I just had my third laser treatment at LaserAway in Corona. My nurse is Roh and she is excellent. She is very comforting and lets me know exactly what to expect. I recently had surgery on my rotator cuff and have been unable to lift my arm for the under arm hair removal portion of my treatment. I have been assured that I will be able to make up my under arm sessions later while keeping the facial portion of my treatments as scheduled. First off this place is soooo expensive. I made the mistake of not looking at other options thinking all laser was this expensive. They'll get the job done but other places are cheaper & do a better job. I know it varies for everyone but it took me a very long time to see great results with hair that isn't even thick, but other places I ended up going to gave me great results. My worst thing with this company is the price. I got a package of laser hair removal & ipa laser for my skin and the total was 4-5k, they said that I can get a loan through a company they used I believe it's called "varidi"- this company is a SCAM! Do not get a loan with them. I only got it because it had 0 interest and I didn't wanna pay 4k+ up front and figured I'll just build my credit more with it- but I regret it. I've had nothing but problems with this loan company. I had auto pay on and they made a mistake multiple times and my payments weren't going through but they never notified me till it was in collections - til I finally reached them and proved my auto pay was on & they reimbursed me and fixed the collections problem. I move on and the next payment same thing happens so I tell them I'm done let me pay it in full and close it all off and leave me alone. Now I check my bank account today and see another $100 taken so I scroll through and they've been taking $100 every month for 5 months since I FULLY paid it off & asked them to close the account! I am going to call again tomorrow and get all my money back and report them. Laser away, please stop using them because this made me never want to come back to you again along with the prices for the same laser places that charge $50-$100 . Seriously if you are considering find a cheaper place you and your wallet wont regret it. One session here will be like $200+ , their packages aren't even good deals either they're still insanely pricey compared to other places I found. I will say a few thing's positive unrelated to money- employees are always very very nice & obviously none of this is their fault but the company as a whole. The business is always clean no matter the location and booking is usually pretty available, however I would never go back as other places are just as great and way more affordable & you won't be scammed by their loan company they work with. Sorry this is a whole story, don't want anyone to deal with the same problems as me. read more

I was able to get into this location pre opening for laser hair removal on my bikini and underarms and I was not disappointed! I have never had laser hair removal and have avoided trying it because of my low tolerance for pain. I went into my appointment telling myself it's going to hurt but to just do it anyways because I wanted it so bad. Well to my surprise it wasn't painful at all! Were some spots a little more sensitive than others? Yes, but nothing I couldn't handle. My technician was very good at keeping me relaxed with conversation and she did a great job! The location itself is in a really good area. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The Laser away office is very welcoming and clean as I expected it would be. Everyone is friendly and I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future needs. They officially open tomorrow so if you are on the fence about booking an appt just do it! read more
