I came in on a Saturday morning after the doctor ordered some lab work. Doc recommended any Quest Diagnostics location so I visited the Corona location since it the only nearby that's open on the weekends. I didn't think they would be busy since they close at 12 but I was wrong LOL. I came in at 11 and saw that there were literally 20 people ahead of me. Despite this, I was promptly seen within 15 minutes. The staff were hustling! Now the real purpose of this review is to commend Candice for her exceptional care quality and professionalism. 1. I never felt a thing when she poked me with the needle. 2. She was completely finished with me in under a minute. 3. She was so polite and prompt My experiences with similar places have varied. My experience with Candice was so painless, reassuring, and pleasant. I'm not scared of needles but Candice is certainly someone I'd recommend for anyone who is. Especially for kiddos. Everything about our visit was superb. Friendly staff, quick service, clean & comfortable waiting room and testing rooms. No evidence of what was said in the negative reviews. My partner & I were there for routine blood and urine tests that had been ordered by our doctor. We had an appointment at the same time. Before we even checked in, a friendly staff member who was calling someone else answered our question about whether they would take a urine sample there or we had to bring it. They would take it there. My partner checked in on his phone and got instantly called in. I checked in on their screen and had to wait in the queue for 5 minutes. The women who saw us, Briana and Andi, were friendly & professional and took our blood with no pain. We were in and out in 5 minutes. Now looking forward to seeing our results on MyQuest. I've been here since 7:30 ( appt at 11:10 ). I had been across the street getting the X-rays and ultrasound done and figured I would walk over and wait to not waste gas. There were 2 times that the waiting room was completely empty and still did not call my name. There were 3 standby persons after me that were called in. While I was waiting I noticed on the board there were at one time 8 people getting labs, then only 3 but still didn't call me in. There were laughing in the back and just having a good time at times but still make you wait until your appointment time . What happened to maybe taking that person that has an appointment BEFORE the walk in person. One of the gals said just cancel your appt and take your chances... read more

If I could leave zero I would. What a joke of a place. I made an appointment and checked in early, only to be told that I could still be skipped, even by standby patients who arrived after me. Sure enough, I timed one patient who came in after me--she was called back and out the door in just 4 minutes and 30 seconds while I continued to wait. Several people in the waiting room said they've been here since 8:00 AM, and patients can hear staff laughing in the back while everyone sits waiting in what feels like a 64-degree waiting room. As a nurse, I understand delays happen. What I don't understand is a scheduling system that ignores appointments and shows so little respect for patients' time. Horrible experience, I have been here twice, the first time i waited almost an hour after my appointment to be seen, the second time the lab technician refused to take my blood saying my insurance wasn't excepted, I have been using quest labs with the same insurance for over 10 years. When I asked if something have changed in their policy in the few weeks since I was last there, and the lady refused to speak to me any further, waiting room was 85°+ and while we waited another 30+ minutes after my appointment was, we could hear the staff laughing and joking around while the waiting room was full. No sense of urgency, no professionalism, no care for patients, not to mention communication with staff is non existent, and half of them barely speak English. read more

Staff is very friendly with appointment you are in and out not waiting long. The location is very clean and well maintained. They give you quality service while doing your lab work no rush. This location has plenty of parking and does all tests. read more

I got lucky and was able to schedule an appointment day of! I went on a Thursday afternoon and it was very quiet. Only one other person waiting with me. I had nurse Angie and she is an actual Angel. I waited over two hours to simply drop off a urine sample -- something a tech previously told me could be done quickly due to my mother's medical condition. I followed their instructions, came back as advised, and knocked on the window, only to be told to check in and wait. I respected the process and waited patiently, but when I asked politely if there was any estimate on when I'd be called, I was met with rudeness and told they had 'other things to do.' Many people can't afford two-hour breaks from work or life -- and it's unacceptable for a healthcare service provider to treat people in need with such disregard. Kindness and efficiency aren't luxuries -- they're necessities, especially in healthcare. read more

There was NOTHING bad with my visit at this center! I've been here for a few appts and they have always been fantastic! They are open Saturdays and making an appt is so easy on their website. Check in was easy, I wait usually just a few minutes past my appt which is not long at all. The building looks new so it's clean, inviting, and modern from the parking lot all the way to the clinic. My phlebotomists have always been great, never an issue with my draw... sweet and friendly. read more

Had the best experience at Quest today for my blood work. ARIANA was super friendly with a beautiful smile. She is an artist when is comes to blood drawing. Scheduling patient appointments on the same morning as a race that blocks all access to your building is extremely irresponsible. My diabetic mother fasted for 12 hours for her appointment, and we were unable to reach the office because all surrounding streets were closed and the building was inside the race route. This was not just inconvenient -- it was dangerous for a diabetic patient to fast that long and then be unable to access medical care. This should have been communicated to patients ahead of time or appointments should have been rescheduled. read more

Steven was really nice. I was having issues with my appointment time and check in, so they kept trying to make me go away and come back way later. But Steven heard my issue and helped me as soon as he was able to. He was also very patient with the blood draw. I am usually very squimish with blood drawing but he was very gentle and kept me very calm. read more

