My experiences were positive. The facilities were clean, the room temperature was controlled to comfort, the staff were attentive. Karla greeted me with a smile. She was welcoming from the start which made it easy to relax (as much as medically possible) in any doctors office. She remained patient, answered my many questions, and helped me to understand the processes around me. When she departed for lunch, Maria assisted me with water and a snack. I was struggling with my medical assisted devices but she bought them to me without hesitation. I do enjoy customer service done correctly! Chris was whom who took me back to see the doctor. He was kind, considerate, professional and kept the humanity in the processing of measurements, testing and preparation for the doctor. He was sincere in treating me like a person, not another number patient. A gentle touch goes a long way! Dr. Dizay was also kind. She had reviewed my chart, had questions, testing and was prepared. She was efficient, timely and compassionate. I can see how good leadership, begins at the top. Only suggestion would be to inform at scheduling there is a significant packet to fill out before seeing doctor. I could have benefited from bringing someone with me to help fill it out, read or even write. I wasn't sure my documents were as legible as they could have been with my pain while sitting and writing. Overall, I would return. I don't think that the staff knows what an appointment is. I've only been twice, and each time I have had an appointment through my private insurance with a neurologist - one of the top rated in the area. But I've waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to get a room, not even considering actually speaking with the doctor. The doctor recommended a medication that's not covered under insurance as a first go -WTH. My insurance denied my request for imaging due to lack of medical information by the doctors; the insurance stated what needed to be said which - is the whole point of why I am being seen. Every follow up with the office, I was told it was submitted etc. yet I received the actual paperwork and it wasn't until I filed a complaint with my insurance that this was handled. They think they have passive patients who will let this stuff slide. If you want to be seen timely and get what you need, I wouldn't recommend at all! I have to give a minimum of 1 stars but I'd give a -1 star if I could. read more

Dr. Gao has been very helpful in my Hip Replacement, listens to your concerns and addresses them. The physical therapy (JOE in particular,) is extremely knowledgeable and good). But the brightest spot of all is the Manager of Healthpointe, Maria Garcia. Maria Garcia is the manager and I can't say enough good things about her. I have been in a pinch and she has come through, more than once! She doesn't dodge calls like most managers and is a Huge ASSET to that organization. THANK YOU MARIA for all that you have done for me! She runs a very attentive organization with a very friendly staff. You always read reviews about medical locations and health services, but I wish I would've listened. I went to the corona location which is in a building in a less than safe-feeling area. The staff couldn't care less about the patients coming in here and the medical staff was more than an hour late on my appointment and couldn't give me any sort of information on my injury. read more

