I also didn't love that I would see a different person almost every time I went in for treatments. It just felt like I had to keep re explaining my goals over and over. I decided to try Skin Theory, and I'm really glad I did. They were able to get me in pretty quickly, and overall they just seem a lot more flexible with scheduling. One of the biggest things for me is consistency, and so far I've seen the same provider, Nurse David, which I really appreciate. It makes a huge difference when someone is already familiar with your face and what you're trying to achieve. David has been amazing. I went in for preventative injectables and specifically wanted to try Daxxify, which they offer. He was very attentive, listened to everything I was saying, and I never felt rushed, especially during my first consultation. He's very detail oriented and you can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his clients. He also answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel really comfortable. One other thing I really appreciated was that he actually called me around the 7 day mark after my injections just to check in and see how I was doing. That's something I never experienced at the other place I used to go to, and it really shows how much he cares about his patients and their results. I had my first visit about two weeks ago and just went back yesterday for a follow up. I'm still fairly new to injectables, so I had more questions and even decided to add a couple of new areas I've never treated before. He walked me through everything again and made sure I felt confident moving forward. So far I'm really happy with my results and the overall experience. I'll definitely be continuing with Nurse David (hopefully he doesn't leave) and already plan to see him again in a couple of months.

Allison as always very professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She explained every step, made sure I was comfortable with numbing, and the treatment felt manageable even though I was nervous. The PRP addition has my skin already feeling tighter and more radiant (even on day 1), and the redness/tightness is exactly what she prepared me for. She sent me home with excellent aftercare products, the Rescue Smoothing Complex and mask have been lifesavers for calming things down overnight. I felt completely taken care of. I was a patient of Dr. Bokhari for over 2 years and 8 months and a member of this clinic for 2…read moreyears, paying $150 every month. During that time, I spent well over $8,000 on treatments and referred many friends and family because I truly believed in this practice. I even drove from Fontana to Riverside for every appointment because I believed Dr. Bokhari was kind, skilled, and worth the time, gas, and long drive. Even after an incident last year, when I spent over $3,000 on fillers and Botox and was not given clear instructions on how to use the nitrous oxide, causing me to inhale too much and experience a frightening hallucination that left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day and even the following day, I continued coming back because I trusted this clinic. Over the last three months, I had to return to the office four different times because my Botox results were not what I had consistently received in the past. During those visits, I spent approximately $1,000. At my most recent follow-up appointment, I simply wanted to understand why my results were different and why I kept needing additional Botox to achieve results that had previously been obtained without these issues. Instead of having a conversation, Dr. Bokhari responded in a way that completely shocked me. He told me: "If you go to Kentucky and order chicken, you have to pay for it." "You have to pay for the units I injected." "There are no free lunches here." "If you don't like it, you can go somewhere else." I explained that I was not refusing to pay. I simply wanted to understand why I kept needing additional visits and additional Botox to obtain results that had previously been achieved without these issues. Despite that, the conversation continued in the same tone. I left that appointment feeling deeply hurt. Personally, I felt discriminated against and treated as if I were someone trying to get something for free, despite being a loyal patient for nearly three years who had always paid for every treatment. Most of all, I felt that I was not a valued patient, despite the years I had trusted this practice, the money I had invested, and the many people I had referred. At the time, I still had $500 remaining in my membership account. After charging me for that day's Botox, the clinic agreed to refund the remaining balance, and I immediately canceled my membership. I never imagined that after years of loyalty, thousands of dollars invested, and making the drive from Fontana to Riverside because I believed this doctor was worth it, my relationship with this clinic would end this way. I sincerely hope no other patient leaves feeling as hurt and undervalued as I did.
