Marie was amazing! Right when she walked in she eased any nervousness I had walking into the appointment. She took the time to find out my medical history before hand to ensure I was able to proceed with lip filler. She also listened to my concerns and desired outcome. She sculpted my lips while also checking I was still doing OK before she proceeded to the opposite side. When she completed our visit she made sure I didn't have any questions nor concerns and went over post care instructions. I had a moment of panic an hour after my procedure, where I felt a section of my lip looked pale and appeared to be losing color in comparison to the rest and Marie, who was already off.... Met me back at the location moments later and took closer look and made sure everything was still ok. She definitely made me feel safe and taken care of. I usually don't review places, today I'll make an exception as the staff was very professional and deserves recognition. This was my first time visiting the corona location. I was stuck in traffic for over an hour trying to get inside the parking lot due to traffic issues and they didn't try to rush me, told me to come in whenever I can make it. Then, my nurse Yolanda was very respectful during my treatment - asked me along the way how my pain level was and gave me some tips as well. As I was leaving, as a courtesy for running late due to the situation around the area, Hailey at the front desk hooked me up with a complimentary facial credit so I appreciate that. I'd like to say when you walk in Laser Away, you will find professional girls behind the counter. They all want to educate you on the products and what these products will do for you. I don't feel they're trying to sell you, it's in terms of education. I was very lucky to have the nurse Rho she was above, everything about Rho is professional! I hate to say, but the truth is I'm a little more sensitive than the average girl/ guy. In my opinion, laser hair removal can hurt. Rho noticed my discomfort immediately. Showing her wonderful side enter caring side she immediately took steps to take away the pain/discomfort they say to help you do you have to have a little discomfort I believe it's worth it At the end of the day, I believe that it's worth having someone like Roh! I paid in full for my laser hair removal in full at $4744.00 for legs, underarms, face, and brizialian. I was advised because of my type of hair I should have a treatment every 5 weeks. When I went to the front to book my next appointment they had no availability except six weeks out on a date I could not do. The rep said they wouldn't be able to do me until 7 weeks out because they are completely booked. When doing hair removal its super important to be consistent and on time. There is not enough staff to accommodate the patients in a timely matter and I am feel like i'm throwing my money away.... they offered to send me to a different location and make it more inconvenient on me.... I went to get my underarms treated the day of their grand opening & I was amazed at how beautiful the place was! When checking in, all the ladies upfront were super welcoming. They had a gorgeous charcuterie board on the table for all of their guests which I thought was really sweet. Not even a minute later the nurse came out to let me know she was ready for me. I felt very comfortable and the treatment wasn't painful at all. It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish. All in all I would give my experience a 10 out of 10. I'm grateful that I talked to Heather before purchasing a package of laser treatments because I was really nervous to get it done. I just got done coming here and I love it already. I got my clear and brilliant, and a free armpit hair remove at the same time today which was so amazing.
