This pregnancy clinic is a true blessing! I went here two years ago when I found out I was pregnant for the first time. I was scared and had a ton of questions. They greeted me with so much kindness, and put my mind at ease with my first ultrasound of my son (free of charge). I am pregnant again, with my second child. Unfortunately, in between the birth of my son and my current pregnancy, I suffered a miscarriage. So this time around I was extremely anxious to confirm my pregnancy. Again, Corona Life Services did not disappoint. They welcomed me back, and confirmed that I was very much pregnant (even further along than I had thought), by giving me an ultrasound.. Their facilities are extremely clean, professional, and more than anything, they are kind and welcoming. I would encourage anyone finding out that they are pregnant to pay them a visit, for confirmation and advice. read more

they took our trust for granted and called the cops on me and my girlfriend and called cps on our parents and had the cops show up to our houses looking for my girlfriend all because we wanted to know if she was pregnant, and we asked to keep our information private and they didn't care and violated us and got the authorities involved. So now our parents know. These old lady's will trick you and gain your trust and tell you to leave your boyfriend, the old lady's kept harassing my gf and kept telling her to leave me and would feed her lies like for example "he's probably had sex with multiple women, and to not believe him". Don't trust these old lady's they will tell on you. This actually happened, this is our story. read more

Such an amazing facility and staff. The organization is Christian based and the wonderful nurses pray over you. They allowed my husband come in for the visit due to covid not many places are allowing extra visitors. The facility is very clean and welcoming. First place to go to confirm our baby! They really cared for my wife and fetus during our time of pregnancy. Even after our child was born, they followed up and gave us a starter kit for new parents. This place is amazing! Nurse Amy is the sweetest! I couldn't have been happier with my experience. She did an ultrasound and talked me thru all the images she was taking, very informative. I also love that they let my husband come with me. Because of Covid a lot of Dr. offices aren't letting spouses come to appointments. I'm currently in between insurance providers so I was unable to see my regular Dr. so I am very thankful for Corona Life Services for giving me the opportunity to confirm my pregnancy and letting me see my little on thru ultrasound. read more

I had the BEST experience coming here. I have been stressing over getting in to see an OBGYN. Due to the pandemic a lot aren't accepting new patients. So i called Corona Life Services to see if they can get me in to check me out and confirm my pregnancy. They were able to take me in a few days later. The nurse who was working with me, Amy Berz (RN) was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and really made my nerves go away. I was able to get an ultrasound and see my baby for the first time which was such an awesome experience. I wish Amy could be my nurse from here on out!! Definitely recommend coming here. They make you feel at home. The facility was very clean. They even have training courses and classes online for so many different options. And when you take the classes you can earn points and spend them in their adorable baby boutique. Overall had such a great experience and will be referring them to all my loved ones in the future. read more

Not sure how I feel about this "Clinic." The staff is nice, make you seem like they do care. However, I have been denied an ultrasound twice. The last time they just straight out told me that they cannot offer me an ultrasound. Over the phone they did say I would be getting an ultrasound. 2 visits to this center and they were both a waste of time. read more