Came in here a few weeks ago with a not-so-great experience and ended up leaving without even getting any bloodwork done (partly due to my healthcare provider themselves)... Today completely changed how I view this facility!! I want to give a specific shoutout to Carlos, who handled my bloodwork and information as quickly as possible while also being so friendly. This office is the a snapshot of the problem with the health care industry. It's a ghost office with technicians randomly and abruptly opening the door and calling out names. I was here to drop off a urine sample which I already had on me. They said I still need to check in and wait and closed the door on me. So I sat in the lobby for 40 minutes with urine next to me just to drop it off. Absolutely no customer service skills needed to work here read more

Let's start with when i read these reviews I was terrified! I made an appointment 4/28 and the two ladys there that day were delightful! The one that did my blood work was amazing(short hair bob reddish) and there was another lady (long hair, highlights, african american). Both very amazing at their jobs. Unfortunately I was unable to provide a urine sample and had to return 4/29. Once again with an appointment. As soon as I walk in (Tasha or Natasha) proceeds to ask who requested my test and I state my Drs name. She then looks at me as if I was restarted and repeated herself in a rude tone and I stated the same thing again. She had no clue why I was there and maybe I looked young and she thought I was not comprehending her question. This all could have been avoided by simply asking why I was there. I requested for someone else to assist me. Clamentine then had to bring me into her room due to Tasha not knowing how to speak properly to other humans. I simply peed in a cup for two seconds and was done! She verified my identity and went over payment and done no issues. When I asked for the names of the individuals helping me they were iffy an said I had to wait for that information. You are handling MY BLOOD AND URINE, Your there to provide a service in a medical field you can't behave this way. Our medical field has failed us. :( We walk in to get treatment and test but they don't seem to care. I do hope those that are there for the right purpose find better opportunities then here. read more

Poor crap service and attitude from tech, checked in for 9am appointment on time, took a seat by 9:20 noticed name was on standby, waited in the faceless lobby for someone to appear and questioned why appointment was diverted to standby when appointment was made, showed tech app and she said it needed a code? , retrieved printed orders in hand and at 10am another tech opened the door, I presented the paperwork and asked , she looked at the time and said I was late if I had a 9am, I responded that we have been here since 9 check in, she just looked at me and said you're late. Find a different service provider other than Quest. read more

Far from friendly, but I got in and out within 20mins! Three different associates seemed really distracted/unbothered or interested in any customer service. Blood & urine test went quickly though. My experience here was horrible. The lab didn't have the order electronically even though I had a digital copy. They said I had to print it! Who has a printer nowadays? Quest is failing at modernization. I ended up going home without getting the tests. read more

I went to urgent care this AM to have a doctor diagnose a highly swelled angle and foot due to heavy use of meds prescribed to reduce pain of Spinal Stenosis. The urgent care doctor wrote a STAT order for a blood draw and test to help diagnosis for Kidney issues related to the meds. He explained the lab was upstairs in room 201, he handed me the order and said I could go right up without a reservation. I did and when I went up I had to ask how I could get my blood draw without going online. I was shown how to request an appt for a STAT order. I did so and received a number and took a seat as was the direction on Kiosk. About and hour or so later and 12 or more folks came and went, my number never came up on display and was never called by employees. I finally left and went to the Main location that was busy also but was called within 5 minutes of my checking in with same STAT procedure. Maybe some training needed for medical procedures for this location? read more

I've had issues with Quest diagnostics in the past (QD) however the issue I have currently makes no reasonable sense to me, I make an appointment for lab work for June 19th, I was told they needed a urine sample that I could've provide at the time, I was told to bring it back the next day provided I schedule another appointment, I walked in the next day without an appointment registered as a walk in, waited 30min I asked several employees to take sample they said I had to wait, I asked one of them why they don't have a trash can (sanitary disposal) in the waiting room she said she has asked but no one responds to requests, I fired quest spoke to my Dr. asked for my options they said LabCore or call your insurance carrier I'm fortunate to have PPO they sent me a referral list to remedy the situation. This isn't an employee issue this is a failure in their standard operating procedures (SOP). Artificial Intelligence is better than No intelligence. read more

On Saturday, June 3rd on the way home from urgent care I ran into Quest Diagnostics on 6th street in Corona to pick up vials for "samples". This was an urgent matter because it was 9:30 am, (this particular quest was the only one open within a 30 mile radius) had to go home, conduct retrieval and get back to quest before noon. The office like most are run by iPads, you have to check in but you can't tell someone "I just need to pick up vials!" I knocked on the door and a young girl with long eye lashes and rings in her ear lobes answered very exasperated "you need something" explained what I needed, she abruptly asked if I had an appointment? No, for what? I just need the vials, she nastily says that I need an appointment. No compassion, no I'm sorry, no help whatsoever. Of course there were no appointments or walk-ins appts available. I want that Saturday person who answered the door to know that this wasn't for me but for my husband who on Sunday landed in the ER and later admitted. I understand that the medical profession is understaffed and overworked, however, that does not give you permission to be rude, nasty unhelpful, and unfeeling.
