I made an appointment online which was an easy process. The day of my appointment, there was no wait ans I was taken in quickly, on time. My problem lies with the technician. Although she was friendly, was not the most delicate technician I've experienced. By the time I got home, I took off my jacket and noticed a large bruise on the inside of my arm, and a knot under the skin at the site of where the blood was taken. Mt arm was very sore for two days after, I could hardly bend my arm at the elbow because of the pain. This technician needs more training! Quest Diagnostics, free to contact me for more information. The most awful, rude and inconsiderate staff at an office I have ever encountered. They won't even look at or acknowledge you and speak to you like you are scum. They won't even greet or say bye. They judge people not understanding the kiosk and act bothered. I would also like to add that they sent me away when they said my drs order was not there. Their terms and their phone recording says not to worry if the drs order has not arrived that they will call the dr office during your appointment. read more

Horrible phone service is no way to get a hold of somebody. They are some situations where you need to speak to a live person and they make it impossible to do that. Negatives: I went in early morning and it was a long wait. There was about 7 people ahead of me and I waited about an hour to be seen. We were waiting at least 35 minutes before someone came out to announce they were running behind and let everyone know they could leave and come back later if they wanted to... When I was finally called back, the lady moved very slowly, not really acknowledging that we had been waiting quite a long time and didn't seem to see the need to pick up her pace. Not enough privacy in the area she drew my blood. The counter where people check in had a clear view of me sitting in the chair. There was a man standing there waiting for paperwork and he literally just stood there and stared at me. Positives: Nice location right off the freeway. Went to have just a urine test for infection. It was just a urine test. We were 10 minutes early and tried to explain it was a urine test. The lab technician said to wait we were early. I tried to explain that it was just a urine test and I had to go to bathroom. She would not give me a cup and said wait. I went across the street to do my business. Therefore I could not urinated again. Very uncaring and extremely poor service. To cap it off she was rude!!! read more

This Is my favorite Quest location to come to. There's a shared drs. Office on one side but there is Enough parking for everyone, which is great! The waiting area is always very clean and spaced out. Check in process is easy. Andrea took care of me today and she was very sweet and easy on the blood draw. Didn't feel a thing! As soon as I came in, the 2 ladies in the front were so busy that I had to ask if I can drop off the samples. They told me I had to wait like any other patient. Makes absolutely no sense to have to wait to drop off samples. No one has to see me. I'm just dropping off samples that you can store. 2021 and still non sense like this is ridiculous. read more

First in for most you go in and you check yourself in and then you wait 45 minutes to be called to very long wait they supposed to have all paperwork ready for you there because the doctor send him all the information then you do the paperwork. While you wait in one of their rooms. When I usually go to Walgreen lab work please I wait no more than 15-20 minutes tops but this place is not a good place to wait that long. I strongly strongly suggest you don't go to the quest diagnostic in corona California because it's a very long wait and they only have one or two people helping and they waste time of doing nothing they go back-and-forth. But they are not actually getting on top of things I'm sorry to say that but this was my first and last time I will continue to go to the Walgreen lab work it's more quicker than to wait45 minutes. read more

This place takes a 2 hour lunch!! From 11am-1pm, however those hours are not posted and a huge inconvenience for time sensitive issues like dropping off a sample, their system has been down the the last few weeks and seems like the staff is overwhelmed and incapable of handling the issues. read more

