I recently had an Erbium laser with Ashley whom was professional and knowledgable. The best part is the numbing because I didnt feel one bit of the laser. She also suggested PRP which is supposed to help with healing and my skin peeled off by the 3rd day. By day 4, my skin was good as new. Easy, fast results, and now I'm ready to go to my event tomorrow. I would easily do this again. My skin feels like new. Ready for my next session!

Heavy upselling, and they tried to make me sign away my review/legal rights before refunding unused services. Would not recommend! Back in February I found JT Aesthetics through a Google search after loving the results of a CO2 laser treatment I'd had in 2025 at a different medspa. I used to go to a medspa in Yorba Linda for facials, botox, & treatments but since I now work in the IE, driving back out to OC wasn't practical anymore. So I searched for medspas in the Corona/Eastvale area that offered CO2 laser, messaged JT Aesthetics on Instagram, and one of the owners, Tina, confirmed they did. I booked a consultation and a treatment for that following Thursday. At my consultation, i met with an Ashley who is their esthetician. She recommended a plan: 3 CO2 treatments ($3,500, discounted from $4,500), 3 chemical peels ($1,200), and a Rejuran add-on ($900) -- total $5,600. I declined the peels, but Ashley pushed for at least one facial after my first treatment ($400, "discounted" from $500). I've had plenty of facials and knew that was steep, but she insisted it would really benefit my skin, so I gave in. I ended up spending $4,800. The treatment itself, done by a nurse also named Ashley, went smoothly, and she made me feel comfortable. But that night, I reflected on the appointment & noted differences from my 2025 CO2 treatment; less sting, a much faster tempo, and no eye protection. I texted them the next day asking if I'd actually received CO2. They didn't respond until I followed up again, and when they did, they confirmed I'd received Erbium YAG instead, framing it as just a "more gentle and precise" resurfacing laser rather than acknowledging it wasn't what I'd paid for or consented to. I was upset, but decided to give them a chance and continue, since I did like the results & had already invested so much money. At my facial, Ashley did a decent job, but it didn't feel like a high-end facial, she played music on her phone & the wipes she used on my face after certain steps felt rough and smelly, almost like paper towels (I'm used to soft sponges). Afterward, she pushed hard to sell me two more facials for "just $600," approved by her manager, then a basic facial for $250 after I declined that too. It was clear their focus was on the next sale. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and dreaded coming in for my next laser appointment Two weeks later, at my second Erbium YAG treatment (still being called "CO2"), I met with Jennifer, the other co owner, she offered a $600 VAMP add-on, which I declined , she then sent Ashley(esthetician) in to pitch it again after I'd already said no, I declined a second time. While prepping me, Jennifer mentioned putting on eye protection "even though this laser is super gentle," which reminded me they'd never actually addressed my earlier question. I didn't push it in the moment, but I photographed the machine and looked it up that night. That's when I learned eye protection isn't just necessary for this laser, skipping it is illegal. At that point, I knew I was done with JT Aesthetics. I requested a refund for the unused portion of my treatment plan ($1,166.67), and they made it difficult; insisting on a refund protocol that required me to come in person, even after I explained I wasn't comfortable returning and that CareCredit allows remote refunds. When they finally agreed, they sent me a settlement agreement to sign first, waiving my right to leave a negative review or pursue any claims over injury, which felt especially unacceptable given I'd been treated without eye protection at all. I refused to sign and filed a dispute through CareCredit instead, this time for $1,750 (the unused portion plus half of the first treatment). JT refunded me directly once the claim was opened for the $1,166 amount, and that case closed. Since then, I've gone back to my old medspa in Yorba Linda to continue actual CO2 laser treatments. It's a longer drive, but it's worth it to be somewhere I feel safe and where I trust they're actually looking out for my skin, not just the next upsell. Bottom line: This felt very transaction-first, not patient-first, like I was a walking dollar sign, not someone they were invested in helping. I'd steer clear.

He changed my appointment by telling me via text instead of calling and asking. So I called to explain that it wasn't okay, and instead of listening, he got sassy. When I tried to explain further, he said I was yelling. My voice is naturally loud, and when someone like Javier talks over me instead of listening, of course I'm going to raise it more. I'm the customer, not your enemy. If I'm trusting someone to laser my body, I expect the same treatment I had on day one of trusting this company. I've never brought negativity to them, but today changed that. The way they handled my concerns and dismissed how upset I was made it clear that once they got my money, they stopped caring. When it comes to changing appointments, you should respect your patients' time and communicate properly not just decide for them.

