! My massage was cut short, it was suppose to be 50 minutes but I only was there for about 40 minutes! I also had the pod for 50 minutes. I was hoping there would be some music and even though there was a button for music, that didnt work!!! when I asked the employee afterward about the music, she said oh we dont play music for people to be more relaxed!! I dont think this is a super luxury spa and its too expensive in my opinion. so regularly its about $250 for the massage and pod. you can get it through Groupon. But even if you do get it through Groupon, there is still 20% gratuity from the original price which I think its ridiculous! I was told by their front desk staff that I was going to get a tour of the facility and that also never happened! My friend had purchased the massage and use the facility for the day. She only got the massage and didnt really get to use the facility and they refused to let her come in the next day to be able to use it. Not sure if I will be returning here, if its for the massage then definitely yes! but other than that, no. The lockers, i put the code and when I came back to get my stuff and tried to open it, It wouldnt open There are a lot of things that I disliked here, I dont recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful views, plenty of areas to lounge around in and was assigned an excellent massage therapist. I spent most of my time near the lovely fountain area and was even offered a complimentary glass of champagne for my birthday. Sweet! I hear this place is undergoing renovations and will be offering a lazy river for guests which sounds cool. I took off one star because I felt like this establishment didn't disclose what felt like hidden fees to me as a customer. An additional percentage % was added within my bill for gratuity without being disclosed. I tried to look past it but the employees at the front desk didn't make the situation any better and were extremely unfriendly and lacked customer service.

I wanted to spoil my mom and I for Mother's Day, I found this place to be one of the most beautiful spas in the desert. The front desk staff was very kind and attentive, they offered us a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate. The only reason I'm rating 3 stars is because I wish our Masseuses would've given us the full 50 mins pricey massage to enjoy instead of rushing and cutting it 30 mins. We were late 10 minutes in but no where on the booking stated that our time would be reduced if that was the case. My point is the timing was significantly reduced for our first time there. We are locals but place is a bit hard to find since the Hyatt hotel is right in front when entering, not sure I like that they also charge for parking per hour. Customers want to go where they're getting their money's worth specially when getting services at a well known spa. Anyway thank you Savannah and Noelle for being so kind!

I wasn't aware how great a day spa pass can be! For this holiday weekend, all services were fully…read morebooked but that is not a problem at spa Sec-he. We easily spent most of the day here enjoying all of the amenities they have to offer. The day pass is not cheap - $165 per person but you do get to enjoy quite a bit of options. The star of the show for me was the grounding room where I was transported nearly out of body while laying on a vibrating chair with a warm electric blanket and headphones. The mineral bath was nice but a little hot for my taste and the the salt cave didn't quite feel salty enough for my taste but overall an incredible experience. The staff works very hard to accommodate every request and the aromatherapy towels helped me endure the sauna and steam rooms.

Can definitely see why this spa is rated one of the top spas in California and US. It is really…read morebeautiful, so relaxing, and such an assortment of amenities. They also have lots of thoughtful touches with their guests in mind. We did the taking of the baths day pass and stayed 4 hours, but we could have easily stayed another two if we had the time. Loved the Private mineral bath, the zero gravity chairs with Sound bath, the salt caves, sauna, outdoor mineral pool, big pool, and café. We had a chicken flatbread and avocado salad, and both were generous portions, reasonably priced and very tasty. I also had a mimosa with a splash of their watermelon lime aqua Fresca, which was delicious. Staff is all very friendly. Ran into friends we had!'t seen in awhile, which made it even more special! They arrived at 9 am and enjoyed the whole day there - great plan! Just a few tips: one. Plan to arrive early, GPS may take you to the casino, rather than the Spa. Notes for Spa: larger towels would be nice. Also check out process was not efficient. We had to stand in line for 20 minutes just to sign our bill. But, overall, wonderful, relaxing experience and would definitely recommend and return! PS: inquire about specials. This month in May they are doing $200 for taking of the Waters, manicure, pedicure and day pass, which is a great deal, considering taking of the waters alone as usually $130 - $150.
