Threading is not an enjoyable experience for me. However, because I love the results I succumb to the pain...and you should too lol. It's so worth it as the results are long lasting. Your brows shape your face. The cleaner they are. the fresher you look. (Trust me, I've tried this out for all of us lol.) I have been going to this place since 2016 and absolutely love this place the warm welcoming smile of one their worker Neelum, she does a remarkable job with my eyebrows and i wouldnt go anywhere else , she knows her job soo well. I am just hoping to see her soon as i havent been able to see her past few days .....and im hoping she comes back soon otherwise i might have to find another place . We are not being told if she is coming back or not.... which is a bit disappointing. read more

Went on for the first time on a recommendation from a friend, was looking for a new place to go anyway. Went in just after they opened so didn't have to wait. I didn't get her name but she asked how I wanted my brows. Went in just to get them cleaned up. Told her how I filled them on when I did my make up. Told her I just penciled in the arch where I wanted it everyday. Took her time doing her thing. I was a bit surprised when she was done. They were quite a bit thinner than in used to, but she put a good arch in. After doing my makeup I was pleasantly surprised at the results. Will definitely be going back. read more

Update: I came to give this place one more chance my dad needed his eyebrows done and we walk in no greet barley even wanted to help us. Someone else comes in and got a welcoming but we didn't, i was like ok whatever I asked them just clean them up and do not thin them. They said okay what did she do? Absolutely 0 stars - not just due to the fact that my eyebrows are completely different shapes and thinner than ever. But also due to the fact that Ramen (the younger technician) proceeded to tell me "It's just hair" and kept wagging her fingers right by my face when I brought it to her attention that both the shape and appearance were horrible. No no no. I'm really upset. I came here 2 weeks ago to get my eyebrows done. They lack customer service big time. They aren't welcoming at all. When I walked in they were more into the TV then anything else. I sit in the chair and she keeps looking up at the tv. My eyebrows were fairly thick. I walked out with super thin brows!!! The lady spoke broken English and I'm not sure if she understood what I said when I told her I did not want thinner eyebrows. I just wanted them cleaned up around the edges. She went ahead and made my eyebrows much thinner and I was upset that she did not even listen to what I requested. This place is better than most. And great price! I used to drive to the inland center mall to get threaded but now i will always come here. They have made my eyebrows only a tiny bit uneven once or twice, but it wasn't noticeable. Most of the time they do them perfectly. If it is really busy in there (like friday night or something) they seem like they rush. I went in the morning today and was the only customer there and Maneesa (idk how to spell her name) was extremely gentle while threading my lip and eyebrows. Try to come when they are not busy if possible bc they will probably take their time instead of rushing. read more

So disappointed today , one of my eyebrows is thick and the other barely has any hair. She always does a good job (the mexican) but she obviously didn't do a good job today . she said I didn't have to pay but Im not like that . She usually asks how I want my eyebrows before I sit down but NOPE not today . I absolutely love this place and this is the only place I will go to. I always ask for the nice lady in the third chair. Sometimes I feel bad when I forget to bring cash for tip but they are so nice about it and they don't care. I get my eyebrows and my lip done and I barley feel anything. Ever since I switched to threading from waxing I've noticed a huge improvement in my skin. My first visit was quality work with the lady who helped me (her initials are RI). My 2nd visit, not so great... It's too stuffy in there, they need a fan or to turn on the a.c.! The lady who helped me this time didn't clean the chair from the previous pt, didn't use hand sanitizer when starting on me. I could smell the food she ate on her hands/breathe. It's cheap ($6), the ladies are very meticulous, patient, and kind. It's not as fancy as some of the bigger name places around, but don't let the looks steer you away! They have some incense burning to spice up their ambience. They also have a frequent customer card--purchase 8 services, get the 9th free! read more

Honestly the worst place ever. I created a yelp account just to share my horrid experiences! I came a few weeks ago about half hour before they closed and I asked them if they were still open and they said yes. I then went to get my wallet from my car and as soon as I waked in they rudely told me to get out and that they were closed. AFTER they told they were still opened. Against my better judgment I returned today to get my eyebrows done. The lady was so rude and then proceeded to hurt me like I've never been hurt before. I asked for a light cleaning and she left my eyebrows so thin and straight I look angry!!! Which is quite honestly very fitting with how I feel righty now. Then when I gave her my card to pay she threw my card back at me! Threw it! I wish I could give this place 0 stars for horrid service in every sense of the word but sadly I cannot. I started coming here since they opened, and let me tell you, they are great!! I get my eyebrows thread every two weeks with the Sapphire name girl, Neelam. She is the young, pretty lady with the cute lipstick. She is always gentle and very quick, but still manages to finish the job proficiently. She also manages a very good chat with her clients. She taught me how to speak Bengali, but I wasn't very successful at it. Anyway, yes I definitely recommend this place. They only charge $6 for an eyebrow threading session. They also do other services like Henna tattoos. read more
