I was a patient of Dr. Sial and underwent a cutting edge procedure called Intercept to relive Vertebrogenic pain. I have never had such pain in my back so my hopes were high to find relief. The staff at American spine were outstanding! starting with Dr. Sial who took the time to throughly explain the procedure and talk me through any anxiety I encountered, to his amazing staff that helped me before and after the procedure. My case is settled and closed however The staff at American Spine is unresponsive to my lawyer therefore they can't disburse anything to me. And don't respond to emails in a timely manner which is completely unacceptable. If your lawyer sends you to American Spine beware! Do not go. read more

The first visit was good. I thought I finally found a good pain management doc. That quickly took a turn for the worst. I needed trigger point injections in my neck and shoulders due to a recent car accident. Dr. Eosakul did this procedure, he did several injections in my neck and shoulders and upper back. The next day which happened to be Saturday, I woke up in severe pain. I could hardly move my neck, it was so bad. Monday morning I called the office first thing, Dr. Eosakul FaceTimed me to see if there was bruising. There wasn't but that didn't mean I wasn't in severe pain. He said I could come in on Friday because that was the next day he would be in the office. So basically suffer through it until then. I really had hope that he had a plan for me to help ease this pain. These injections made my pain worse than it was before. I was so mad! I get there on Friday, he makes me take a urine test and then tells me he can no longer be my doctor???!!!!! What? Are you serious? WOW, no words! Yes, he obviously did something wrong with these injections and is covering his a$$. What kind of doctor does this? I am devastated. If you go here, Proceed with caution. I was in severe pain for weeks from this until they wore off with no help from Dr. Eosakul!! read more

Soooo I had my follow-up appt with Dr. Siel last week. Again, The staff is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. My hubbs had at least 123 questions and the poor assistant (forgot his name) answered every last one of them. And then enters Dr. Siel......we discussed the relief that I've experienced from the epidural (approx 50%-60). I told him that I can walk now, I can sit, drive and finally work again. I'm soooooooo EXTREMELY grateful. I still have an electrical-like shooting pain going down my right leg all the way to my heel that is calling me to limp and has dramatically slowed my pace. I told Dr. Siel that I don't agree with the original MRI report (taken at and read by a completely different hospital). It read "slight degeneration but UNREMARKABLE." When I went to the ER they agreed to do the MRI because I couldn't walk or sit and my pain was off the pain chart (oh yeah, and I happen to work there). I'm talking the worst pain I've ever experienced, 1,000times worse than natural child birth! Dr. Siel looked at the images and said that there is obvious bulging at my L5. He called the hospital (while I waited) and spoke with the MD that read the MRI and the MD agreed that he made a mistake and that there is indeed RIGHT LATERAL DISC PERTRUSION WITH SEVERE STENOSIS and impingement upon the nerve root!!! Thanks to Dr. Siel, I know exactly why I'm experiencing sciatic pain and now he can most effectively devise the most effective plan of care. But it doesn't stop there.....I called here office yesterday and spoke with Susan and explained that I have been waiting for an appt for a 2nd epidural injection. I told her that there could possibly be a delay with the insurance company authorization due to the incorrect MRI report. She told me to fax her the new report and that she would follow up. By the time I got off work, just a few hours later, Susan had called and spoke with my husband with a message that she was able to get answers for me. And then again this morning I have a message that everyone has the information that they need and that they are doing what they can to get authorization from the Insurance company. Who does this anymore???? The care, the follow-up, the thoroughness is astonishing. I'm so grateful that Dr. Fahkory's NP Alea referred me to Dr. Siel. Last thing.....I do NOT work for these people and they are not paying me (lol), I'm just sooooo thrilled and appreciative for their amazing care. read more

Saw Dr Sial for 5 years so this almost pains me to write but it's gotten real bad over there. 5 of the last 6 visits I received a call from his staff saying that the doctor or PA has to reschedule my appointment. Each time just hours before the appointment. I had to make that new appointment or i wouldn't be able to see the doctor for 2 weeks. Very frusterating with my hectic work schedule. After the 5th time I found a new doctor. I called after that last time to speak with Dr Sial about the situations and the receptionist said that dr Sial was busy and that I could talk with the ceo. I got the ceo's voice mail and left a message. Never got a call back. read more

