I've gone to Laura, the nurse practitioner, 3 times now and she is so down-to-earth and genuinely interested in her patients. Makes me feel really at ease, which is hard to do considering... She's also very conscious of the fact that I don't have insurance when ordering tests and follow up appointments. I have been going to this doctor for over 7 years. I used to see Laura the PA. I've never actually seen Dr. Ojeda, but his staff is great! At my last visit I saw Jasmine his new PA. She is very professional and helpful. She didn't rush the appointment and she listens to patient concerns. I can't be happier with the patient care. I drive out from the Temecula area just to be seen at this office. I highly recommend this office. Staff was very sweet. The doctor spent about one minute with me. He examined me for my concern (I thought I had a prolapsed uterus but he said it was actually my bladder). He asked," How uncomfortable are you with this condition?" I said that it wasn't painful, but just disconcerting and worrying to me. Further, I said that I didn't know what do to about it. He said, "If I was you, I wouldn't do anything. Come back and see me in six months." With that, he left and... I think it was actually less than one minute of his time. I liked this Doctor. (Ojeda). I'm a patient that isn't pregnant and doesn't have any issues. Just doing my yearly appointment and prefer to get in and out of there as quick as possible. I really appreciated that I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for an hour (like most Doctor offices). I was called right at my appointment time (had to come a bit early for paper work so I did get to observe the waiting room for a while), and literally everyone else that came in was seen right away. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR!!!! As a mature woman, I was appalled by Dr. Ojedas "bedside manner". I was preparing for a surgical procedure, and while in his office, he did not explain what the procedure would entail, but just threw paperwork at me, while making the statement, "if you sit here and read the papers instead of just signing it, we'll be here all day". When I tried to ask questions about my health, he blew me off as if I was bothering him. His arrogance, lack of professionalism and disrespectful speech to his female patients is completely unwarranted. I have been going to Dr. Ojeda for 17 years and I absolutely love him! He has been there through 2 of my pregnancies and I have healthy babies thanks to Dr. Ojeda. Dr. Ojeda always has been more on the cautious side and when my pregnancies developed issues he was quick to have me see a specialist immediately after I left his office. This is my first pregnancy and it's supposed to be special but this doctor has made it so stressful for me! I don't even know where to begin. First of all I saw this Dr. Ojeda for NO LONGER THAN ONE MINUTE!!! He came in, didn't ask any questions other than for me to lower my pants so he can do an ultrasound. He saw the heartbeat and told me to take a picture on my phone and then said "come back in 4 weeks" ummm? Hold on! I said. I told him I've been having really bad morning sickness to the point I've been losing weight because I literally can not eat anything! He told me it will go away in a month. All other moms I've spoke to who had this problem said their doctor prescribed them anti nausea medicine so I mentioned it to him and he told me to just wait a month. Then I told him the prenatals I got prescribed make me sick because they give me fishy burbs and he told me to not take them. What kind of doctor just tells you not to take any? So then I asked him if he could just prescribe me some that don't have fish oil in them and he said they all do. Well they don't, because I did my research and there is indeed prenatals that don't use fish sources. He still insisted that there wasn't. So I had to look up prenatals myself online to find a kind that doesn't contain fish and I told the lady upfront what it's called so I could get it prescribed. The fact he couldn't even do that himself just shows his lack of care! It was 100% obvious this doctor just wants to see as many woman as possible in one day to make money. He didn't ask me if I was experiencing anything abnormal or anything! He just wanted me in and out of there! So I went there with the intentions to get new prenatals and some anti nausea medicine and he didn't even help me out with either issue. I had to find the solution myself. Do not go here. read more

I am shocked by the reviews on here. Just moved to this area and this is the first OGBYN I've seen. I had an appointment for 9:30AM, parking is not the greatest and the waiting room is fine. I found it odd when I arrived 15 minutes early that there were literally at least 15 women there waiting. After filing out all my paperwork and waiting, it was after 10AM. About 10 women that arrived after me had been called before me. I just decided to not bug the nurses and just wait. When I was called in to do blood pressure and weight (I was not here for an annual, I was here for an issue), the nurse convinced me to do my annual. She sent me back out to the waiting room to wait for an exam room. Few minutes later I was called back in and changed for the exam. The doctor whisked into the room with a female assistant following and had no clue I had an issue I came there for, he was only interested in doing the annual exam. He was in and out in about 3 minutes and I felt a bit violated, and like I was scheduled the quickest appointment in the world for this doctor to make money. This office in my experience treated me like a cash cow. It was my responsibility to tell the women up front what tests the doctor ordered. When I went for a blood test, I was told the results would be ready in 2 days. Long story short, the nurses were inaccurate and they do not give any test results over the phone, so you have to come back and pay another copay just to get the results and if your lucky see the doctor longer than a blink of an eye. This is the worst OBGYN I've had the entire time I've ever gone to OBGYN's. After my appointment I went online to look up the top OBGYN's in the area and this doctor is one of them, wow. I've seen on a few other doctor review sites that a lot of people had the same issues I did, but not on yelp. read more