This place is horrible!! Stay away if you can. My elderly mother got injured at work and has had to go through so many different doctors, since many of them would get an F on bedside manners. No patience, empathy, or compassion! I was stunned that Dr. Starley (Pain management &rehab D.O) literally would talk over us, interrupt questions, and walked out as if she was done while we were still talking to her! Dr. Starley never informed us that my mom has a new tear in the tendons and just put her on anti-depressant medications claiming it was for neuropathic pain without doing a peripheral neuropathy assessment/exam! It seems like this clinic/corporation thinks they can get away with treating hardworking patients so horribly. My mom has been crying from the pain after the surgery and the Pain management doctors keep giving her anti-depressant medications claiming neuropathy without any evidence for it!!! I had an appointment with Dr. Berman for back pain. My appointment was at 2:00pm, I checked in at 1:40. I don't like to be late, it so disrespectful. The gal on the first floor stated I had to at the clinic one hour before my appointment. She stated I should have received a call. I never received a call. She handed me paper work and I headed upstairs. I was taken to a consultation room and completed all my paper work. I was in the room for over an hour and no one showed up. I left a note on my paperwork stating what occurred a walked out. No one ever reached out to re scheduled or apologize. I opted for a new provider. Best choice I ever made. Appointment was at 10:45a.m. and as I'm reviewing this it is now 12:24p.m. There was another patient I was talking to and her Appointment was at 11, she was called in before me. Whats the reason to make an appointment if they are going to pass by you and call others. The receptionist in the front didn't say anything about being backed up and it will be longer then excepted. DO NOT LET YOUR WORKERS COMP. INSURANCE send you here !!! Went for a 1st visit for treatment for my husbands industrial injury ( it was a transfer of care due to relocation). Initially he was thought to have a fractured spine MRI confirmed he did not but had 2- lumbar disc bulges 3 lumbar herniated disc ..2 cervical disc bulges possible bilateral rotator cuff tears. The treating physician spent very little time with him and issued a return to work status report stating " no commercial driving" ... despite my numerous efforts to explain to him that his company would accommodate him and place him in a " jump seat" inside his work truck to ride for 13 hours a day with another driver ... my husband could barely walk, he's hunched over, lumbar spasms, limited range of motion in neck & has bilateral rotator cuff tears ... but sure let's have him work/ride in a truck bouncing around for 13 hours a day !!! BEWARE in my opinion HP does not have the injured employee's best medical interest .... The front office staff was extremely easy to work with & accommodating... all except a MA who felt the need to interject herself into my conversation... she got told by me that I did not solicit her opinion and that she was violating HIPPA law by discussing my husbands medical status in an open area !! I actually like 90% of the staff, especially my doctors (Dr. Chaung and Dr. Nick). I like the upstairs clerical staff, most of the physical therapist and my fav...Juan/Juanito/the comedy man. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed in those involved in providing follow-up information like (contacting me when orders have been approved/letters are ready or documents have been signed). The new mishap is not sending my prescriptions to the right pharmacy, I had to track them down. Luckily yesterday, the person on the phone mentioned my prescriptions were set to go to the wrong pharmacy and she was going to have it changed....apparently, she didn't. I got a wild hair up my backside and decided to call CVS because Walgreens still didn't have my prescriptions in the system. I never used CVS before...so why did you guys decide, too bad, that's where the prescriptions are going...figure it out? You tell me I don't need to call when I do call because you guys will let me know when my paperwork is ready...REALLY? But when I finally decide something is taking too long and follow-up again, you tell me my paperwork has been ready....REALLY? This is the downstairs crew. SMH VIGOROUSLY!!! The phone exchange also sucks, it's like pulling teeth or going through incompetent security guards. Fifty million questions asked of me but bad info, or no viable info given in return. Be very, very careful is you see the Healthpointe van driving anywhere near you in the Corona area. The other day I was about to pass the van going very slowly in a 50MPH zone near Sycamore Creek shopping center when the driver suddenly turns on the turn signal and starts moving over. I honked assuming the driver did not see me. No big deal. However, after parking in the shopping center, I'm coming around the back of my parked vehicle and there's the Healthpointe van heading right toward me and the driver honking at me. I had to step back or would have been hit. I watch this maniac drive over to the gas station across the parking lot, so walk over to take photos of him and the van to share with his employer. He tries to school me in safe driving saying, "I had room", and him almost causing an accident was somehow my fault. When I told him that most definitely was not the case he tells me, "go f**k yourself." Then, a short time later I'm in the store walking past the front door when I see this crazy person has now pulled up behind my vehicle in the parking lot and is getting out of his vehicle. He sees me run out of the store, jumps back in, and takes off. What business owner wants a liability like that driving in their company car? I tried to report this employee road rage incident to Healthpointe corporate, but their only response was to call somebody who cared because they did not. Went into today for a physical for new position with my company I sat for about 30 mins no big deal.Then I was called back asked the person that was helping me how her day was going. She said empty your pockets and put in the cabinet. Then told me I have 4 mins to do the drug test if I'm not done she can't finish. She at this point with other patients around called me out for something on one of my test said it in front of them. She then took me around the corner to do my eye test. Then took me into another room for blood pressure. ( o had a monster right before ) I was in 5 different areas. It was a little high. I had an appointment I got there 15 minutes before my schedule time. No clients there at the time I initially got there. First time client. Paperwork is no joke about 20 pages. It took me 45 minutes to complete. Unnecessary questions my opinion. Finally after waiting and 1 1/2 hours. They called me to the back only to take my blood pressure. I had return back to the lobby for another hour. Saw the doctor he did the standard checkup only to say I'm ok BUT to make sure he requested X-rays. OMG. The wait for X-rays took about 45 minutes. As I waited people were being seen client after client. I was sure they were going to squeeze me in. Nope. Wishful thinking. I asked the receptionist how much long. She told me they only had ONE technician on duty. I have been there now for 3 hours. My patience gone and getting hungry. I return to the receptionist and advised I had another engagement she said you are next. Next for about another 30 minutes wait. Finally the X-ray technician got to me. At this point I'm ready to go but fortunately he was a nice guy but that took about 30 minute due to the amount he had to take. Once I got done I was taken upstairs to wait for the doctor to review my lab results. Told me everything was okay. I didn't need further lab test. Especially no MRI considering my pain level. That was a 30 minutes wait for that. He recommend I come back for a follow-up appointment. Overall I missed my engagement and I was there for FIVE HOURS. No I won't be returning. I recently had some x-rays taken here by "nick". He is by far very dedicated to his work. I have had many x-rays in my life and by far Nick is a real professional. At other locations when getting x-rays done I felt like I was in an assembly line, "move on, do this, do that, next"! Nick was very meticulous in taking x-rays compared to those other locations which was great considering how I felt at the time and the quality of the x-rays were remarkable which ment that I didn't have to redo any of them. Waited 32 minutes before they notified me that he was not there and I drove 58 miles to the location. 10/9/20 - Rescheduled again at Healthpointe, Corona. Drove from LAX to Corona 56 miles after working graveyard. Waited 40 minutes and notified me that no machine. Per manager at the office; Dr Saeed Nick did not notify anyone that his machine was broken until this morning. Dr. Saeed Nick's assistant called me and had the audacity to argue with me. She not accepting the fact that Dr Saeed Nick was unprofessional. Please. Healthpointe...please check your staff. My employers require an annual TB rest so they send me random health centers all over the IE. It was my first time there and was easy to find off the busy Main Street of Railroad but wil have to detour if you've came southbound from Lincoln but if you came from Smith you're in the clear and can make a left onto Grant. Parking on the side allows a few cars and additional parking in the back that's narrow and has one lane so make sure you're not car dancing with anyone but there's parking on the street. The ladies in the front desk does not say good morning or reciprocate the morning welcomes. The staff who comes out the door to make their way into the elevator in the lobby will smile and say hello, assuming they're more friendly and better at their interpersonal skills of being in the medical profession. Don't know if they'll send me back here next year for the TB but I appreciate friendliness if you're in the medical friend. If I do come back, prick me hard if you want for this review. read more

I am a professional scuba diver in need of a medical evaluation. I called the main Healthpointe number, and spoke to two different reps. Both told me I could go into the Corona office as a walk-in for my specific request of a scuba diving physical. When I arrived, the not-so-friendly employees at the front desk told me they are not capable of doing that. They told me the Colton office can 100% take care of me. I drove to the Colton office and they had no idea why Corona would have told me that. Colton was also unable to do the physical. After driving around and waiting for 3 hours at different offices, none of them were capable of assisting me. I called another company, One Medical, and they were able to give me an evaluation immediately, and were much more respectful and pleasant to deal with than Healthpointe staff. Also I noticed that each of the Healthpointe locations were very dirty, and had patients complaining or even yelling at the staff. I'm glad that I ultimately walked away and found a much better provider. read more