1 star for the nice RN that assisted me today. TODAY WAS A WASTE OF TIME driving all the way there after a long day's work, expecting to get some answers on how far along i really am after a positive pregnancy test and irregular periods. I explained my situation over the phone and i could hear the person on the phone ask the nurse named Nancy if she would be able to give me an ultrasound today. They said YES IF i get there by 4:30 and i did get there at 4:15. First of all the lady working there has this b*tchy attitude and not nearly the sweetest person on earth to be working at a pregnancy clinic aiming to help women going through this anxious time of their lives called pregnancy. She doesnt let you finish and talks over you. No matter how polite or courteous i was to her! The RN who spoke to me and asked me about my symptoms was really nice, sweet, smiled a lot, unlike the other lady. Now on to the real problem, in the end i didnt get what i drove all the way there for, WHICH IS AN ULTRASOUND TO SEE HOW FAR ALONG I REALLY AM. Despite the fact that i have already explained that i bled through 2 cycles with my first child, and that my insurance wont cover my first prenatal visit until 3 more weeks from today which is a lot of time for me to be experiencing this anxiety. The whole point of me coming here was to get rid of that anxiety and now i regret not calling other places prior to going here. They just made me pee on a cup and used a stick pregnancy test. Which i could have done at home without wasting my precious time driving here after work and leaving my child at the sitter for extra hours. They said they couldnt do an ultrasound because im only about less than 6 weeks, and i told them that LMP date that i wrote was a very light spotting which im afraid is the same thing that happened when i was pregnant with my daughter. I was already pregnant longer than i thought but did not know because i still bled through the first couple of months. Their explanation was "the person who told you over the phone that you can have an ultrasound if you get here by 4:30 was probably assuming that you were within our strict parameters for an ultrasound which is between 8-13 weeks." DUMB LADY, WHAT ABOUT THOSE OF US WHO DONT KNOW HOW FAR ALONG WE REALLY ARE BECAUSE OUR PERIODS ARE IRREGULAR AND WE HAV A HISTORY OF BLEEDING THROUGH PREGNANCY??? Thats what i came there for, adjusted my busy schedule for, only for me to end up dealing with an unpleasant, unwelcoming clinic who couldnt understand my situation. If i were you, a pregnant woman seeking for answers and help, i would go somewhere else. There is assure pregnancy clinic in fontana, pregnancy and family resources in san bernardino, etc! And if you could afford to pay out of pocket while your insurance doesnt cover your first prenatal visit until you are between 8-10 weeks then go somewhere else and pay out of pocket. Do not trust this free clinic called Corona Life Services. I can see in the caucasian lady's eyes right when i walked in and as she was talking to me that she doesnt have the real heart to be dealing with young pregnant women, let alone show compassion towards her job. I wouldnt count the nice RN though among the things and people i dislike about this place. She really wanted to help and i could tell her heart is really into helping women, with the way she talks, looks at you with care, and the way she smiles tells you she is meant to be where God wanted her to be which is in healthcare. read more

I went there when I found out I was pregnant. Didn't know much about what to do, and what doctors are around me. They are such amazing people they care, they helped me find a doctor and gave me free ultrasound. They answered all of my questions. And even after i found a doctor, and put things in order. they still check on me from time to time. I'm very grateful that I got to find them they helped me a lot. Thank you so much read more

I have been coming and referring this place since 2014. Every pregnancy I have had, I came here. The knowledge and resources that this center provides is over and beyond helpful. They encourage so many positive ways to go about your pregnancy and they are extremely helpful with each choice you make. It's all completely confidential and they help women and men of any situation. Don't think that because it's a pregnancy clinic that it's only for women. Men are welcomed and new fathers are encouraged to come and receive the same services as women. I highly recommend this place. read more

I am super happy I went here. My husband and I were greeted as soon as we came in the door. The lobby is clean and neat. The nurses and all staff were pleasant and welcoming. I recieved a lot of information in the pre-ultrasound consolation and the ultrasound itself was incredible. This is my first pregnancy and being able to see my little baby and hear the heartbeat was unreal. We appreciated that they let my husband come in a be a part of it since he'll have to miss the rest of journey. They offer follow up contact even after going to a regular OB and have a cute boutique where you can earn incentives to take classes that can only help you into parenthood. This place gosh let me tell you, first thing coming in it's such a nice setting waiting room is so pretty and peaceful. The way the ladies treated me when I came in was beautiful I felt safe and like family was taking care of me. They had me wait in another waiting room were they gave me paper work to do Which I had privacy to do with a couch and all, most places don't do that and I liked it rather than waiting in the room with my thoughts I had brochures to read that helped me. Which they went through with me because I'm going to be a mom for the first time so I had lots of questions. My husband and I found out we were pregnant just a month before my insurance kicked in, in August. I called and got an appt right away. Even though I was married and in a stable home to bring a child, I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous. It's my first baby. When I walked in everyone was very nice. I was feeling a little sick and lightheaded but Jodi made me feel better. We thought I was 10 weeks but when the nurse did the ultrasound, it turned out I was only six weeks. I got to hear my baby's heartbeat for the first time here. I am now 24 weeks with a healthy baby boy, due in March.