I went in for my second appointment, never met the Dr. He asked to sit on the table and rushed to hear the baby's heart beat. He then says "see you in 4 weeks" I expected him to ask if I had any questions since I did. He was there less than 4 seconds! Not happy!! Since I had a open heart surgery I asked how he was going to handle my baby's care? He asked for me to see my family doctor and he would reefer me out to a Cardiologist! WHY WOULD I GO TO MY FAMILY DOCTOR?? If HE is in care for my health along with my baby's health?? Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one. This one is mine. If you are a woman and especially if you're a high-risk pregnant woman that's considering this facility for your gynecological needs, or a dude seeking quality care for your lady, I implore you to read this review and all the 1-star reviews before you consider. Yeah, it's long and shiet, quality reviews don't come in one or two sentences. If you live in the IE, then you are probably aware that healthcare in the general region is inherently not the greatest or simply downright shit. I've retained and drive 50 miles to see my dentist and general practitioner in Torrance which I've been seeing before moving to the IE; but that's another story. Anyways, Ojeda's no exception. He is contracted with both Riverside Community Hospital and Parkview Hospital in Riverside, both equally shitty facilities (just read the reviews). If you make Ojeda your OB/GYN or even Dr. Salazar (or any of the doctors here), you'll have to deal with one of the aforementioned facilities during delivery time in addition to the minions of uncompassionate lackeys at Raincross Women's Medical Group. Patients who praise this place probably have never been to any other clinics - kinda like eating steaks all your life at Denny's and thinking it's the best cut of meat you've ever had not realizing Ruth's Chris, Morton's, or Flemings exists. Want a print out of the ultrasound of your unborn baby? Too bad, you can't. You need to take a picture of the ultrasound screen with your cellphone. This tells me that their ultrasonic equipment are outdated. After my wife's 5th visit and after seeing an increasing amount of apathetic consultation congruent to the 1-star reviews here, we decided to transfer over to Loma Linda, 19 miles away. All of the 1-star reviews are spot on; from brushing you off, to being apathetic, to him saying "see you in 4 weeks" with a punch-able smirk, minimal consultation and explanation of your concerns - you don't need these added stress especially for a pregnant mom-to-be and particularly for high risks pregnant women. My wife called Ojeda's office to ask if a certain URI condition was contagious and safe for pregnant women to be around, lackey named Claudia said it wasn't contagious. Not convinced with the succinct answer, my wife asked Claudia to confirm with Ojeda, so she put her on hold to verify with Ojeda, then said "No, Ojeda said it's not contagious," wife asked "are you sure?" and Claudia snarky replied verbatim "Yes, happy?" The fuck is that shit? No warning against viral vs. bacterial form of the URI and a snarky reply on top? That was the last straw. We consulted with the assistant to my wife's new OB/GYN over at Loma Linda with the same concern and we were on the phone for, get this, 15 minutes; the assistant at Loma Linda listened to all of our concerns, answered all our questions and asked us a lot of questions to give us her professional opinion. At the end of the conversation, my wife felt at ease - that's how you take care of your patient. Go to Health Grades and find a high rated professional, even if you have to drive a distance. If you're an existing patient and want to transfer, stay on top of Ojeda's lackeys. They'll tell you they'll fax over the paperwork to your preferred doctor by Friday of the same week only to find out a week later that they haven't done shit. They'll probably even hand you a patient release form and make you play courier. Call them everyday, light a match on their dingleberry covered assholes and stay on top. If you're in the process of transferring out, expect ZERO help from Ojeda or his lackeys. They'll tell you to contact your new clinic "since they have your info" and outright refuse to help. Transferring to Loma Linda was the best decision we ever made. State of the art facility and empathetic staff (then again, my wife's new Gyno at Loma Linda is a WOMAN who knows a thing or two about lady parts and being pregnant). Fuck this clinic. It is very clear that they're in the profession for the money. EDIT -- 10/21/2016 My wife gave birth to our healthy son at Loma Linda Children's Hospital via scheduled C section at 37 weeks. Her case was so high risk (wife's uterus was a "fibroid mine field", as they eloquently put it) that it took a group of Loma Linda's best surgeons to complete the procedure, and it still took them 4 hours - to the point where the anesthesia was beginning to wear off as they were stitching wife up! I had to do the skin-to-skin bonding with baby since it was taking longer than expected. Overall, baby was born healthy, wife is recovering quickly. If we continued seeing this clinic and delivered at Parkview or Riverside Community Hospital, I am fairly certain that I would have lost either my wife or baby in the process. Wife's OB/GYN at Loma Linda is Andrea Salcedo, one of the greatest doctor we've had the opportunity to be cared for by. See her if you want top-notch care. read more

7 weeks along, he spends all of 10 seconds with an abdominal ultrasound on my belly and doesn't see a baby. says, why don't we move on to the pap smear. less than 10 minutes with him and he's already walking out, telling me to make an appt to see him in 4 weeks. How do you send a pregnant woman off and tell her to follow up in 4 WEEKS!!?? when you've just told her you don't see a baby and now she's wondering if the pregnancy is viable? He didn't even attempt a transvaginal ultrasound to find the baby, which I've read from other mom's works best for a tilted uterus. I don't understand the inconsideration. read more
