With a big summer ahead, we were worried he would miss out on playing. Thanks to the incredible therapists here, he is now feeling amazing and is completely pain-free. I Been going here for about 2 years, and in the past they have worked miracles on my back from my time in the Marine Corps as a combat Vet. More recently I fully tore my Achilles, and today I'm 8 months post-op... and let me tell ya, if you want a more collaborative team approach then Dr. Matt's team is the way to go! Because even though you may not be Dr. Matt patient at the time of treatment, Matt and his counterparts are vigilant in assisting their Physical Therapist improve their treatment techniques for their patients. That attention-to-detail speaks volumes for me. This collaborative efforts has resulted in me running by 6 months post-op, because Matt team is constantly gauging your progression with each milestone of your treatment plan. And once you gotten comfortable hitting that milestone... best believe Matt well be upgrading your treatment plan that will test physical abilities. I know because I've gotten my ass kicked with every upgrade but it's a confidence booster let me tell you. Throughout my 28 years with the Department of Corrections, I have suffered numerous work related injuries. I have done physical therapy before, but nothing like I did with Kinematics. Very inconsistent therapy depending on which therapist you get. Last therapist said the previous therapists had me doing the incorrect strength training for the past two months and gave me 7 new exercises to do next time. When I first went to Kinematics I could barely walk the pain was so very excruciating. I had to use a cane or a walker just to walk 5 feet. I had a consultation meeting prior to booking my first appointment. I spoke to the owner of the clinic Dr Fujita. I expressed that my time was very tight and that my expectations were that nobody wastes each other's time. He assured me that wasn't how he operated. I showed up 15 min prior to my first appointment. Had all my paper work filled out was ready to go and then the same Dr that assured me that he ran a tight ship was late. No thanks, it's clear that this facility does not value other people's time. What a shame! They need to do better, the Dr also did show up as I was getting my co pay refund and did not bother to come out and apologize for being late. Very arrogant! I'm sure I'm going to have to deal with this place billing my insurance and fighting that. **update, since the business owner responded here I feel compelled to update. Since you seem to not understand factual information let's recap accurately. You had plenty of time to walk over to me in person and apologize for being late in person, including all the time between when I left and you responded on Yelp to call me and apologize you chose not to! That's on you. Also as part of your packet you very clearly articulate your attendance policy and the ramifications of being late including being charged. You provide no "grace" in your written policy so therefore I'm matching your rules. You are also overlooking that I made an appointment to go over expectations for treatment at your facility prior to booking treatment and explained that I did not want my time wasted. Prior to arriving 15 minutes before my appointment I worked for 3 hours, got my child ready for school, made lunches, made breakfast, dropped my child off at school and walked the dog, and still managed to show up on time. Again your arrogance is showing by playing the victim here instead of being an adult. Nothing I said was factually incorrect, and as a matter of business etiquette I'm not sorry that as a customer I stood up for myself and advocated for the basic amount of customer service. The owner (Matthew) is a jerk and very condescending. When I told him that since I didn't have medical at first he claimed that I should be doing a better job at advocating for myself and that we probably won't have much to work with. Insinuating that I was too far behind to even get anywhere. Also asked how much I was in pain and when I said a nine he claimed that that's not possible since a nine would be childbirth. But it was. I had to get my plate removed because of how many issues it was causing. Thank god my primary switched to a much better physical therapist. My son has been going here since he was around 4 years old to build muscle mass and flexibility since he is a wheelchair user. Currently my son is 12 years old. After doing some homework, research and testing the waters amongst sports trainers, I kept hearing "Go see Matt Kinematics in Norco" he will take care of you. I reached out and was successful paired with Kinematics and fortunate enough to see Matt. I am a former collegate athlete and now work in a physically demanding profession. I arrived for my first appointment and was greeted by a very professional staff and and immediately felt welcomed. The facilities are very clean, organized and easily navigabable. I was very pleased to see all the artwork on the walls and the sports and LEO memorabilia. I was given a tour of the facility and then had a one on one with Matt Fujita. Matt's caring demeanor was present from the beginning and his eagerness to help people was noticable. Matt's knowledge of his craft is deep, but he finds a way to keep it simple and guide you through your treatment plan with your best interest in mind. I have completed a few seasions and already feel a difference in my mobility and strength. Matt and staff take ownership of their craft, patient care and are ready and available to make sure you are receiving the best care or correct your technique to maximize your therapy. In the short time I have been seeing Matt and the Staff at Kinematics one word comes to mind.. "family". I am a professional track and field athlete. I first started coming to KPT in April of 2024 for an injury. Ever since then I try to come into the clinic as often as possible to get treatments and do rehabilitation exercises. They take their time getting to know your specific injury and what goal it is, tailored to you, that needs to be accomplished. Alexis explains and demonstrates the exercises with an upbeat attitude. Matt pushes you to do your best to accelerate recovery and prevent muscles from declining. I have been with Kinematics for nearly a year now. I had a surgery that my doctors had warned me would take in excess of a year to recover. During this time I have been seeing Jake as my main therapist with Christina pinch hitting on occasion. From my perspective, no matter which therapist you work with you will get the attention you need for your specific issue. I did not think PT was going to be easy from past experiences, but I am a strong believer in it. When working with Jake, he realizes my weaknesses and addresses them in a systematic way to help me recover. When doing the exercises, the staff (who