It's not rushed, and it feels like they cover everything. I also always end up sleeping really well after. They have different options too, including a combination treatment and a more focused therapeutic massage for back issues like sciatica or arthritis. I usually go with the therapeutic one--it helps a lot with my neck and shoulder tension and just overall resets my body.
