I was a nervous wreck with an anxious anticipation because I hate needles, but thank the Lord that the girl who called my name was Karina /Katrina I'm not even sure I was so nervous. She is Absolutely AMAZING 100% A BLESSING TO THE MEDICAL FIELD. I did not feel a thing literally . Oh my harsh she should be given an award . Not to mention she was extremely thorough and explained what I needed to do at home and bring back for my other testing. She was extremely sweet and patient and I will remember her forever and i will go back here for all future bloodwork needs in hopes to get her again . Do not go to Labcorp without an appointment. You will wait for hours. There is no reception desk. No one to speak with if you have a question. If you show up during their lunch break, you can't even sign in on the tablet. Look for another lab. There are many other locations nearby. read more

Not reliable! Somedays they are open some days. They are closed when they are supposed to be open. making an appointment is nearly impossible. The staff is friendly, but they are very short staffed. The one on Brockton is not any better. read more

I have routine lab work done weekly and this is my first and last time at this labcorp. Over a 1.5 hour wait inside Walgreens. They stated a hour wait tops and it was close to 2 hours, zero communication and no one to ask any questions as it's a door to the lab no office or receptionist. The lack of professionalism is not appropriate for people trying to get blood work. I highly recommend any other lab corp then this one. read more

Love going here, the staff is very quick, pleasant staff and it's not very busy unless you go in prime hours.

They've always been great in the past and still in the present. They're always busy but that's normal at every Labcorp I've been to. Just make an appointment and arrive on time and you shouldn't have to wait too long. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I checked in at kiosk at 9am and given option to wait or set appointment. Place was full, no chairs, and people standing everywhere. I opted to schedule time for 1030am. I waited outside in my car and proceeded to check in at 1020am. I received a text stating I was check in and would receive text message when ready to see me. 11am and no message. I walked inside again and again a crowd of people angrily waiting to be seen. As I stood for over 20 minutes to see if staff member would call me or at least come out of the office to submit my appt inquiry, another patient told me it was their lunch hour. So I waited another hour to get a hold of a staff member. Btw I was fasting. 1220pm I finally got ahold of a staff member only to be told my appt had passed and I had to register again at the kiosk!! I asked to speak with management, Karina, to explain my situation and seek resolution. Karina told me I could either leave or register again and wait several more hours!! I called customer service only to be told someone from management would call me back in 10 minutes. It's 7pm now and no call. Labcorp clearly doesn't give a crap about clients and worse doesn't stand by their appointment process. Do yourself a favor and go to Quest instead. read more

MD ordered labs electronically to LabCorp and called back to confirm labs were ordered. Made appointment at LabCorp at Walgreens in Corona, CA. Checked in, as required. Called back to lab and asked to sit in chair. Phlebotomist asked last name and birthdate before attempting to check for orders in system. Phlebotomist rudely stated there were no labs ordered. This is an ongoing problem with LabCorp but is usually resolved quickly with a short investigation. This particular phlebotomist made no attempt to find lab work in the system and told me to get up and investigate myself then make a new appointment. She was rude and unhelpful. Horrible customer service here. I notified LabCorp of her behavior and will be notifying my MD on next business day (they were already closed at noon today). read more

Pretty negative experience coming to this labcorp for a glucose test. I made my appointment 2 weeks ago but it wasn't until 15 minutes after I checked in for my appointment that they told me they didn't have the drink for me to take for the test. Apparently they had "just ran out" aka: didn't plan ahead. Referred me to another labcorp down the street but neglected to tell me that that labcorp was on lunch break so now I'm just waiting for the next 30 minutes to see if I can get a walk-in appointment today. read more

Let's face it, getting routine blood work done isn't fun, but I found this labcorp location in a Walgreens to be a pleasant experience. Located in the back of the store, I felt it was a breeze at the self-check in. The wait time wasn't bad either. The best times to go were between 9am-10am. Since my latest diagnosis, I needed to get blood work done periodically. The ladies that work in this department, I thought were awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. REMEMBER, they close everyday for lunch, Monday thru Friday at 11am, for 1 hour. On Saturdays, they have limited hours, and it's packed. I've never had an issue with this location, and I go to this location weekly. If you live in the area, and need blood work done, I'd recommend going to this location. The wait times aren't too bad. I have been to this location many times over the years and have always noted how easy and quick it is. I always set an appointment, as walk ins are welcome but the wait time can be long if you don't have an appointment. So keep that in mind. Today my appointment was at 9:15am and they called me in at 9:17am. I am not a fan of needles (who is) so I am always worried it's going to hurt... doesn't matter how old you are. But honestly, the ladies I have been to here today and in the past, make this so easy and I don't feel a thing. They have also been super amazing with my daughters in the past. So if you need some lab work done, I highly recommend coming here. They are still requiring a mask once you enter the lab, but no big deal. They are quick, kind and professional. read more

Needed to get my bloodwork done and wanted a convenient and close location. Didn't have an appointment simply walked in and checked myself into the location. Had everything I needed ready to go for Check-In. Upon completion of checking in I took a seat and waiting to be called. Sat down for less than 5 minutes before I was called. Everyone in the facility was extremely friendly and polite. Handed her my paperwork and was in and out within 10 minutes. Their System is extremely simple and efficiently modern, it's so easy to make Appointments online and check in on the automated machines with our Driver's License. Lab Corp will send us a text when their Technicians are ready to help us and the Lab is always neat, inviting, organized, and staffed with friendly and personable Professionals. I brought my very strong 16 yo son w Autism to get some labs done. Unfortunately I forgot their names but lemme tell you the amount of patience these women had. My brother had to hold him while she drew the blood. My son felt nothing. She was quick and knew exactly what she was doing. Everyone that worked there was very professional and just nice. read more

Appointment means nothing at this location. Go to the riverside location if you care about your time. I made an appointment at this location. Waited for two hours for "somebody" to text after checking in. No text and no communication so I gave up and went to some other location the following day and they were right on time. Similar thing happened a last year as well when I decided to knock the door to ask the "god(that's what they think they are)" working there. The arrogant staff said, they are busy and knocking on the door is not allowed. I did call labcorp customer care to report/check on the status while waiting. I love coming to get my blood drawn here, Well if you can say you love getting this type of procedure done. My point is the staff has always been professional and friendly. The one thing I can recommend is if possible to make and appointment. It really makes a world of difference. I make an appointment, show up 10 to 15 minutes early, check in on my phone, I'm in and out of there in a matter of minutes. Plus like I said the staff is and has always been friendly and professional and are really good. I've never and I mean never had them stick me twice to find a vein but I always make sure I'm well hydrated before I go. I have a bad infection. I took a test there on Tuesday. They called later that morning stating that they did not generate enough labels, Therefore I would have to come back. I thought I could but I could not. 1) I was not able to make it back there as I was too sick and my wife had to drive me the first time. 2) someone called from LabCorp while I was on the phone with the Dr. LabCorp did not leave a message 3) I tried calling them back but to no avail. They do not receive calls 4) dr called today with partial results. He said other results are pending. All I want to do is find Where can I call LabCorp to find out if they are running the culture. So much better than Quest Diagnostics. Easy check in with the kiosk system, wait time is pretty standard depending on time of day. Most techs are really nice, so far there has just been one female that is totally rude, can't remember her name but you'll know it if you get her!! Other than that I really can't complain. read more