make it fun) gives you the instructions and then continually checks to make sure you are doing them correctly. Kinematics Physical Therapy is by far and away the best and I highly recommend them. Lastly, I must say the entire staff makes me feel welcome, has my recovery as their goal and continually gives me the positive reinforcement to continue the road to recovery. To start with I had four of six therapy sessions completed and two scheduled for this week, both scheduled by the receptionist ( who should be working at McDonalds) .The last two were scheduled for 2pm on Wednesday and Friday. I went in on Wednesday and arrived at 1:48 for my 2pm appointment....the young lady at the reception counter checked me in and stated that my appointment was scheduled at 1:30pm and I was past the 15 minute grace they allow. This was bullshit. She refused to allow me to have my appt. I told her "it is what it is"..... I then confirmed what my appointment time was for today (Friday) and she stated it would be at 1:30pm. I arrived today at 1:29 and (same person who booked all the appts and refused me on Wednesday) was told I missed my appointment, and that the appointment time was 1pm. I then spoke a few choice words to her and left. My MRI is on Tuesday and if I am told I still need more therapy, this will not be the place that I go to. The Physical Therapist Christina was very good. Isiah the person helping me with my recovery was also top notch. The management should consider replacing the receptionist. Even if my appt time on Wednesday WAS at 130pm, I was 18 minutes past THAT time, a measly 3 minutes past the so called grace period. There were only a few people in the PT room and the equipment I use was not being used by anyone. I have to do hand exercises and have not seen it used by anyone besides myself at any time I've been there. There also was no one else waiting behind me for an appt. Call me a Karen or a Kevin if you want, but I've been in CS for over 40 years and the device here is atrocious. One star read more

From post surgery, to strength training, cutting, acceleration and deceleration to the end of day care including massages, ice, ultrasounds and cupping, Kinematics really has everything! First off I want to say these young wipper snappers kicked me into gear during each session and I thank them for getting me back in fighting shape. Usually I would start off with my morning cigarette, Coors, steak, and eggs then go to physical therapy. But the receptionist was helpful and nice just like my granddaughter. She helped with scheduling all my appointments. I couldn't figure out how to schedule them off of my grandsons apple samsung phone. She even showed me how to use it along with updating my Facebook. Young Matthew was my therapist and he was professional and got my injured wing back to tip top shape again. I worked with all the trainers and staff and I just want to say I'm glad I went here. I have been here at Kinematics PT for a torn rotator cuff, labrum and both total knee replacements. All these rehabs have been in the past 3 years and I would come back here if I were to have anymore issues as far as physical therapy goes. Kinematics is the best place if you are looking to get back to 100%. With this latest total knee replacement and it also being my eight knee surgery, Matt and his entire STAFF, I'm afraid I might miss someone if I had to name everyone but the entire STAFF makes you feel like family. I've been coming here since my sophomore year of high school and the team at Kinematics has literally walked me through my whole sports career ever since my first visit. I've been blessed to have never missed a game in my career thanks to the treatment, rehab, and injury prevention programs they put me through. Let me start by saying I absolutely love this place!!! I first came to Kinematics in 2016 for treatment on a shoulder dislocation. At that time, I had never been to physical therapy, so I didn't know what to expect. On my first visit, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. During my evaluation with Matt I was very impressed by his professionalism and the time he took with me. I felt that Matt genuinely cared especially after he asked me what my goals and expectations were? That said a lot because that demonstrated that my opinion(s) mattered and they were going to do whatever it took to get me there. I was frank with Matt and told him I wanted to make a full recovery. Matt and his team strived to help me achieve that and surpassed my expectations. Fast forward to 2019-2020, I suffered another shoulder injury (different shoulder) whereby surgery was required. Because this was a workers comp related injury, I was being seen by a different physical therapist. After, a few times of going there, I quickly requested to change to Kinematics where I knew I would actually see progress. I wanted to be surrounded by professionals who really cared about my wellbeing and designed a program especially for me...not just the typical shoulder injury person. I was so happy to be back here because I knew I was well on my way to making a full recovery. On a side note...the eye candy isn't bad either... I have so much trust and faith in this establishment. They are as welcoming and friendly as they were 3 years ago and the quality of work is outstanding. There's no other place I would want to go to for treatment. I've been so impressed with them, I had my 14 year old son receive treatment here after he suffered a sports related injury. We gave Matt a realistic timeframe for recovery because my son was going to participate in competitive tournament and Matt was on top of it. He provided quality care and used every trick in the PT book to meet the timeline and did! Right off the bat, I called to make my first appt (new patient) because thought the place would be worth it, but unfortunately spoke with a rude receptionist with an attitude. She said phone was breaking up - but that's not an excuse to be rude, she said I was speaking fast as she was writing my stuff down - and I always speak at the same pace with people writing stuff down and they never complain, so not sure why the attitude with new patients. Instead of apologizing, like everyone usually does, she gave me weird reasons and repeated my phrase "I don't appreciate your attitude". Like seriously?! I'm the customer for the God's sake. This is not even the closest place to me but was planning to drive specifically for them. If the receptionist is this rude and I'll have to deal with her to make my future appts, then would rather take my business somewhere else and start my treatments with nicer staff. It's unfortunate because the receptionists are the face of every company (talking from an engineering experience), but she made the company lose business already by giving a bad impression about the place & by giving an unnecessary rude attitude for no reason. read more
