I don't know why I've never done this review!?! I have actually been coming here for a little over five years and my experience has always been great. You walk in you get great aesthetics and the staff is always so friendly. I started visiting this Medi spa for B12 shots about five years ago. I ended up trying their weight loss program and worked it for a couple of months lost my 30 pounds and continue to go there for my B12 shots after reaching my goal. I don't go there consistently but when I feel I need to shed a few pounds I'll head over to. BAA . They recently started offering Semaglutide, so I decided to pop back in and see what the buzz is about.. for your initial visit it's about $120 and then every week you'll pay about 80 $80 depending on your dosage you're on. it has been very effective for me. I've been on it for two months and I've lost 13 pounds. I'm not trying to lose a bunch of weight right away so the process has been slow and you will have to be patient with it. I highly recommend going to this facility as they are quick, courteous, and painless . Oh, I almost forgot to mention you will need an appointment for your initial consultation, but every appointment after that is on a walk-in basis, and when I say you can get in and out in about 15 minutes, that's no lie! I saw Kaitlin last week for my Botox as well as Lip filler and let me just say I WILL NEVER see anyone else ever again. She was so amazing, she took her time to really hear what results I wanted and explain everything she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I have had my filler done with others and they don't ever do exactly what I want just what they feel is best and Kaitlin was not like that at all she looked at the inspo pictures I brought it and told me honestly if it would or wouldn't look good on face frame and structure. This place is in a quiet, unassuming shopping center. The inside was welcoming and there were a good number of chairs in the waiting area. I came to accompany my friend get Botox to see how the process worked. We were there on a Thursday afternoon and clients were coming and going. We were on time for her appointment, but had to wait about 10 minutes before being called back. You sign in when you arrive and if you're returning you're asked if you want to make your next appointment before you go back. My friend has been there twice and prefers Debbie to hook her up with Botox! Debbie was recommended to her by a coworker of ours. You generally return every 3-4 months depending on your need and preference. The girl at the front desk suggested you download an app to get discounts, but I can't recall the name of it. I went back with my friend and there was Debbie and another employee behind a computer. Debbie was getting ready as my friend sat down. Debbie got to work right away and the session lasted about 10 minutes. My friend got about 15-20 pokes of Botox around her forehead and eyes. She said it didn't hurt and appeared calm the whole time. Debbie was a pro; she was looking for the right spots to fill and wiping the tiny blood spots that would appear after each injection. The needle was teeny tiny, but there were three syringe with needles to empty into my friends face altogether. After it was done my friend paid right in the room. Debbie was professional, kind and didn't mind me standing close to watch the procedure :) After the coupons and referral discount my friend paid $280. From what I've heard that is an excellent price for the treatment. Debbie is a busy lady and I can totally see why. I'm going to pay attention to my friends face over the next few days to check out her results. If I ever decide to try Botox I'm calling Debbie as well! read more

Over 6 other people showed up confused and drove back home. I called to complain and left a voicemail with my number they never replied. Showed up today and it was just unfriendly attitude monopolist other than supposedly there was a sign in the window that day that now on mondays they take a longer lunch break. I never write reviews but when I am shelling out a lot of money I had no choice! Not thrilled with this place at all! The injections I had were alright, but the Botox only lasted barely 4 weeks. When I called to question about it, they said I had to come back within 2 weeks to get a touch up. It barely took affect within two weeks, so why would I go back. That is totally absurd. They said I could come in so they could take a look. Deborah was less than thrilled and said maybe it was something I did, or my metabolism was off! She did inject the bare minimum of Botox to touch up what had previously failed. I have been getting Botox for years and have never been told it was my fault that it didn't last. What a joke! Let me preface by saying I had no medical work done here and no weight loss treatment. I was in with my sister, helping with her kids and my sister spent a lot of money at this office. My issue is with the terrible customer service! The facility has lots of cute outfits in the front and I was willing to buy all of them. When I asked the lady in the front " do you have my size", she said no. She was then corrected by the other lady at the counter who then said " yes we have your size in the back". Since I requested a medium and a large and they only had a medium displayed, I asked to take a medium and a large to the BATHROOM to try on the clothes. Then they responded to just take the medium size and if it does not fit (reading between the lines here) get dressed, come back out to the front, because I don't want to go to the back unless I have to, and then go back to the bathroom to undress and try on a outfit we are trying to sell. Please keep in mind I was still trying to help my sister with her kids. We kept them on a tight leash, we were courteous! I got extremely irritated that the women in charge of being the face of the company and customer service was so lazy. On top of that, it was like everything irritated them. Like it was a bother we were there. I'll tell you what, if it's too hard for you to go to the back to find my size outfit, I am not going to trust you to be doing any of my Botox in the future! Great establishment in Menifee to get Vitamin B12 & B6 injections. I was having trouble getting my primary care physician to write me a prescription for a B12 shot that I could give to myself. So one day after calling around, looking on Yelp & Google for B12 shots I found Before 'N' After. And I'm glad I did! Not only are the employees kind and down to earth -- the prices are unbeatable!!! For a written script of B12 without insurance it's at least $55. But here it's just $5 a piece or $40 for TEN! *** two for FREE! *** If you have chronic fatigue because of CFS, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Migraines, Hypothyroidism, Cancer, etc.,. or if you are trying to just have more energy to lose weight -- come over to this clinic!!!! I am on the low end of normal for Vitamin B12 but before my TWO YEARS of treatment at my Doctor's office I was B12 anemic! I have slept up to 23 hours a day.. :( The fatigue was hitting me again so I got an injection at Before 'N' After. The first one was a combo of B12 & B6. The B6 stings btw so prepare your psyche. Lol! The B12 doesn't. I went two weeks before getting another one (it's half of what I normally get at the Dr's) to see if there was improvement and there was but by the end of week two I was oversleeping again. I've gotten 2 more injections of just B12 and I plan to do this every week until I feel it would be okay to only do bi-weekly injections. Last week I was awake during normal hours for three days in a row! That's huge for me. Vitamin B12 is expelled through one's urine so it really can't harm you ((but I'm NOT a Doctor so ask your Doctor!))) I've taken two 5,000mcg of oral B12 supplements a day and had no ill effect, nor any positive effect, and the injections are much less! Most people's guts cannot absorb B12 via supplements anyway. This place also does complete weight loss programs, Botox, Eye lash stuff lol & other beauty/health services. Stop on by! You will NOT be judged or pushed into getting other services either. The only constructive criticism I have is how the injections are being administered.... There really should be gloves worn and the rubbing alcohol should be left alone for 30 seconds before injection to reduce chances of infection. Thank you, Before 'N' After for giving me my life back! This place is very fast, almost like going through a drive thru for Botox. Now that's not a bad thing, but there is a lack of friendly service, the injectors don't listen to what you want, just do what they "think". I normally get 30 units of Botox and was told I needed 49, I saw no difference when I get 30 or the "supposed" 49. I swear I didn't get that whole amount, but I wouldn't know, they draw it up behind your back and don't confirm what or how much is in the syringe. I went in for a touch up and stated where I thought I needed extra and was told no I wouldn't do anymore there...like wtf I'm the one looking in the mirror and see what I see. I've been doing Botox for 4 years and know how much and where I need it. I would not be going to this place at all if my business hadn't relocated to another state.
