He is my greatest discovery since the day I found out that fruit loops are all the same flavor. Who would of thought they are all different color but taste the same. Fantastic at deep stretches and identifying what you likely need long term. Lately I have been working with Oscar for the past 6-8 weeks, he is a top 1% trainer and recovery expert; I guarantee it. Stretching, Cupping, Scraping; etc etc.. Oscar is at the top of his game. I came here to finally start addressing some long term sports related issues; and this team has been exceptional. Typically I am aiming for deep stretch, but many times it is reasonable to find me going for a 6 minute cryo combined with a 12 minute infrared light sesh... Absolutely a must have for any serious athlete!!! Staff is very knowledgeable and will create a treatment plan for your needs. My son went in with a strained quadricep. With a soccer trip to Italy in the following week he needed all the help he could get!!! The staff at the Corona location jumped in and saved the day with a variety of treatments from cryotherapy, deep stretching-message, cupping, red light therapy and at home/Italy suggestions. Wow!!! I've been dealing with this upper back pain that's been pretty persistent, I've been to chiropractors, doctors, osteo specialists, and this pain hasn't seemed to give. So I thought, I will try this place as my last resort... I go in today and was kindly greeted by the front desk staff! Next, I went to see my therapist that was assigned to me, Chris. Chris did a thorough evaluation of my pain and TRULY listened to me. We then came up with a treatment plan and he began to work on my upper back. I'm not going to lie, working on muscles hurts! Haha! However, Chris kept me distracted the whole time, asking me about all things from country music to tattoos to hobbies of mine. I also had a few questions about what exactly the treatment entailed and how it worked and he answered them with professionalism, extensive knowledge and information, and care. Once I got into my car I cried happy tears, as this was the first thing that has truly helped in over a YEAR. I felt immediate relief and now that I've been home for a few hours no pain has crept back in. I look forward to more appointments with Chris and the entire staff of Recovery lab. I've been coming to the Lab for almost a year (in September) and it was something I had been interested in for awhile but never bit the bullet with, even after one 30 minute sesh as I'm picky about body work. It wasn't until I did a 10k Spartan race and was in need of some targeted relief that I gave this place another stop and from there I became a member. I was seeing an awesome therapist consistently for months, who ended up moving up to new opportunities and he connected me with who my new primary therapist is now and I'm so thankful I didn't have to restart the search for someone knowledgeable and experienced at what they do. Going to the Lab several times a month is a life saver in making sure to maintain my body in between training seshes and pre/ post race days. Long overdue review! I came to RL in specific need for the hyperbaric oxygen therapy for surgical recovery. I purchased a one month trial and used it almost every single day, pre and post surgery.