So to start I have been seeing Dr. Sial and Dr. Rudy for about 8 months now. I was recommended from my doctor after complaining of terrible back pain and some pain going down my leg. Well after an x ray and mri we found out I had several bulging discs in my lower back. Well, fast forward to today and I can honestly say my back is close to feeling 'normal' again! So on to the review! So last week I had had two epidural shots up to date and was awaiting the third. It had been a month and a half so I scheduled a quick follow up in Rancho. Once I was there he said he'd get on it since it should have been covered by insurance. Well the next day I get a call and schedule it that next Monday! Pretty quick turnaround I must say. Well I show up to the Corona office that next week ready to reduce the remaining back pain I have. First I have to give a shout out to the nurses, Nina, Roberta, and Angela (yeah I remembered their names). They were really caring, empathetic and fun to talk to. Honestly I was a little nervous (heart rate monitor exposed me) and they helped me relax a little. I feel the nurses are sometimes underappreciated but I'm grateful for their contributions in assisting us patients (Sorry for the run on haha) Anyways I checked in and after waiting an hour I was called to the back. We did the basic history and heart rate stuff before I was finally placed on a bed for the epidural. The nurses talked to me and relaxed me while they wiped me down with numbing stuff and Dr. Sial got the needle ready. Finally stuck they stuck the needle in my back... OOWW it hurt but only for a little bit. They then carted me to the back where the nurses check on you for a bit. We talked about the procedure and rest period and so on before I was released. Overall I have had a great experience with the doctors (and nurses) at Pain Medical group and have seen great reduction in lower back pain. The facilities are top notch and the staff is just great in general. read more

Wow! I don't know where to start. I was in a bad accident last year in June and was in enormous pain in my lower back. I was referred to Dr Sial and it could not have been a better choice! He sought out all options before just saying surgery so I know he wanted that to be last resort showing me he truly wants to fix me rather than make a bunch of money off me. Unfortunately I did need surgery. I had an endoscopic Lumbar Discectomy. My scar literally looks like a small pimple without the redness or ugliness haha. My surgery went amazing and I truly have never felt better in my life! I'm 6 weeks now post op and could not be happier with my results! Another amazing attribute to Dr. Sial's practice is his sister runs he lake Elsinore office and is just as great! I'm truly blessed to have been in such great hands! Thank you American Spine and thank you to Dr. Sial and his entire team! Y'all we amazing! I've already referred 2 friends to you by the way!! read more

I'll try and keep this short and to the point. I saw dr Sial for the first time. I usually saw an asst of his who was good, but he's no longer there. I understand people have bad days, but on this day, I waited nearly an hour and 15 mins before sial saw me (Just a heads up - I haven't gone once when they've been on time). He didn't acknowledge it at all. Maybe an, "I'm sorry for the wait", would've been nice. He came across as arrogant. As far as listening goes, he's the worst dr I've encountered (and I've seen a lot through the years). He doesn't have the gift of empathy in the slightest! He truly doesn't. At least from my experience. Seems if you're in the business of chronic pain, you'd work on this area. With the help of the asst, I've been slowly weaning off a med he was prescribing me (I have fibromyalgia and my nerves are extremely sensitive to *any* of the slightest changes). I have to work a physical job and I can't just wean off quickly or else the pain is too great and I'll need to call in sick to work. If I call in sick after a specific number of times then I'll lose my job. It's been a horrible process, but the asst was understanding, he believed me and he trusted that I wasn't abusing the medication. I recently had a severe allergic reaction to a newer med I was prescribed by another dr and have weaned off completely, but it's made my pain SO intense. I had to call out of work yesterday. Sial told me I need to get off the med his office was prescribing and he lowered the dose by a hole tablet. My heart sank because I need to wean off by 1/4-1/3 of a tablet at a time or else the pain is SO bad and working is nearly impossible if I do otherwise. I shared my concern about his decision and he gave some suggestions (like acupuncture and whatnot - all of which I told him I'm doing or have done) and he said they didn't know much about fibromyalgia and didn't know what else to tell me (again, I'm trying to keep this short, but there's details there as well that I could easily share). Okay, fine, whatever, but don't abruptly lower my dose when I just told you how debilitating it is! I've never broke down and cried so much at dr appt! I'm really nervous about the pain I'm in for and I'm really nervous about work! I left feeling like he's against me. If you suffer greatly with fibromyalgia, I don't recommend wasting a minute of your life by seeing this guy. read more
