Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. I couldn't handle the no sleep so called and luckily they were able to get me in last minute. I waited in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes, waited for the provider who came in less then 15 minutes afterwards, and was diagnosed with strep throat and with a sinus infection. After being given 5 prescriptions later, i got to go home with self care instructions. So far, this has been the easiest and best Urgent care I've been to in all of OC and Riverside county.

He told me he couldn't do anything, he couldn't wrap it and he also told me I could purchase a boot and wait for my orthopedic referral. I felt so defeated and depressed. My toe was literally leaned over and they didn't not care at all. I ended up at menifee valley hospital (I think that's the name) they were quick and friendly. I would say it seems they do not like African Americans, I do not know these people and I have insurance it was no reason for anyone to mistreat or not properly provide me with medical assistance. There was no argument, no conflict, This action was unwarranted, intrusive, and based on an incorrect assumption. Furthermore, the way the staff member addressed my significant other was inappropriate, misleading, and disrespectful. Removing him from the room without explanation and treating the situation as if there were a safety concern was not only unprofessional, but also created unnecessary distress and discomfort for both of us. I understand that staff may have protocols they are required to follow, but this situation was handled poorly and without appropriate judgment.

She called multiple times to get the referral, but they continued to tell her she needed to see the doctor for again. Does that make any sense after she just saw the doctor only a month prior?! Today 2/5/2025 I called to speak with the staff that does the referrals, to which they told me that her appointment in December was only a Medicare wellness visit. That the appointment whether she had a problem then or not was not an appropriate appointment for a referral. The exact words were they needed a "diagnosis". To which I said, if you guys could diagnose what she has and takes 2 separate appointments, they could "diagnose" then they should also be able to treat otherwise there would be no need for a specialist. I also work in the medical field; this is a racket. No wonder patients are frustrated with medical care. It's completely mismanaged, inefficient, and the office staff leave a lot to be desired. The two women I spoke with today were Jasmine and Melissa, the seemed very disinterested in why I was upset. Clearly the point of the December visit is so they can get their year end billing done with Medicare. I seriously can see no reason otherwise because my 77 yr old mom wasted her time going to a doctor just to tell her she needs to see an ENT and then not give her a referral. I went into carbon health urgent care today because I had cut my heel. The nurse practitioner who…read morestitched me up was very pleasant as were most everybody at the place. The problem I had with them was once I got home I noticed the dressing on my heel was not properly applied and I was concerned of possible infection. I wanted to go back into carbon health to get it redressed but I was told they close in 10 minutes at 6 PM. I guess they didn't want to hang out an extra 30 minutes and redress my wound. My wife and I had thought we found a good urgent care, but now it turns out we won't be going back. Personally, if it was my business, I would've stayed late and taken care of my customer the right way.
