I was having neck pain from being on computer all day and extreme lower back and hip paid from flying so much and Dr. Jeffrey helped me so much!! I was looking for a location close to my house instead of the out of town one I previously used. This is my review on two and why I will not be back to this location. The waiting room is very dirty, I don't think anyone have ever dusted (first impression... eww) my assessment was disappointing compared to my previous location which did a free x-ray to get a starting point of what I need to fix my issue. Dr. Lin charges for what is included at my out of town chiropractor. When he adjusted me he only did my upper back and not my whole body which is weird because I always get completely adjusted. read more

Been here once for low back pain and another time for straining my neck. Instant relief both experiences. I injured my back from an isolated heavy lifting leg day. I came in that following day for therapy and an adjustment to my low back. Best experience with the therapy before the adjustment. I was worried about standing up after the session but when I did, I had no pain and was in complete joy. More recently at my visit for the neck strain, the doctor recommended only the adjustment which really helped by providing instant relief to my neck. I was extremely hesitant to go to a chiropractor again after having my back adjusted as a teenager and experiencing extreme pain walking 2 days after. I have not had back issues in years and I woke up and my lower back was hurting worse than I have ever felt. I thought my back was out and the last thing I wanted to do was goto a chiropractor. My wife has came here and expressed nothing but positive things so I thought I would try them out, because I could not sit up. She made an appointment very quickly and they were very nice, and they took my Kaiser insurance. After the initial evaluation, which was comprehensive, I was advised I just pulled muscles in my lower back and I did not need anything but some minor therapy, ice, and stretches. Initially I was thinking, my back is not out? After the treatment and stretches my back was already feeling better by the afternoon. He had me setup an appointment for 2 days later to make sure I was still doing good. My back was almost completely better and it was just muscles. He did more therapy and advised to come back if I had any more issues. It was very nice to have a chiropractor actually treat the issue by the systems, rather than over committing to things that were not needed. I visited the doctor a few times for some neck pain and also for my lower back pain. The office is nice and clean with the amenities to entertain kids. The receptionist was very accommodating to my schedule which was very helpful. Dr. Jeff Lin took the time to ask the pertinent questions and I found it helpful when he explained possible causes for my pain. After the adjustment, i found relief. I appreciate that Dr. Lin didn't pressure me to keep returning for adjustments but just advises to come back when necessary. After his adjustments i didn't feel I needed to go back because i felt better. Eventually though when some pain returned several months later I did return for another adjustment. I plan on returning as needed. Good service and a knowledgeable chiropractor. Once you find someone good, you stick with that person. I drive an hour to make my appointments. I don't do this unless it's someone worth returning to. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for someone good! read more
