I paid for Cool Sculpting sessions back in 2017. 2 months into them I learned I was pregnant and could no longer do these at them moment. When I and my husband both informed them of my newly discovered condition, the office girls laughed (very unprofessional) and would hang up. I know I couldn't have been the first pregnancy dur the session. There was never any offers to re seasions for after child birth, nor were there options offered to go to another facility, since there's a no refund policy that I can respect. I just had the best experience at Beverly Hills Cosmetics in Temecula. I found them on Groupon for skin tightening treatments. I mistakenly showed up on the wrong day but Anita managed to fit me in for my treatment. Marti was my technician. She was very friendly, informative, professional, and thorough. My results were so obvious I decided to buy a package of treatments even though I live an hour away. This treatment and this clinic are an answer to my prayers for a non-invasive affordable anti-aging treatment. I look forward to my next visit and to see the end results after I've completed all of my treatments. The call center for making appointments is the only downside to my experience. I found this place through Groupon. I read up on the ThermaLift treatments and according to the Internet you only need one treatment. Not true After that first treatment I did see a difference so I signed up for 7 additional treatments. So far it's going very well. Last week a customer thought I looked like I was 28. Very rude customer service. I was given a number by two other BH stores for the Temecula locations phone number. One day I called 5 times throughout the day and finally got a hold of someone (she did not tell me there was another number to call). Three days later I called again to set up an appointment, called 4 times and no answer. The next morning I got a call back from that number, it was a lady letting me know they do not have a receptionist and everyone has her cellphone number so to please refrain from calling 13 times a day. I saw a groupon from Beverly Hills Cosmetic Centers Temecula for 6 therma lift treatments for $199.00. I went to the temecula center on 5/31/19 and spoke with Brie and asked if I could pay cash for the treatments, because I did not want my husband to know I purchased the treatments. Brie stated there was no one to answer my question and she would get back to me. Received a text from Bria that they would honor the Groupon price. Bria and I had text conversations when I could come in for treatment because they were completely booked. She stated her manager would contact me. I waited patiently and had no telephone call from manager. So I sent message to Brie. Brie was so helpful, but we could not agree on a scheduled time until 6/27/19. I took a picture of the groupon. I sent a text and message to the center confirming my appointment and asked for a response. I never got any answer back. I went into the center on 6/27/19 and was told by Anita S that they would NOT honor my groupon, because it was not live! She offered me a different groupon that was more expensive.!!!!!!! Anita was not the least bit compassionate to my concerns. She would not honor the groupon even when I showed her all my texts and picture of the groupon. I traveled an hour to get there, Anita's professional approach to the dilemma was so uncaring. As I was leaving, her response to me was "Have a nice day" knowing full well I was very unhappy. I also called the call center to speak with a supervisor and never received a telephone back. Beware of this center; if you have any problems, they will not resolve them and it very unprofessional. **CAUTION** I went to the Temecula Center with a Groupon in search of skin tightening treatments for my face neck and chest area. They quickly and skillfully up sold me into a series of 15 treatments for $1500. I was told that it would take this many treatments to see the results I was looking for and after nine months, (of supplements exercising staying out of the sun increased water consumption and using my own derma wand) I saw no results at all!!!!! Also they do not tell you that once you sign the contract there are no guaranteed results and absolutely no refunds and my credit card would not refund me either so don't feel protected. There is a reason these services are not guaranteed...save your money. The staff was very pleasant, there was no doubt about that but... The moment that they began to try to sell me full packages of services I realized this was not a legit service. Once they get your money it doesn't matter that it doesn't work, they are not going to refund you even if you want to stop going. I spoke to my dermatologist after my visit and she stated "Don't you think if something like that actually worked everyone would be doing it? Don't fall for a scam like that.". GROUPON ALERT! If you purchase or gift a groupon for one Ultra Lift Treatment, it's a waste of your $50! I believe groupon customers are mislead and that this groupon is a scam to get you in the door. You would think companies would take this opportunity to use groupon to get clients and want to keep them coming back. Basically they performed a 20 minute session on just one area on my neck, I honestly thought i was getting a facial so i didn't think nothing off it. I did a $$1750 worth of ultrasonic cavitation, i-lipo, and another procedure they do to along with it that they said would help cellulite.. I had 20 sessions for the back of my thighs which is what their doctor recommend for me. I completed the whole sessions they recommended and absolutely no results!!!!. PLEASE DO NOT BE SOLD ON THEIR FALSE PROMISES. I was introduced to them through Groupon and I sooo regret it. Their is no backing out or getting refund since they lock you in when you sign their papers. I am out $1750 and I feel like I have been taken as a fool. Girls were friendly but they sure love to take your money with no results.
