Hearing staff discuss another patient's situation in the reception area immediately struck me as unprofessional and made me question the level of discretion and privacy patients receive. After being placed in the room, I continued waiting well past my scheduled appointment time with absolutely no communication from the staff. No one came in to apologize for the delay or let me know they were running behind. Once I was about 15 minutes past my appointment time, I decided I was going to leave. Only then did someone come into the room. I explained that my frustration wasn't simply about waiting--it was the complete lack of communication. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Had someone simply told me they were running behind, I could have made an informed decision to wait or reschedule. Instead, I was left sitting there wondering what was going on. The response I received was simply, "We'll get you going now," and I was handed a phone so someone on a video call could complete my intake and medical history. As a first-time patient who was already nervous about my appointment, this felt incredibly impersonal. Instead of meeting with someone in person, I was expected to discuss my medical history with a stranger on a screen while another staff member stood in the room. At that point, I realized this simply wasn't the experience I was looking for. I politely explained that this level of care felt impersonal and that this wasn't the right clinic for me. I left feeling confused, frustrated, and honestly disappointed. Whatever happened to making patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for--especially during a first visit? The irony is that if I had arrived 15 minutes late, I'm confident I either would not have been seen or would have been charged a late or missed appointment fee. Yet when the office was running behind, there was no courtesy of communicating that to me or acknowledging that my time mattered as well. First impressions matter, especially in aesthetics where trust and patient comfort are everything. Instead of taking responsibility for what was clearly an internal communication issue, I was told I was lying. Whether or not someone documented something properly is not the client's fault. I did everything I was asked to do. I even told them it was fine and that I would pay the higher price just to move forward with the appointment. Despite that, the staff continued to question me and speak to me in a way that felt accusatory and demeaning. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. I was made to feel embarrassed and foolish for something completely out of my control. I ultimately left in tears. I would strongly encourage this business to work on communication, professionalism, and how they speak to clients. No one deserves to be treated this way.

The attitude of certain employees is unbelievable--I'm genuinely surprised this is considered acceptable in a medical/aesthetic setting. Pricing was misquoted multiple times, and I was given different numbers and explanations depending on who I spoke with. On top of that, I received calls and texts from several different phone numbers, with no clarity on who anyone actually was or who I was supposed to contact for accurate answers. It created total confusion and zero accountability. The only positive experiences I had were with Sierra at the front desk and the medical provider who performed my service. They were kind, professional, and the only bright spots in this entire situation. I was promised a refund of $340.00 due to the many issues I encountered, yet that refund has still not been processed so I claimed fraud on my card due the fact that I cannot get a reply from anyone to update me on the refund status. Thankfully my bank is incredible and will do the fighting for me. At this point, I honestly wish they would just refund my entire service ($540.00) and be done with it. What started as a bad experience has only continued to get worse. I originally planned on being a loyal, long-term client, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
