They accommodated me with a Saturday consultation. I met with the surgical team, and they patiently answered all of my questions. I felt as though I was more than just another case or a medical record number. They explained the tests, the surgery, and my expected recovery. I literally could not believe that my surgery would be completed on an outpatient basis. Dr. Sedrak, OMG...he knows his craft. He was so kind and I felt very comfortable with him. However, the experience completely changed once I arrived. I showed up about 15 minutes early and wasn't greeted by the front desk. The staff seemed unprofessional and disengaged. After signing a consent form, I was told there would be a $25 fee, which I agreed to. When I explained I was there for a consultation for facial balancing, I was repeatedly asked if I was going to get the procedure done that same day. I clarified that I was only there for a consultation, as discussed when booking. Then I was told the consultation would actually cost $50, which was never clearly explained beforehand (I was only told about a $25paperwork fee). The lack of transparency, constant pressure, and unprofessional behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. I decided to leave rather than spend money at a place that didn't make me feel welcomed or respected. I would not recommend this business. Customer service matters, especially when services can cost over $1,000, and this place did not meet expectations.
