I had an in-person appointment on Monday, April 20, and went into the office around 1:30 PM as scheduled. The doctor I had seen recommended I get my blood work done. She gave me the option to come into the office as there was an opening then following morning to get my blood drawn through their location. I had my blood work drawn in April 21st as part of my visit/process, and I left believing everything had been completed appropriately. About a week later, I called the office to follow up on my lab results. I was told by Nurse Aylas that I needed to schedule an appointment with the doctor to go over my results. From that point on, it became nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone or get an appointment scheduled. For weeks, I called the office daily and left numerous voicemails, yet my calls were not returned. I eventually had to call the Corona location simply because I could not get anyone at the Norco office to respond. They directed me to the appropriate point of contact to file a formal complaint, which I did. I want to specifically acknowledge Cathy, who has been very helpful and professional throughout the complaint process. I appreciate that she has actually taken the time to communicate with me and try to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, my experience with Dana (or Danna wasn't sure of the pronunciation), the manager at the Norco location, has been completely different. When she contacted me, I felt that she was hostile and more interested in pointing the finger at me than actually trying to understand what happened. I was essentially told that I did not show up for my appointment, which is incredibly frustrating because I know that I physically came into the office and had my blood drawn. The office should have documentation, a sign-in record, or other records showing that I was there and received services. If my lab work was misplaced, not processed correctly, or there was some other issue on the office's end, I can understand that mistakes happen. What I cannot understand is why nobody communicated this to me. I spent weeks calling and leaving voicemails trying to find out what was happening, with no return calls. I should not have had to repeatedly chase the office down just to get basic information about my own medical care. What made the situation even more disappointing was that, after I finally filed a complaint, I felt like the responsibility was being shifted onto me rather than the office taking accountability for the lack of communication and follow-up. The biggest issues I experienced were: * Extremely poor communication * Calls and voicemails going unanswered * Difficulty getting an appointment scheduled * No timely follow-up regarding my lab results * Having to contact another location just to get assistance * Feeling blamed rather than helped when I raised a legitimate concern I am very disappointed because this is healthcare, and patients should be able to trust that their calls, appointments, and lab work are being properly documented and followed up on. I appreciate Cathy for her efforts, but unfortunately, the overall experience with the Norco location has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone who expects reliable communication, accountability, and basic customer service from their medical provider.

I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly.