I always use the appointment option and it seems to work for me. Patience and planning is key; select time of day when it might not be too busy. On a Monday I arrived at 145 PM for my 2 PM appointment. I was finished by 2 PM. Sharon provided courteous and professional service. This is my second time using this location. I booked an appointment for the morning slot because I had to fast and get my cortisol levels checked before 9 AM. Please note these labs are time sensitive and are imperative to my fertility journey. I arrived 15 minutes early, checked myself in and waited until my name was called. Was seated and asked if I had been fasting to which I replied yes. The tech then asked for my Dr.'s name, I provided it and she said they can't pull up the requisitions because my Dr.'s practice is out of state, okay fair enough, but how come there's no procedures in place to prevent this from happening, I read all the information prior to the appointment to make sure there'd be no issues and nowhere is that stated, it's 2021, you'd think that really wouldn't be an issue as far as software goes. I then offered to send a copy to the receptionist email so it can be printed and we can proceed as planned, because as I mentioned I'd been fasting and she knew this by this point, and these labs are extremely time sensitive. She gave every excuse in the book of why emailing them over won't work. First she told me the internet is weird and unreliable, and then was told that she's not really able to receive emails to her work email. What's the point of having a work email and you can't use it to work?! I then offered to connect my phone's Bluetooth to the printer and print them myself, to no surprise she said I don't know the wifi information so that won't work, so I sent the email on a hope and a prayer that the tech would receive it to her work email, waited 10-15 minutes to be told that she hadn't gotten the email and that they won't be helping me today. I left feeling so upset and like no attempt was made to help me. If she didn't want to help I wish she'd just say so and not waste my time. There was no apology, nothing. This was a horrible experience. I will never go to a quest lab again, my first and last experience with them. I'll continue to use Travalab who have been kind and reliable every time. read more

I had been going to this place for a long time without any problems until this last week. When I went this time the staffing was different. I was okay with that until the girl drew my blood. When she first put the needle in my arm I felt a fire like pain down my arm. I told her I was feeling pain and she started to move the needle around more in my arm and I said ouch! I told her it's causing me pain, and to please take it out. She took it out and had me apply pressure. She proceeded to draw blood on my other arm and it didn't hurt on that arm. It's been several days and I'm feeling that same fire like pain down my arm that increases with movement. I tried to call the office to see if they knew what is going on and if this pain will heal. I couldn't seem to get through to anyone through the automated machine, so I am leaving a review here. I'm just nervous because my arm hurts so bad and it doesn't feel like it's getting any better. I think the girl who drew my blood was in a rush because when she drew blood on the second arm, she went slower and had the needle at a better angle, which made it a better experience. But on the first draw of blood it was very painful. I know what I'm feeling is not normal. read more

This is the worst Quest location. Save your time and drive down to the Main St. location. I used to be able to walk in, wait 10-15 minutes and be seen. That's not the case anymore. I understand the appointment system but if my physician requests blood work two days before an appointment to go over results and there are no available appointments, there's nothing I can do but join the standby list. One woman in particular (was working today at around 10:30) is exceptionally rude and was rude to me last week when I DID have an appointment as well. Today the same woman raised her voice at an older woman in the waiting room for not understanding the kiosk check-in system and then at me for not having an appointment. Another patient in the waiting room explained to me that this location doesn't break for lunch and that's why they only see appointments however there was a point of downtime when the two employees working were chatting and there were no patients in either of their rooms when they easily could've taken my one-vial test. Maybe to them it's a point of principle, however I've never been to a lab that doesn't accept walk-ins/completely ignores walk-ins. Disheartening to be going through such a traumatic time with regards to my diagnosis then essentially being yelled at while trying my best to deal with it. I'm sure it's frustrating for the staff as well but hopefully they'll be better staffed in the future. read more

Well let's start off with they don't except cash for payment, they don't have any signs posted saying credit cards only no cash or checks. So when I found out about this they had attitude with me like If I should of know this ahead of time. Post a sign in your office or even online. If I knew about this I would of brought my card instead of only bringing cash. I have been here before but never had to pay in past this is my first time having to pay. It's wasn't even a lot of money that I owed, so once I found out I said ok, I called a family member to bring my card down since I lived local and told the staff I will have a credit card here in 5 mins or less which they said we already sent it out so you have to pay the bill in the mail now, so we can't take any payment now. Considering my blood takes an hour or more to have completed it's not like I was going to be leaving anytime soon so I did have time to get my card so I could pay. They were just rude and unprofessional. Never coming back here. read more