Rescheduling can be mildly inconvenient if you go through the automatic system, but I've never had a problem scheduling my next appointment following a treatment. I am really happy to have found Removery, especially this location with the wonderful staff and service.

Melissa and Cynthia are truly exceptional providers!!! Thank you for helping correct my skin! I've never felt so confident without wearing makeup!! (: From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, modern, and very professionally run. The front desk team (special shout out to Emily & Tima!) was warm, organized, and respectful of my time -- check-in was seamless and I never felt rushed or overlooked. You can tell they value patient experience just as much as clinical outcomes. The consultation was incredibly thorough. They took time to evaluate my skin, explain the technology being used, discuss realistic expectations, and review pre- and post-care in detail. I really appreciated that nothing felt "salesy." Instead, the focus was clearly on safety, education, and choosing the right treatment for my skin and goals. During my treatment, Cynthia was extremely skilled and attentive. She checked in frequently about comfort level, explained every step of the procedure, and confidence. I felt completely safe and cared for the entire time. Melissa also thoroughly took the time to build out my skin care routine and educate me on the importance of post care. Most importantly -- the results. I am genuinely thrilled. I noticed improvement sooner than expected, and my skin looks smoother, clearer, and more refreshed. The outcome looks natural and healthy, not overdone, which was very important to me. I would absolutely return for future treatments and already started recommending to friends and family. I highly recommend Neoderma if anyone is looking for results-driven, ethical care!!!

She also recommended using a melanin inhibitor beforehand because it would make the laser treatments more effective. I asked whether the products were vegan and cruelty-free. She said she'd go ask, but she came back without an answer. Before leaving, I scheduled my first PicoWay treatment for the following week. When I returned for the appointment, I saw a different PA, Sheri, who gave me different information. She told me the brown spots on my leg actually could not be treated with the laser after all, and that I would likely need 6-12 treatments rather than 4-6. She also did not know whether the recommended products were vegan and cruelty-free. Additionally, she explained that I was supposed to use the products for several weeks before beginning laser treatments -- something I had not been told during the original consultation. The first PA had mentioned the products, but never explained that pre-treatment use was required before starting the laser. Sheri contacted the product representative to ask about the vegan status of the products, but the rep was unsure and could not provide any timeline for getting an answer. At that point, I left without receiving treatment. Both PAs were friendly and professional, but I was frustrated by the lack of consistency and communication. I would have appreciated someone following up about whether the products were vegan before I came in expecting to begin treatment. Instead, I wasted time coming to an appointment that ultimately could not proceed. It also concerned me that the providers were not on the same page regarding what could actually be treated or how many sessions would realistically be required. It has now been about a month since that appointment, and nobody ever followed up regarding whether the products were vegan, despite assuring me that they would. I ultimately went to a dermatologist, who explained that the mole and brown spots should not be treated with laser in the first place. She excised the mole for less than the estimated cost of four laser sessions. Based on my experience, I would recommend seeing a dermatologist for concerns like these, since they are medical skin specialists.

I'll admit I was a lil afraid at first but a min into the treatment I was like was that it?! I will post pics in two weeks once it's settled in but it already looks soooo much better. Next, I decided since I was already there lol to add some volume to my lips once again due to age I noticed that they needed a lil pick me up and some shaping!!! She made me feel extremely welcomed, and she was so kind and really made me feel heard about any concerns I did have (shape, size, etc.) I did come under the impression I would get my lips done the same day (my own fault) and I have an extremely busy schedule due to school. She made magic happen, and was able to fit me in the same day. Of course, lips are swollen after getting them done, and I was worried. She assured me everything will be fine, and I would most likely miss the swollen phase (she wasn't lying). Karina has boosted my confidence, and has made me feel like a new woman. I love my new shape, and she killed it in every aspect possible. I get so many compliments now! She has absolutely earned my trust with my lips, and I will never go to anyone but her. If anyone is looking to get their lips done, she's definitely the girl to go to. And the salon is so cute too!
