The facility was clean and organized. The staff were very knowledgeable and excelled in their performance. The individual who handles the scheduling and calls is also equally kind and professional. Their bedside manner was fantastic. Typically, if you have to go through physical therapy at this location for a few weeks at a time, you'll encounterdifferent physical therapists from their team. They all coordinate and take turns helping different patients. No matter who is helping you through your physical therapy you will be in exquisite hands. By the end of your treatment, you'll be happy to be rehabilitated, but sad to leave behind this wonderful team. A word of caution : sometimes there's high patient traffic and you might end up doing exercises in your own little corner, but in a large room shared by others. Unfortunately, since my orthopedic surgeon's office had not forwarded the referral, the person I ended up speaking with was rather, to my opinion, abrupt, short and rude. I informed her that I was currently driving but did she make any effort to slow down what she was saying???!! Nope!! Then she decided to correct me. Well, I took her info down but when Monday came around, I contacted my orthopedic surgeon and asked for a different list of physical therapy agencies where I can do my PT instead. Luckily for me, this place was not on my insurance network so I had no need to actually pursue this place for my treatment. Can you just imagine how it would've been with that kind of experience on the phone?? I would dread having to come in person. So being proactive, I nipped it before even starting. She was welcoming from the start which made it easy to relax (as much as medically possible) in any doctors office. She remained patient, answered my many questions, and helped me to understand the processes around me. When she departed for lunch, Maria assisted me with water and a snack. I was struggling with my medical assisted devices but she bought them to me without hesitation. I do enjoy customer service done correctly! Chris was whom who took me back to see the doctor. He was kind, considerate, professional and kept the humanity in the processing of measurements, testing and preparation for the doctor. He was sincere in treating me like a person, not another number patient. A gentle touch goes a long way! Dr. Dizay was also kind. She had reviewed my chart, had questions, testing and was prepared. She was efficient, timely and compassionate. I can see how good leadership, begins at the top. Only suggestion would be to inform at scheduling there is a significant packet to fill out before seeing doctor. I could have benefited from bringing someone with me to help fill it out, read or even write. I wasn't sure my documents were as legible as they could have been with my pain while sitting and writing. Overall, I would return. But I've waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to get a room, not even considering actually speaking with the doctor. The doctor recommended a medication that's not covered under insurance as a first go -WTH. My insurance denied my request for imaging due to lack of medical information by the doctors; the insurance stated what needed to be said which - is the whole point of why I am being seen. Every follow up with the office, I was told it was submitted etc. yet I received the actual paperwork and it wasn't until I filed a complaint with my insurance that this was handled. They think they have passive patients who will let this stuff slide. If you want to be seen timely and get what you need, I wouldn't recommend at all! I have to give a minimum of 1 stars but I'd give a -1 star if I could.

His first time he cried and didn't want to do it any more. Smh. After the 2nd session he couldn't wait to go back again. Then after his kindergarten year he has been attending Wca getting trained, eating healthy meals, running faster, social skills dramatically improved He couldn't even catch a football very good. He know has been on Wca tackle football teams for the last 3 years and on the 7 on 7 team now and is a 3rd grader. They have programs for soccer, baseball, softball, football, etc. My 7 year old now is in his 2nd year training full time While attending wca, Both my boys have a 4.0 in school, we're 18-0 on their Wca boys basketball team, were both invited to tyreek hills Camp and Justin Jefferson's camp, etc. I could go on and on. My boys are now at their second home. Winner circle Athletic's has tutors help them with school work from their online schools they attend at norco corona unified school District and another charter school. They get their supplements, they have their own dietitian, prepped healthy meals, training , nomadic boots, cryotherapy, cupping, massage therapy, massage gun therapy, they even have a sports psychologist on site mindset training. I'm investing in my boys future. They are around like minded kids whom have goals and just think or are taught to think to that next level.
