This place is amazing! I've never felt more respected and cared for in healthcare. I had symptoms of miscarriage and the hospital was not compassionate at all. I came back around to get an ultrasound and confirm pregnancy. They have been so supportive since the beginning. So sweet. All the girls here are soo nice. Ladies, if you are at a crossroads and just need women to help hold your hand and make you feel welcomed and informed, do yourself the favor and go here! Never been the biggest fan of walking into hospitals, the wait time, the millions of questions regarding payment and insurance... ugh it's intimidating. This is my first baby and I was so lost when I just found out. I didn't know where to seek help but I just wanted to make sure I was healthy and the baby was growing and all looked okay. Well thank the LORD for this place, the lovely staff but especially to Chelsea and Andrea. They gave me my first ultrasound and were just so positive, sincere and you can truly feel these women's hearts when they speak to you. I'm so glad I searched Yelp at a time I really felt so uncertain about everything and emotional with all these pregnancy hormones. These ladies welcomed me with open arms, gave me support at a time I needed it and I just wish so much good to these ladies and this facility. Save yourself the walk in's to a normal hospital if you're pregnant and go here! I know many women desire a place with women running the show as who else understands you better than another women? Not only will they speak with you in detail and give you help, but also they have classes and a little room full of baby clothes that you can help yourself too, prenatal vitamins and I've even seen women come in and get boxes of diapers to help them. This being my fiancés and I first pregnancy we were so scared of what to expect. We were frustrated with trying to get an appointment with my own doctor too confirm my pregnancy cause the soonest appointment they were willing to give us was literally a month out which I wasn't willing to wait an entire month. We found Riverside life services and OMG I'm so happy that we did! We called to book the appointment and we ended up speaking with Chelsea. Just from the initial conversation we felt so comfortable and she seemed to put every worry to rest! We really felt cared for and this being our first pregnancy we really needed the reassurance. When we got there --everything from checking in to meeting with Shannon went flawlessly like we hoped for! She was sooo great and informative going over what to expect from the ultrasound. Just the comfort and care they showed us made me wanna cry lol! They are so amazing and gentle and you really feel cared for! Unlike going to planned parenthood or even your own doctor sometimes. Both of them made our first ultrasound so beautiful and I thank god for the both of them and that place! Every woman/couple should have an experience like we did! We plan on recommending them to EVERYONE we come across! After the ultrasound they gave us the cutest baby blanket, booties and hat that was HAND KNITTED and prayed over by a donator! Like OMG! They really gave us our baby's first items (which ment so much)We can't wait to wrap our baby in his/her first blanket! We were just in awe! It just made everything feel real! I had an amazing experience here. Staff is very professional and welcoming. Other pregnancy resource clinics like Assure in fontana declined me because I told them I had insurance and my insurance scheduled me to far out and I just wanted to see how far along I was. Riverside life services took me right away even though I had an appt with my dr at the end of the month they were willing to take me in to see how far along I was since I did not know my last menstrual. They offer many resources, they counsel you before an ultrasound is done you speak with someone regarding any concerns or issues and they can refer you out etc. I did have other medical concerns/questions that wasn't able to get fully answered here but nevertheless I enjoyed my visit here and they even offered me to keep coming back if I want to see ultrasounds if my clinic schedules me too far out. I am so amazed with RLS. To begin with I am a first time mom. I went in to RLS with so much anxiety due to the fact that just two weeks ago my OBGYN told me that they couldn't see anything on my first ultrasound so automatically that brought me into panic. To say the least I've had quite a journey. I explained my entire situation to Chelsea and all I can say is she brought me so much peace. Chelsea took me in to do an ultrasound and right away we saw a baby with a strong little heart beat. She explained everything to me and I cannot explain how much relief I felt in that moment.
